On the Wall Street Journal website, I am not able to print out of the print format. Never had a problem before with this.
I click on the print icon under an article in the Wall Street Journal. A new window opens with the article in print format. When I print, I get blank paginated pages equaling the length of the article. On the top left hand corner of the page will appear the title of the article; on the top right hand corner will appear the web address of the article; on the bottom left hand corner will appear the pagination; and on the bottom right hand corner will be the date and time of the printing. This is just how any article would print; the only difference being that I'm not getting the content of the article printed.
This has only started a couple of days ago. I do not have this issue with any other publication, yet this problem doesn't exist with other browsers.
I don't have a WSJ account to test... Here is some general advice:
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
This will open a window listing the site's cookies, which you can remove individually.
Then try reloading the page and logging back in. Does that help?

I have Windows 8.1 on my PC. Ever since downloading the latest version of i Tunes, it will not recognize any of my i Pods (3) and therefore am unable to sync any music from my i Tunes to the i Pods. I've tried all the obvious things like resarting the PC as well as the i Pods tried different patch cables but the i Tunes software will no longer recognize my i Pods. I have automatic sync selected, but I even tried to manually sync by clicking on devices under File but the sync icon is "grayed" out. When I look under Preferences and click on devices the serial numbers of my i Pods appear and are correct but again will not recognize the i Pod when plugged in to the PC. Bottom line I'm dead in the water....appreciate any suggestions....thanks

My iPhone 5s will backup to both my PC and cloud, it then says it's syncing, but new music that I put in to iTunes doesn't transfer over to the phone.
It depends on the iPod shuffle model... Assuming your shuffle is the 4th gen (or 3rd gen) model, do you use automatic syncing or the manual method (drag and drop song on iPod in iTunes)?

My emails no longer show up unless I go to the mail app manually. Never had a problem before this. Help! I have shut off phone I have tried to change the time for how long the mail will show up but nothing is working
Do you mean you don't get notified of new emails automatically (eg. on the Lock Screen)? This could be because this function is turned off in Settings > Notifications. It could also be that the email account you use is having problems with its PUSH service, if it offers one.

My CS6 program that has never had a problem before, is not telling me that there is an error and that it "unexpectedly quit" when I simply try to launch the program. I have restarted my computer several times. It does the same thing each time. So then I tried uninstalling the program and re-installing. It said that it could not install due to an error. So I STILL can't launch my program. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. I have to edit photos for a photoshoot and return them tomorrow. :/

why am I getting a message suddenly that I am exceeding the gift card limit on my iTunes id for buying gift cards? I have never had a problem before and have a good credit card on file. I bought a $50 card for my son and then went to buy another one and it was refused and has continued to be for a week telling me a I am exceeding the gift card limit for my account? Insights here?

I have a Macbook, an iPad 2, and an iPhone 4. I also have iCloud on all three devices. For some reason I can not get new information from my contacts folder to transfer to the iPad or the iPhone. Never been a problem before.

If you want to use multiple devices - move to imap, I would even say "exchange", but Google does not support free exchange anymore, since January of that year. So Ironically Icloud or Hotmail would be my choices right now.

I have an IPhone 4. Took a "trial subscription" (1 month) to the Wall Street Journal. I don't wish to continue and, as my subscription ends on March 23rd, the notice I received was I needed to cancel the subscription. However, when I went to the IPhone site, it only showed I had a 1 month subscription & a 1 month renewal of $12.95. Nowhere was there something that said, "Cancel." What do I do?

i have an ipod touch and my password for wiifi isnt working? i never had a problem with this before is there a way u can recover or change it? also my music is stuck in a folder on my computer and will not let me sync or add it back to my ipod. am i going to have to download all my music cds back on it? also purchased some music from iunes and its not showing up on my ipod either.
For music problem:
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

For wifi
Does the iOS device connect to other networks?
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router

If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Normally my phone would connect with my computer and replace all the songs on my phone with all the songs available in my library. Now it seems as if the songs on my phone are permanently there, and nothing from my iTunes library will sync. I tried syncing with another library on another computer and nothing would sync onto my iPhone from that one either. I feel like it's a problem with the phone, not the iTunes, but I'm not sure. Ive been trying things for the last 8 hours. Why won't my music sync to my phone??
1. Open iTunes.
2. Click the View option in the iTunes menu.
3. Select the Show Sidebar option.
Connect your phone, select it in the Sidebar...the various tabs will now show as before. -
tried to download latest I-Tunes 11.1.4 update but got the message re " Apple Mobile Device failed to start etc. Seems I am not the only one with this problem but getting frustrated as I have tried all the suggestions and now have no Itunes but plenty of money still on it. If you haven't tried re syncing the apps using iTunes..
Connect the iPad to your computer. Select it under Devices left side of the iTunes window. Select Apps from the menu, make sure the boxes next to those apps are selected then click the Sync button bottom right side of the iTunes window. -
I am having a problem installing IOS 7. 04 to IPad. I had no problem installing it on my iphone 5c. I have didn't have a problem with any of the other installs. I wonder if anyone else is having a problem.
Thank you very much for your quick response. It took two tries, but it worked, it through me a curve, it directed me to plug in to my computer and go to iTunes, so that is how I did it. I am not very iPad savvy, so for me , it was a challenge . It also brought the iPad back to original set up. Had to set up all apps again. Oh we'll, I appreciate your help. Thanks again.
