Hey hi there ,
Setting rendered property to true / false will make field or region displayed or hidden at design time .
If you would like to show / hide dynamically then you have to make use of SPEL binding to be attached in the rendered property .
the syntax would be ( *${oa.EmployeePVO1.EmpManagerRender}* ) in additional to SPEL binding property you have use PVO to decide
when to hide or show the field on the page .
You can go through partial page rendering in Jdev guide .

Oracle IIS number of processes grows to big

I am supporting a bad, packaged ASP program that runs under IIS.
IIS 4
NT 4
Oracle 8.1.6.0
After a few hours the number of sessions is about 25, which is ok, but the number of processes exceeds the limit (240).
We are investigating how this can be, but in the meantime I would like to automatically kill processes that are waiting, or belong to inactive sessions.
(By the way, is there a way to timeout sessions? or processes?)
My next task here is to see if any of them are locked, but I don't think so -- I think the web application is leaving them as orphans.

A bit more news. Basically the problem is identified by the fact that there are about 150 records in V$PROCESS that do not match to anything in V$SESSION.
I will reply when there is news about what is causing this.
You are right about MTS, if it is used in an IIS/ASP environment it will reduce the Oracle memory usage to about 4% of previous numbers. Amazing, MTS has connection pooling for cheap asp pages! (set it to multi, not dedicated).

Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

Yes, that's correct, it won't affect your account or your devices in any way.
Use the delete account button in the iCloud settings.
Then enter her iCloud details in the new screen that appears and log in. She should then be returned to the screen above but with her Apple ID at the top, enable the services she wishes to use and then tap the storage & backup option and ensure that iCloud backup is turned on.

If you mean the hexidecimal equivalent of the alphanumeric password, then you can find this via the AirPort Utility, as follows:
AirPort Utility > Select the AirPort > Manual Setup
On the AirPort Utility's menubar select Base Station > Equivalent Network Password

How to set a limit on the number of processes a session can start?

I have an Oracle db version 10.2.0.4 running on Solaris 10. My parallel_max_servers parameter is set to 650 and the processes parameter is set to 700. But I don see one session that is spawning 129 processes and another one that is spwaning 65 processes. Is there a way to limit the number of processes that a session can spawn?

$ ps -ef | grep $ORACLE_SID|wc -l

My parallel_max_servers parameter is set to 650 and the processes parameter is set to 700.
PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS
specifies the maximum number of parallel execution processes and parallel recovery processes for an instance. As demand increases, Oracle increases the number of processes from the number created at instance startup up to this value.
Do you use query with parallel?
example:
-> create table xxx PARALLEL (degree 5)
-> select /*+ PARALLEL
if you don't use parallel on execution processes... so, your processes not increase ;)
By the way your db have limited proceses= 700 (Dedicated Server Processes)
