On Sync, Apps Try to Load on Multiple iPhones

Folks... I've got something driving me crazy may actually be a simple fix, but I cannot seem to find the solution.
I have 5 family iPhones sync'ing to the same MacPro. My kids all have many many apps, and my wife and I only have 5-8 each. The problem I am finding is that everytime we plug a phone in, iTunes attempts to load ALL of the apps that are on Phones that have attached and sync'd.
Any ideas on how I can make sure that EACH phone only syncs the apps that were attached to that specific account? Before you say "log in to iTunes for each phone when you sync" --- that does not work.
But, if I just turn off 'Sync Apps', iTunes says "if you continue all existing apps on this iPhone will be removed'.

Did you already try to reset the iPad by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but it can clear some glitches after installing new software or apps.

Problem: I'd like to move apps purchased on the iPad to iTunes, so that I can then load those (iPhone) apps onto the iPhone.
Syncing the iPad to the iTunes computer doesn't seem to do it.

ETA Answer: In iTunes, right clicking on the iPad device, select "Transfer Purchases." That did the trick.

If you have Sync Apps selected under the Apps tab for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes, after downloading an app with your iPad, the app should be copied to your iTunes library the first time you sync your iPad with iTunes after doing so.
If you don't have Sync Apps selected under the Apps tab for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes, with your iPad selected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPad. After this, select Sync Apps under the Apps tab for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes.
After transferring the apps to your iTunes library, the apps will be available under the Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes to transfer selected apps to your iPhone. Select the apps you want installed on your iPhone followed by a sync.

Hello dear Apple boys
I found a problem after last Itunes update
I can't sync app's anymore
everytime I tryed to sync app's in Iphone 5S I received a mesage needs to Authorize this computer
I had outhorized a lot
But, is curious, my Ipad Mini (first gen.) I can sync everything including App's with the same cable!
I guess this is a problem from new Itunes 11.1.4 because I didn't had problems like this before

Can't install/sync apps from pc or appstore from iphone

At the first the home button wasn't working sometimes. just in cold weather worked. but everything was fine. after ios 5 update when I turned off my iphone it cant't open any apps except when synced with PC. after sync you can't sync apps (I know about sync and resriction a.d etc. it sync anything but apps) and I just download them.
But 2 nights ago I restore it for third time and after restore i cant sync/download apps and if I go to appstore and choose app fore information and buy option the appstore crashed. But I really don't use apps much. the reason i came to this forum is my ipod's iphone don't sync all of my musics. it change artworks and don't sync every music I have. And I can't stand any longer. Please help.

You need space. All games are compressed to save bandwidth on downloading, to install it needs 2 to 3 times more space. Also your iPhone needs space to function.
To summarize: you need about 10% space of your total capacity for trouble free enjoyment of your iPhone.
Can you use iPhone spotlight to search for it?
Do you have full 11 pages of apps?

ITunes - WiFi Sync - App picture not loading in iTunes

Folks
When I sync my iPhone to iTunes over WiFi the app icons do not all appear. Some are lost or some are just displaying a 'A".
Any advice here on why this might be and what I can do to fix it?

Need to sync Apps from old Ipod to new Iphone on different computers

I have apps on my old Ipod touch that I want to put on my new Iphone. My Ipod is synched to my PC, but I want to sync my new Iphone to my Macbook Pro. I also want to put the old apps on my Ipod and put them on my Iphone. What should I do?

Sign into the Apple ID used to purchase them on you iPhone (in Settings>Store), then download the apps as past purchases directly to the phone (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519). Prior to syncing with your MacBook Pro, disable automatic syncing in iTunes (iTunes Preferences, on the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically"). Then connect your phone and when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar, right-click on it and select Transfer Purchases (to transfer the apps to your iTunes library). You will also need to authorize your computer for this Apple ID in iTunes (under Store>Authorize this computer) in order to sync these apps to your phone.

Can't sync apps because it says it needs iphone 3.0 software update

I have a 8 GB Ipod touch. The software version is currently 2.2.1. All of my apps will no longer sync to my Ipod because it says they require the Iphone 3.0 software update. I have tried to update my software several times, but it says I have the current version. What can I do?

Do you have Sync Apps selected under the Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes with your chosen apps selected below and Sync Music selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes with your selections below?

Trouble to sync ,APPS on iphone

I cant SYNC apps from my computer to my IPHONE, however it shows added already on my computer

its the same computer, that i use everytime ...
i have done that before but , i dont know why it is not happening now
I was just trying to sync my iphone with another computer, to sync apps which i bought on that computer .
however , it failed to do so .
So i thought a Restore might help
after the restore , the apps from other computer synced perfectly
but the apps from the my computer, did not apper in my phone
although they appear on my itunes in my computer..

Thank you for your help are you aware of any apps that will work the iso 4.2.1 system that will let you watch movies on the phone. Also I tried to down load something else the other day and got message that Safari wont let you open this is ther any to see if i have the latest safari on my phone?

Do you share your pad with someone else - are you still signed in on their account?
Then check in settings\restrictions that Apps is not restricted - if all ok go and Open iTunes , select music (can use others) scroll down to bottom of page and tap on your email at left. Tap sign out, then repeat and sign in again. if signin successful, try again. If it fails.
Go to settings\general\reset and select Reset settings, try again.
If it still fails - Connect to your PC by cable and see if you can download an app from the Store using your PC's iTunes - If you cannot - right click your device at left hand side and select reset warnings, then navigate to Library, Apps and check at bottom of page if any updates/downloads are pending - update\download as necessary.
if you can download an App using the iTunes store on your PC - select sync whilst still signed in. Try again using your ipad's Store
Does this resolve your problem?
If still having problems, in Itunes select Store, then Home page, then using quick links at right select Account. verify all details are correct and your pad and PC are listed in Authorised devices.
Sign out of iTunes and close with your device still connected - Power off your device by holding down the power and home buttons together - when red slider appears slide it across to power off. Re-open iTunes on your PC and under Menu\Store sign in. power on your iPad and try again.
If problems still persist - check with customer support that there are no problems with your listed payment method\card restrictions on your store account.

When I plug in my iPod and it syncs it says that a bunch of my apps cannot be loaded because my iPod does not have the latest software to support them, but I have done all of the iPod software updates and the same apps were working fine just weeks ago...?

I plug in my iPod to charge from my computer and it syncs with my iTunes, but I've been getting a message that a list of 13 of my apps cannot be loaded onto my iPod because it doesn't have the latest software to support them. I have done all the software updates for my iPod and iTunes says it is completed up-to-date. Do I need to delete the apps and redownload them or what?

ok well like lllaass said, most apps require 4.3 or later iOS software. chances are since the apps worked before, the apps themselves got updated and will no longer work with your software version.

I work for a small telco and i sync multiple iPhone handsets daily to my iTunes on my work PC, the problem i'm having is when the customer wants there applications transferred to their new handset, I have to sync the applications to my itunes and then put in the customer Apple ID password and transfer the purchases. Then what happens is the customers go to update their applications on there handsets and it comes up with another random apple id to update the app. How can i stop this from happening???

My wife and I share almost everything...so when we purchase apps, we use the same Apple account. We have one account with AT&T with two phones. We also have one account at the apple store and charge everything to a specific credit card that has a very low monthly ceiling. This allows us to download the apps to our iphones from different computers. When I buy an app or download a free one, she logs in with our account and is eligible to download the app too. I think it is OK with Apple but have not read the fine print of the agreement.

When i try to load music is says "syncing" but then it's not there to play what am i doing wrong?

when i try to load music it shows the "syncing" messge on the ipod and I can find it later in the folders of my ipod on the pc...but its not in the ipod to play. It's a used one and i think a ipod shuffle 3rd generation..what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it?

Nothing you doing wrong, there is just not enough space on your phone.
