On my i phone account is says...we couldn't verify your address. make sure you've entered the correct street, city, state, and postal code.
ive recently purchased an i phone. i have an ipod with and account. while trying to access i tunes or apps for purchase, i am able to log in, but then it asks me to validate my info. so i do. same credit card, card number, sec code. billing address, everything that is used on my ipod. then i try to verify and it says....we couldn't verify your address. make sure you've entered the correct street, city state, and postal code. please help.
I'm suddenly having this same problem. I've had the other problem for a month or two where I had to reverify my payment info every day, and now when I do that I can't because it says the address that's been in there for 5 years is now unable to be verified. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

I get the message listed above when I try to email pics. It asked me to set up an email account. I chose gmail. It asked for a password. I'm assuming it was asking for my email password. And yes I may have typed it in wrong, but how do I "please make sure you have entered the email account and password correctly" ??? I can't find out how to get back to that point?

I dropped my phone yesterday and now can't receive mail. I removed and then replaced the sim card. I've restarted the phone. It says the user name or password is incorrect. I re-entered the correct information (I think) and I've also synced it with my computer. Nothing works. Help!
Delete the email account and re-enter it from scratch.

When I try to access Mail I get the following message "Cannot Get Mail. The mail server is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail Settings". I have entered the correct account details and even deleted them and re-entered them but to no avail, Help.
Try deleting the email account and readding it in the "other" tab instead of Yahoo/gmail, etc

I turned my email off on my I phone while I was receiving emails from abroad. When I turned it back on I get the message my server is not responding verify you have entered your email correct account info in mail settings, but I haven't altered my mail settings.?
How do I put this right, I tried connecting to icloud but had to turn the mail off in that it kept throwing up all my past emails.Is that a new iPhone? Bring it in to Apple for a replacement.
But do this first:
hold the Home Button and the Power Button at the same time, keep holding, ignore everything on the screen, keep holding until you see the white Apple logo appear, then let go and let it start up.
It should charge both when on and off, unless you connect throug a hub and there are current eaters also on the hub: connect directly to the usb port. -

I have an itouch that will not let me sign in to my itunes account. The email address that it is associated with is no longer valid. I keep entering the correct password but it says that it is incorrect. I can’t get a reset all of my credentials don’t work. Now all my apps won’t work. it looks like they load for half a second then disappear. What can I do?

- For the other problem you can try a reset. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- The next standard thing to do is to download/install a new app but you cant 'do that.
- Instead, try restoring from backup. -
I am being asked to verify my Apple ID. When I enter the password I get the message it is wrong. It says the e-mail address is already verified for another Apple ID and then it says it is sending an e-mail to my e-mail account that I then never receive. How do I resolve this?
This is most likely caused by an iCloud sign up (which forces you to use an email address as Apple ID).

I bought an iPad and want to make sure it's on the same apple account but my phone always come up with a different apple Id?
Remember - if you bought any apps with another ID you cannot update them with a different ID.
Try changing the ID in the App Store. Tap on Featured - swipe to the bottom of the screen - tap on the ID in the bottom left corner - and see if you can change it that way.
If that doesn't work, sign out of your account altogether, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
I guess I should ask - what ID is it coming up with and why is it coming up with that ID?

I have apple account/password on laptop but can't use the same ID etc on new Ipad. On my account it says ID is only for 1 system. I really want only one ID for both Ipad and laptop.

What can I do to get my original question answered - talk to someone?When you say "account," do you mean your iTunes library, because your iTunes library is what is on your computer? Your iTunes library does not have an email address. An account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID (which is an email address) and you use it as your user name to sign in to the iTunes Store, to make purchases. Changing your Apple ID will not make songs disappear from your computer's iTunes library.
If you had an Apple ID and used it to make song purchases from the iTunes Store, and then started using a different Apple ID, you should be able to re-download the songs purchased with the old Apple ID. In iTunes, sign in to the iTunes Store using your OLD Apple ID (and password). That may not be your current email address, but Apple uses it as your user name, so it does not matter.
On the iTunes Store Home screen, click on Purchased under QUICK LINKS. This takes you do the Purchased screen, where you can re-download previous song purchases (for that Apple ID) at no cost.
NOTE: If those song purchases are from more than a few years ago, you may also need to authorize your computer to play (and sync) songs for your old Apple ID.
For songs that were not purchased from the iTunes Store, if they are also gone, you cannot get them back unless you have a backup (or they are still loaded on your old iPod).

Everytime i try to sign into my iTunes account, it says: We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error has occured (0x800B0101). What does this mean and how can i fix it?

You can try to figure out which Apple ID/email address and/or password you used to activate it by going to http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't, you'll need to contact Apple Account Security with your proof of purchase. -
Please help I am suddenly getting the following from my calendar The server did not recognize your user name or password for account “...” Make sure you enter them correctly.I have even tried changing the password and no luck. I depend on it syncing with mobile me and my phone and I need it for work.
I have been having the same issue but I think I fixed my problem. In iCal, click iCal, Preferences, Accounts and retype your password. That seems to have done the trick for me as far as I can tell.

Just hooked up new apple tv for first time. able to connect to internet (netflix, youtube) but not able to connect to my itunes account via home sharing. apple tv tells me to make sure computer's itunes has home-sharing enabled, which it does. any advice?
Have done both suggestions, still not working. Could it have somehting to do with my local network? I am using a wireless Internet provided by my apartment building so not sure if apple tv and my computer are not technically on the same "local network?"
apple tv and main computer are connecting to Internet fine. Just cannot see my itunes on apple tv.
