If the iPod was purchased in one of the middle eastern countries that prohibit FT then there is no way to get it.
Is it hidden by Restrictions? Settings>General>Restrictions?
If you go to Setting do y find an line items for FT? Also, if you go to the Contact app, is there a button to FT that contact?

Did you purchase the iPhone from Vodaphone, the only authorized reseller of the iPhone in Qatar, or did you purchase the iPhone from somewhere else? If from somewhere other than a Vodaphone store, then you may well have purchased an iPhone originally sold in Saudi Arabia or the UAE where Facetime has by demand of those governments been blocked in which case it cannot be restored.

There are several ways you can pull the music off your iPod and onto iTunes.

How to disable a ipod 5th gen and how to get the passcode ?

I just bought ant ipod 5th gen from Americans store but it was a display when I got ready to set it up it don't let me go pass the disable connect to iTunes screen. I try restoring it but it don't let me it takes about 1 hour to load and then it gets to the same screen it asks me to enter the passcode on the ipod and then continue with the restoring but I can't enter the passcode sense it won't let me go more then the disable connect to iTunes screen. IPod photo cache file - how do I locate it?

Hi all,
On my iPod nano I keep getting the "some of your photos were not copied because they cannot be displayed on your iPod" message, but the photo albums I am syncing do not contain the photo mentioned in the warning.
I have had a look around and noticed that one member said there is an iPod photo cache file that does not get updated. So, I want to delete that and then resync my iPod, in the hope that this warning message will not re appear. The problem is I don't know where it is located.
For the record, I have also recently restored my iPod using iTunes 7.1.1 and this still occurs.

It will not work no matter how many times you choose to restore your iPod touch. If it is blocked than it is blocked. So prern do not restore your iPod. It will take up your time and will be a waste. Listen to stedman1 and Dave Sawyer. An by the way, Facetime is available on iOS 4...so again you are wrong.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
