On my college simnet, It says "browser system requirements not met", How do I fix this so I can do my school work? the browser has been updatedt

I'm not able to click on a selection for my school work, every time I go on the selection my cursor turns into a red circle with a line through it and it says browser system requirement not met and my firefox browser has been updated to the latest version. The firefox browser at school has no problem letting me select the bar.
