On the PCH slot machine site, Firefox continues to play the background audio from one game to the next until all the audio is playing at the same time.

Firefox isn't crashing and there aren't any error messages. V19 just installed today. It was doing this in v18 as well.

This may be a problem with the plugin-container process.

Is it Firefox causing me to be unable to login to multiple accounts on a single site (in mulitple tabs) at the same time?

For instance I can't look at multiple inboxes using the webmail app at one domain. Also, I have 2 etsy shops and can't log in to both at the same time on different tabs. Logging in as one on one tab, logs me out on the other. Is this a Firefox feature and if so, can I turn it off?

OK. This is not "site specific" it is Firefox specific. I have older versions of Firefox in which this does not happen. The moment I upgrade to a updated version, I have this problem. I have multiple accounts on a single site. When I open another tab, and try to open another account on that new tab, Firefox switches the initial tab to the new account. Previous versions left the original tab alone until I recycled that specific tab.
This particularly affects games, emails everything where you are working on one project with something, stop, someone opens a new tab and opens a new account on same site, and your work is wiped out on the initial tab.
My conclusion: since this multiple accounts-same site was possible on the old versions of Firefox, and it isn't possible on newer versions and it IS possible on Chrome (and I'm checking Safari, Opera and others) - it is a Firefox issue. Let's address it instead of pushing it off on various sites.

How do I display two open sites at the same time on screen instead of switching between tabs?

I need to open two different websites using Firefox. They appear as tabs, but I can only view one tab at a time and continually have to switch back and forth. I need to have both separate websites open and displayed simultaneously on the screen. Is there a way to do this or an add-on that will support multiple open windows on screen?

You can open all the pages in separate windows and resize and position the windows horizontally or vertically to have them both visible at the same time.
Note the you can drag a tab slightly downward in the browsing window to tear off the tab or use the right-click menu of the tab (Move to New Window).

Problem with multiple gmail accounts. If I open two accounts in different tabs, Firefox makes them both the same, effectively closing one of them. I would rather have both gmail accounts open at the same time.

We log into that site as [email protected] I would like to open the chorus site in a new tab, leaving the original tab still logged in to my personal gmail account. Firefox doesn't do email, so there are no "Firefox email accounts". If you are accessing "email" with Firefox, you are using web mail. Some web mail services don't allow for direct access, they want their users to access their email from a "portal" or "main" page and will re-direct any attempt to load an "internal" web site page back to the main page.
As far as loading 3 different web mail accounts at the same time, if they are in the same domain it won't work on Firefox without a Firefox addon. http://br.mozdev.org/multifox/
IOW, if those three email accounts all with Yahoo, without that add-on you would have to logon to each email account separately and log out of the first before logging into the 2nd. Then log out of the 2nd before logging into the 3rd. Firefox isn't capable of having multiple session cookies for simultaneous logon's to the same server. After updating firefox today to 6.0, firefox is unable to load multiple tabs at the same time. When I try, firefox refuses to load any pages, and instead is stuck trying to connect to each page.

After I updated firefox to 6.0 today firefox has developed a problem loading multiple tabs. When I try to load 10+ tabs, either at the same time or by opening each tab separately, each tab is stuck trying to connect to the desired page. This continues if I close all the tabs and try to load a single page, the single page is unable to get pass connecting. In order to load a new page when this situation arises I must close down firefox and start again, and the program has no history of the previous session.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Firefox and ut2004 sounds at the same time

I can't hear ut2004's sounds when firefox is running.
I found out it is happening because /dev/dsp is busy (im using alsa).
Is there anyway to hear sounds from both apps at the same time?
(I have read that there is a way to have multiple apps use sounds on the same machine, but I have no idea how to do this)

Strange... the only problem I've had with sounds is when one program is using oss, and the rest are silent. If you're using alsa, you can work around the issue by installing alsa-oss, and starting the oss program with alsa-oss "pathtoexecutible"

When I have firefox open, it crashes at the same time as my display driver crashes (Crash signature: kernelbase.dll@0xb9bc)

The screen turns black (audio remains normal if I'm playing music) and then flickers back on. I get a message that says "Nvidia display driver stopped responding and has recovered successfully." This happened before and Firefox wouldn't always crash, but the last few days it happens several times a day and Firefox always crashes at the same time as the display driver.

No, they aren't working on the same files. All 3 employees are working on different files.
They are all on Dell Optiplex GX745 with 4 Gb of RAM.
The crashes are at different times, not all 3 crashing at the same time. Therefore, I don't believe network is the cause of the issues. Also, it didn't crash on CS5, but now it does on CS6.
What I'm looking for are possible settings within Illustrator CS6 that I can tweak to make it a more stable program.

How can one share iTunes Library across two machines at the same time?

**I have setup 1 of 2 machines to host all the songs in my iTunes library. I then went to machine 2 of 2 and held down option key on start up of iTUnes, changed the location of the liobrary on machine 2 to a shared folder on machine 1.**

So what I think you are doing wrong here is that you are overwriting the value in $Session everytime you executed code inside for loop. try the below:
