On my Android Phone the firefox module crashes everytime now, after 8 sec. no matter if i open it from my menue or try to open links in webpages. Any solution?
any kind of attempt to open web pages and read or do any thing fails within seconds.

Does it open long enough to gather the crash reports that might be on the page about:crashes?
IF so please submit these and copy the reports with bp- in your response for further troubleshooting.
If not, any extra information is helpful, do you have any addons or apps , are you using etc?
Have you reinstalled and still get the same crash?

fter updating my IOS TO 8.1 (12B411) on 10/23/14, I went to update my blood sugar level in the IHealth app. And now after the new IOS update I'm unable to find the blood glucose option in the IHealth app. Did Apple remove it or just mess up AGAIN?
Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.

After update I am no longer able to open email attachments by just clicking on the attachment. I now have to click control and then click open linked file. How can I open attachments by simply clicking on them?
Unless you believe middle-click is yours and don't like it being usurped, mine is set globally to "Enter".

FCP 10.1 DV capturing from camera breaking the scenes into unwanted clips by flashing a black screen on import window. But its fine and accurate with adobe premiere pro cc ?
Any solution * Advance ThanksFCP X will import into separate clips every time it detects a scene change (as when you stopped and started recording in the camera). There is no option to avoid this, as far as I known.
You may try importing from camera using Quicktime Player X and then bringing the imported file into FCP X. -
I've got a iPod classic 80g I've got loads of pictures on there and I want to get them off. I've tried something where the files I get off come up as thumbnails which I can't open. Is there any way of getting them off and viewing them as a normal photo?

I have my Launch Video ready and the "share" drop down is gray so no ability to send it anywhere. What is this? I went on to update the computer for other reasons, now Safari 6.0.2 asit interfered with downloads; and from OS X basic to Mtn Lion 10.8.2.
Make sure your Project has the focus. You cannot Share an Event.

At the end of the installation process, I received the message that (some applications?) were not compatible with Firefox and should Firefox search for (some applications?) that would be compatible. I answered no. When the netbook restarted only one of the two user icons was showing. The user icon I use all the time was not showing. I did system restore to try to go back to before I did the installation and I got both icons, but Firefox does not open. Firefox does not open with either icon. I am using my old PC to write this message and I will not install the new version of Firefox on this PC until I can once again get onto the Net with my netbook. I hardly ever use this PC for using the Net.

So firefox 4 crashes when opening in-browser pdfs and a whole host of other sites, even with no addons running.
I've found a fix: start in safe mode, then close and open in normal mode. This always solves the problem.
But '''why?''' What is causing this incredibly annoying problem. I went from happily browsing at high speeds (firefox 3.6) to suddenly finding myself propping my head on my arm, looking at a jammed firefox, trying not to go crazy, for about 2 minutes until it unjams (for pdfs - for the other sites it doesnt unjam) - and the pdf page ends up just black. Firefox keeps crashing and closing after I've used HP Photosmart software
As title. I'm using Firefox 35.0.1 but the last few versions of FF have done this too.
After I've done any scanning with HP Photosmart scanning software Firefox keeps closing with a send-error-report box if I switch to a different tab or scroll up or down with the mousewheel. It does this almost immediately every time I restart FF and the problem is only solved by rebooting my laptop.
I updated all my drivers including nVidia drivers about ten days ago but it hasn't made a difference and tbh it doesn't seem like a graphics error to me anyway. This problem has gone on for several versions of FF now and I don't really have time to reboot my laptop every time I use my printer :( Maybe it is down to the HP software, but Chrome, Opera and IE don't have this issue, only FF, and using other browsers only serves to remind me how much I really prefer FF over all the others LOL xPlease provide some Crash Report ID's.

The home page fills my entire screen now and it didn't before. This happened about a week ago. I tried to do a Restore on my system but the problem still exists. The Firefox button on the left has disappeared too.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11. -
I get the "firefox has stopped working" message after closing browser
Hello.
My problem is that when I close the FireFox browser I get the "FireFox has stopped working" message. It's pretty annoying. I've read some other posts here that described a similar problem and have tried some of the suggestions in them including:
A clean install, a browser reset, running in safe mode, unchecking hardware acceleration, disabling extentions and plugins one at a time, uninstalling my antivirus (avast), rolling back to version 23.01 and checking run in compatibility mode that someone claimed helped them. None of this was effective.
It seems like after a computer restart the browser will be ok for 2-4 closings and then it will start with the message on every closing. Also, after I uninstalled avast it was good for 6 closings. Rolling back also gave me about 6 message free closings. But then the messages start and doesn't stop.
Is there anything else I can try? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.One thing is for sure, and that is if the only page i visit is the Google homepage (not logged in) or this site (mozilla forum), the problem does not occur, ever. I can't make it happen.
If i visit yahoo.com (not logged in) (or ighome.com, logged in), as examples, it happens every time. -

I kept trying to search for an app. And it would just crash everytime. Idk why. Its really annoying though. Is anyone else facing this problem aswell? And my imessage won't send pictures at all. I tried 6 different times. Any solutions?
I am experiencing the same difficulties, This may not be the answer but maybe the processor may not handle it but I am not too sure.

In Firefox 3.6, when I type something specific, like "wikipedia steve jobs" into the url bar, I am taken directly to Wikipedia's page for Steve Jobs, and if I type something less specific, I am taken to a Google search results page for what I typed in the bar (unless it was a URL, obviously); in the current version of Firefox, though, I am taken to a Google search results page for whatever I type in (again, not a URL, obviously), even if the page I am seeking is obvious-- how can I avoid this extra step and regain the Firefox 3.6 "I'm Feeling Lucky" functionality?
There is a change beginning in Firefox 4 and later versions in how Location bar search works.
* In Firefox 3.6.x, Location bar search uses Google "Browse by name" search. With the browse by name search, it performs a Google search and if there is a clear match it will take you to the site otherwise it shows the Google search result page
* In Firefox 4 and newer versions the default is to perform a Google search and present the Google search results page if you type something which is not recognized as a URL you must type a complete URL, such as www.youtube.com to go directly to the site.
To get the Firefox 3.6.x behavior in Firefox 4 and newer versions, you can either change a hidden preference OR install the add-on below.
