On my Windows 7 machine with iTunes I get a message stating APSDaemon.exe can't start because msvcr80.dll is missing.  What is the solution

I have iTunes installed on my Windows 7 machine.  When waking up my Windows 7 machine I get a message that says that APSDaemon.exe can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing.  I'm directed to reintall the applicaton.  Is this iTunes related?  If so, what do I need to do?
