On my ipod when i put the music into a shuffle it just repeats over and over again.What should i do?

does anyone know how to make my ipod touch 4th gen shulffle on music work again?
when i play a song it keeps on repeating it and its really annoying having to change it all the time

While playing any song on your iPod, tap the artwork to bring up the scrubber bar and additional controls. On the left hand side is a option for repeat. You want to make sure this icon is white (meaning it is set to Off). If it isn't tap it either one or two times to change its current setting. The icon on the other site opposite it is for Shuffle.

I just purchased two new SanDisk 8gb SD cards for my trail cameras. When I put the cards into the trail cameras, the cameras will take pictures but it won't store them on the cards. I have went through the steps in the disk utilities and erased the cards, which I assume is the same as formatting them?? I have tried this for hours and have had no luck getting these things to work at all. It was awful disgusting when I checked my two trail cameras the first time and found out that they had taken close to 75 pictures but the cards were empty. When I bought my 35mm camera several years ago, I bought a couple of Kodak SD cards and used them right out of the package and never had to do any of this formatting thing. I don't understand what is going on and could sure use some help with this. Thanks for any information anyone can give me with this problem. I would love to have seen what animals set my cameras off 75 times in the last few days. Thanks again.

AFAIK cameras offer their own built-in format utility for inserted SD cards. You should use that. Otherwise, refer to the manual that came with your camera to determine precisely how your SD cards need to be formatted to work properly. Personally, I'd suggest Partition Scheme: MBR, and Filesystem: FAT32.
Try to limit the number of formats you perform on the SD cards, though, as you're reducing their lifespan. I believe formatting causes re-writes to a portion of the SD card that has fewer read/write cycles than the rest of the card as a whole.

Only iTunes purchased music can hava a cloud icon and then only if the music was purchased with the account listed in Settings>iTunes and App Store on the iPod.
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

The import command only works with audio CDs. So if you burned the files in mp3 format, try instead using the "File > Add file to library" or "File > Add folder to library" commands.

I can't connect my iPod classic to iTunes, it just doesn't react when I put the USB into the PC

hey, I have an iPod classic and it can't connect to iTunes.
I put the USB into my computer trying to add music, but it doesn't seems to react.
It DOESN'T say that it can't recognize the Ipod..
- Itunes just simpely doesn't react when I put the USB-cabel into my computer.
- when i go to the task manager the "apple device mobile" and "ipod service" is acitve in the processes
- I've tried to restart my computer (windows XP)
- update iTunes
- reinstall iTunes
- restart my apple devices mobile manager
what I think is the problem (which I can't solve) is that iTunes doen't even react to the USB
plz hlp me!
- ps it really should be able to add music to my iPod without getting help from a expert.

It would seem that iTunes has encountered or developed an issue in the process of trying to sync photos to your device. The best place to start would be removing the iPod Photo Cache (thus allowing for a new version to be created).
Note: Deleting this folder will not remove the original images from your library.

You can only sync everything with your one syncing computer/iTunes library. Yu can:

My Ipod touch just downloaded IO6 but when I press the music button it goes to an entirely white screen for about a minute then reverts to the main ipod screen. I cannot access my music or podcasts. Have restarted both. What should I do?

Computer and Ipod have both been restarted. Video has the same white screen problem. THIS IS NOT THE WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH - just when I press the music or video button.

Do a reset of everything on your ipod. Then reconnect it and it should work.

I am trying to put the music from my ipod onto my new computer. After installing itunes and connecting my ipod touch a message comes up saying that my ipod is already synced with another library. What can I do to sync it with a new library?

I recently got a new computer and got rid of my old one. I am trying to put the music from my ipod touch onto my new computer but keep getting a message saying that my ipod is already synced with a library and cannot be synced with more than one. How do I access that library on my new computer and if I can't are their other ways for me to put the music on my ipod into my new computer?

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your ipod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your ipod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your iPod for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the ipod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.
