Onboard Audio P965 Neo-F
Ok, here's the situation;
Was playing WoW yesterday and my new guild uses Teamspeak instead of Ventrilo. So I downloaded the program and logged into my guild's TS-server only to find out that I was hardly audible. I tried to do something with the configuration within TS but nothing helped. Ok, no problem, I thought, let's find some new drivers, do I went to the MSI-site and downloaded the new drivers. I uninstalled the previous ones, rebooted and installed the new drivers; nothing. Windows doesn't detect an audiocard. I went on, trying different ways, nothing helped.
this morning I tried to disable the onboard audio in the BIOS, resulting in Windows not booting. Right now I'm at work, looking on the internet for solutions, and I'm hoping you all here might have some ideas.
P.s. Windows XP 64
Clear CMOS.

MSI P965 Neo onboard Realtek HD audio has no sound
I just bought a new MSO P965 neo-f motherboard with the built-in 7-1 Realtek HD audio and I have no sound.
Windows detects it and I have installed the latest realtek driver (v1.49). Everything looks fine, but there is no sound, as if its all muted.
I have tried different speakers, but no result.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?Quote from: Me27 on 16-November-06, 17:43:28
The other soundcard is in a box, not connected to the motherboard, due to a lack of PCI slots. I really do no understand the choice of MSI to only use 3. I personally would have needed atleased 5 slots, but could not find any (MSI) bord with 5.
It comes down to a change in technology that is happening, Me27. 6 or 7 years ago you would have found most motherboards with 3 PCI and 2 or 3 ISA slots. Then we went to 5 or 6 PCI when ISA pretty well faded. Over Time AGP came out and took the place of one of these PCI slots since you no longer needed one for graphics.
Now we have PCI Express for the graphics, but the technology for PCI-E has also started to be implemented for many components that were previously PCI only. So now we are changing technology again and you have 3 PCI and 2 or 3 available PCI-E slots.
As time goes on you will probably start to see more and more boards that contain more PCI-E slots and less PCI until standard PCI fades and the next technology comes along.
It's part of changes to technology. -
P965 Neo-F audio jacks not working.
I've been having serious issues with the audio jacks on the P965 Neo-F board. I have actually tried two boards, convinced the first board was defective since my speakers worked fine on other computers. On both the current board and the last board, I did a complete clean XP install, formatting my hard drives and installing the latest RealTek HD drivers (5.10.0.5404 dated 4/23/2007, from MSI). The first board never so much as peeped, while the board I have now has made some sounds, although I honestly don't know why. On this board, I had a set of Altic Lansing 2.1 speakers, but because the speakers would pop and make static noises every now and again, generally only if I bumped one of the small stereo speakers or wiggled the cords on the back of it, I thought perhaps the problem was the speakers being old.
On the current board, I tested a monitor that has speakers in it, and there was no sound. RealTek's sound manager, which I have installed, did not recognize that there was anything plugged into the jacks even though I had a line in, microphone, and line out plugged in. When it did recognize the lino out, it also recognized the microphone. However, it only recognized them for no more than a minute. The new speakers (also Altec Lansing 2.1) made one squeak for less than a second; other than that, there has been no sound at all.
I've tried several different RealTek HD drivers from MSI, Microsoft, and RealTek, but none have made any difference. I've enabled and disabled only to re-enable the audio device through BIOS with no success. I've checked the volume, DxDiag, and played music--Winamp and iTunes are both making sound, but no sound is coming out.
I'm pretty much out of ideas here. The only thing I can think to do is get a sound card, but I don't see why I should have to do that when I'm not an audiophile and the board jacks should suit me fine. I am quite at my wit's end with this, and would appreciate any help I can get.Quote
It recognizes that I pluged something into the microphone jack but can't get the microne to work.
This problem usually has to do with the fact that the computer case used, or to be more precise: its front panel audio connectors are not fully Intel HD Audio compliant. Disable the Automatic Front Panel Jack Detection Function in the Realtek HD Audio Manager and retry.
If your mic still does not work as it should, browse through the Realtek Program Folder and look for an executeable file named "miccal.exe". Run it to calibrate your microphone. Also, enable "Microphone boost" in the Mixer-tab of the Realtek configuration program. The top half part of the mixer Tab ("Playback") can be scrolled to the left via <> buttons. Scroll left and localize the input jack your mic is plugged into (example: "Rear Pink In"). Click on the Options button and enable microphone boost.
Quote
When I go into the mixer settings I can't adjust adjust any of the inputs - cd, mic, line etc. Although it shows places for a sliding volume adjusters but doesn't show a slider to be able to adjust the volumes of the inputs.
That is totally normal and not a problem. It is basically a limitation of the Realtek HD Audio Driver in combination with Windows XP. It has nothing to do with the board. Here is an Asus-example:
There is nothing wrong here. If you scroll through that output devices/jacks in the Mixer tab of the Realtek HD Audio Manager, you will find that you can adjust the input/output volume for each audio jack individually. Doesn't make sense to adjust input volume in the output section? Well, ask Realtek which genius designed the interface and ask him personally. -
865PE NEO 2 LS onboard audio VS. addon
Hello Everyone,
I have a 865PE NEO 2 LS and I currently use the on board audio. I concider the sound that comes out to be pretty good to my ears. But I strive for the best, I hear only good things about the Audigy 2 ZS. So my question is, for those of you that dont use onboard audio, is a Audigy 2ZS going to sound ALOT better than my onboard audio?
Speakers Aside,
-- NickI have the Audigy-2 (not the ZS) And this Question Matters Entirely on How Good your Speakers are , Because if you have a Regular 2.1 Set of Speaks. You will be Hard Pressed to Tell the difference with a "Blidfold Test" Between the 2.......So unless you are going to eventually spend Well over $100.00 US on some Speakers, I would Stick with the Onboard Sound................Sean REILLY875

I've got my neo up and running and it's all great but the onboard audio. The normal drivers won't install because "they are not intended for my platform" (makes sense) but the 64 bit specific drivers won't work either as windows claim "the necessary software is unavailable." Is there some way to manually install these drivers? It would be really nice to actually have some sound.
Hi
Welcome.
2 things
1. Is the onboard sound enabled, AC97 in Integrated peripherals, onboardPCI controller?
2. what OS are you using Windows 32 bit, or windows 64 bit edition?
The latest driver can be installed via live update 3. Also is System updated with SP1 etc from windows update site.
When you installed drivers from companion CD, the sound driver is there, although there are updates to it.
cheers

Hi everyone!
I got the Neo Platinum and I am using my Sony Mini System which is 240W RMS as my speakers. I am using the onboard audio which is 7.1 (correct??) The sound coming out of em are fantastic. I was wondering would it be worth picking up an audigy 2 ZS in the future, will this give me better FPS in games and better quality in general? I am skeptical because b/c my sound seems really great. I was thinkin of buying it in maybe a couple of months or so when its cheaper. Anyone got advice? Opinons? Thanks. To answer labbatblue, I have a basic audigy 2 and yes I have tried the onboard sound and it doesn't compare to the quality of the audigy 2. The onboard sound is ok but believe me an auidgy 2 is so much more clearer. I suppose it all depends on what speakers you are using.. I am using Logitech Z680's:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/GB/EN,crid=2,contentid=5048,detail=2
Awesome speakers for music, games and DVD's. With these there is a big difference in audio quality between onboard sound and the audigy 2.
I am now thinking of getting an Audigy 2 ZS platinum pro to improve the sound even more. -
Benchmarks: Dynamic Overclocking on the P965 Neo-F is a big lie!
I've just upgraded to the 1.5 BIOS and decided to run some benchmarks. What I found was interesting, so I thought I'd share:
I set the DOC function to General, which should give a 15% boost to the FSB when the processor is under heavy load. I wanted to see how much that will improve CPU performance compared to when DOC is disableled.
To test I transcoded an album from the lossless APE format to mp3 using Monkey's Audio and Lame 3.96. I chose this software because it reliably maxes out both of my cores, since Monkey's Audio can be set to do two separate encoding tasks simultaneously: one on each core. Lame itself is assembler optimized to use the processor's fancy vector extensions, ensuring a really maximal CPU load. The command line options I used in Lame are: -V 2 -q 0 --lowpass 19.4 --cwlimit 10.7 --scale 0.99 -mj -b96
Here are the results for my system (E6300, P965 Neo-F BIOS 1.5, GeForce 7600GT):
Standard FSB Clock (266 MHz)
DOC: Disabeled
10:35.17 min
Standard FSB Clock (266 MHz)
DOC: General
12:01.45 min
Slight FSB Overclock (280 MHz)
DOC: Disabeled
10:05.15 min
Slight FSB Overclock (280 MHz)
DOC: General
10:05.39 min
To confirm these results I ran 3DMark05 at the default settings with the FSB set at 280. My scores: 5637 with DOC disabeled, 5628 with DOC on General (+15%).
In other words, Dynamic Overclocking on the P965 Neo-F is hopelessly broken. It doesn't actually improve performance and sometimes it seriously damages it! Can anyone confirm that this is so?My test results:
Dynamic Overclocking actually UNDERCLOCKS your CPU under load!
But it's more copmlicated still: I just did a lot of testing on my E6300 / Neo-F and here are my numbers:
FSB
DOC Setting
CPU Freq. at idle
CPU Freq. under load

The most shocking thing about the numbers is that at 266FSB, DOC actually underclocks your CPU just when you need it most. This also beautifully explains the performance results I got above. But if you look carefully, DOC seems to work just as it's supposed to when you bump the FSB to 267. Higher than that, though, I haven't found a frequency at which it works correctly. Generally, it underclocks, and underclocks more the lower the "rank" is that you choose. The exception to this is 333, where DOC seems to neither overclock nor underclock. -
[SOLVED!] DVDRW can't burn on JMicron IDE (MSI P965 Neo)
-----------------------------
edit: i have solved it! i changed my IDE cable (i originally used the IDE cable that came with my dvd-drive, which was a 40pin IDE cable) with the 80pin IDE cable that came with the motherboard. installed jmicron driver, and i can burn now. no more errors from nero
I have an LG GSA-H10N DVD writer.
it's connected on the only IDE slot in MSI P965 Neo motherboard.
Nero Express log file says:
=== Scsi-Device-Map ===
DiskPeripheral : ST380811AS atapi Port 0 ID 0 DMA: On
CdRomPeripheral : HL-DT-STDVDRAM GSA-H10N JL10 JRAID Port 4 ID 0 DMA: Off
i asked around, DMA should be turned on, says all other forums.
Jmicron RAID controller is installed. all jmicron drivers installed.
how to turn on DMA?
bios is set to IDE (and not RAID/Disabled).
please help. this is giving me headaches. i have lost money thinking i bought defective dvds to burn on, only to find out DMA is not ON (and i can't turn it on anywhere).I wouldn't call this "solved" would you? Mabe patched...
Yes I am having the same problem:
If I use the Intel IDE drivers, you *can* burn, but it takes literally at least an hour MIN per DVD. Also it maxes out @ 6X for ripping audio CDs. Yes, and this cripples your entire system, everything is super slow, even the mouse is choppy. One of your CPU's will also be maxed out @ 100%. Sound may be also affected while using any DVD drive.
If I use the "latest" 1.14 JMicron Drivers, I can't burn at all. Windows "says" it's a DVDRW, but there is no burn tab under properties, and Nero or other applications say there is no burner (but the "virtual" ISO burner). However, I can rip at full speed again, no choppy, so sound issues.
Here is a picture of what Device Manager looks like BEFORE you install JMicron Drivers and AFTER:
http://www.hificomputers.net/hifi/Images/before_after.jpg
I Have tried messing with PIO modes and DMA in bios and windows. Nothing.
I have tried messing with DVD burner's firmware, nothing.
I have tried editing the registry and "forcing" windows to see the DVD Burner as a burner to FORCE the "burning" tab to come back, but still this doesn't affect anything. Still can't burn.
MSI do NOT use JCrapon again! Just search for jmicron in this forum and see all the problems with them! I've had at least 6 MSI boards and this is the first one I've not been satisfied with just because of JMicron. I don't know if this is a Bios fixable issue, but it seems like it should be a JMicron Drivers issue.

P965 Neo JMicron ?buggy? in PATA-mode and cannot install newest driver
I have a MSI P965 Neo and a PATA HDD (alone on the IDE-cable)
if I copy some big files over network (via onboard realtek) from 2 other computers in my network:
PATA:
a) files are ok (correct md5), without the JMicron-driver 1.06.01.00 from MSI website, but very slow speed and laggy mouse.
b) files are NOT ok, with JMicron-driver 1.06.01.00, speed is fast, mouse are ok.
if I use a PATA-2-SATA adapter from a friend and the HDD is
a) hooked on JMicron-SATA-Port, with JMicron-driver 1.06.01.00, files are ok.
b) hooked on intel-port, files are ok.
I did some tests with a dlink-NIC on msi mobo, but in PATA-mode on JMicron still errors.
so for the JMicron in PATA-mode there is a bug, in SATA-mode not.
I have hope with with the new driver from MSI site vesion 1.14.00.00 but this one won´t install - got a dialog with "updatedriverforplugandplaydevices: error".
any help ? coz I cannot use the PATA-2-SATA adapter from my friend forever and buying one isn´t a big deal but I paid already for not 100% bugfree msi p965 neo.
update:
filecopy from internal hdd to external usb-hdd, is not a problem, only over network. so JMicron in PATA-mode produces errors if realtek-onboard-chip is under load or an other NIC.
OS was WinXP SP2 32bit, but WinXP x64 has the same problem.
I tried also older realtek drivers but no success.
but Vista RC1 has no errors with filecopy over network with jmicron in pata-mode, with Vista´s default drivers for JMicron and realtek-nicI got the same problem with "HANGING"... the whole system freezes (mouse and sound for example) when I access my DVD burner, e.g. wenn I insert a new DVD, and/or copy a file like VTS_04_1.VOB to my system (just for testing). I never experienced this behaviour in any PC system before... This isn't acceptable on a 2 gig, 6600 core 2 duo system.
I played World of Warcraft recently, and burned a video DVD from a hdd image file at the same time - which should be blindfoldly managed on a core 2 duo 6600.
on my old system (an amd, single core) the same action would have no effect on the game. But on my new MSI board system, there were major hangs to the game... Just when the system accessed the DVD burner.
More strange appears to me, that accessing the second DVD device, the DVD-R (just reading) doesn't cause any hangs to my system.
I never had any of this occurences in any PC before ... This must have something to do with the Jmicron IDE to SATA2 "bridge".
I got the JMB36X 1.14.01.exe and the latest BIOS
My system specifications read as follows:
1x 3R Systems DCase R202, silver be quiet
1x SilentMaxx 480Watts, 19dB extra silent
1x MSI P965 Neo-F Socket775, FSB800/1066 ATX PCI-E16x
2x CSX1024MB DDR2 DIMM, 800MHz, original Value
1x Core 2 Duo E6600 (2,4GHz 4MB), Box S775
1x GeForce 7900 GTX 512 MB Gigabyte, TV-Out/DVI Retail
2x SATA2 250GB Samsung SP2504C
1x LG GSA-H20L Black Lightscribe, Retail Nero+Kabel
1x Lite-ON DVD-ROM SHD-16H5S-05C, 16X
Hoping there will be a fix soon... I noticed this strange behaviour at once, when I installed Heroes of Might and Magic V (just after I bought my new system) and wondered, why the installation routine takes SOOOO long and consumes one core cpu completely....

Hi all,
I am planning on installing windows Vista on my MSI P965 Neo motherboard and I am concerned about the drivers for my mobo (Audio, Raid etc.). I know that Vista includes drivers for many different devices but does anybody knows for sure if all the features of the above mobo are supported on Vista?
When windows XP originally came out I never trusted the drivers that were included with them because either they were old or they did not support all the features of my devices. At that time I downloaded the ones provided from the manufactured websites. Does anybody know if in this version of windows things are better?
Last I went to the drivers section of my motherboard but I was not able to find any drivers for Vista. Do you know if MSI provides drivers for its products under windows Vista?
Regards,
PhanosHi all,
just installed Vista (twice , the first was attempted was unsuccesfull. The system would not boot after the first time windows Vista run. I hope that is not a problem with my new hard drive ).
I am glad to report that all the devices of the motherboard have been detected and are operating well so far. Windows Vista even install drivers for my TV Tuner card for which I was unable to load drivers on XP (read about it here https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=103597.0). The only two things that Vista could not load drivers for were my canon scanner and my logitech quick cam. I will try to find drivers for these devices later.
Windows Vista are working very fast, faster than XP I might say. Of course I don't have installed on Vista all the programs that I have on windows XP. The games that I was able to play so far on Vista are "Morrowind", "Age of Mythology - The Titans", "Tomb Raider Legend", "Star Wars Knights of the old Rebuplic - The Sith Lords". The only game that crashed was "Ghost Recon". I was able to play that one as well though when I apply complatibility settings.

Unable to Use Onboard Audio with Nvidia GPU since Linux 3.4
I am currently stuck using linux 3.3.8-1 along with nvidia 295.49-1, because I don't know how to workaround the kernel disabling MSI for snd-hda-intel. This module is used by both the Nvidia HDMI audio and the ALC880 onboard audio. Previously, I have been able to disable HDMI audio to be able to use the onboard audio, but now I don't know what to do. I have attempted to use "options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1" when modprobing on boot, which gets rid of the "hda_intel: Disabling MSI" message but it hasn't given me a working onboard audio output.
I have also used the following command along with enable_msi=1 (found here: http://www.mjmwired.net/kernel/Document … HOWTO.txt) in my rc.local
echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000\:00\:1b.0/msi_bus
Of course, it is my assumption that the kernel disabling MSI is the cause of the problem, but it might be something else. Please let me know if any additional logs would be helpful.

MSI P965 Neo-F (MS-7235) problem booting from USB flash drive
Hi, all!
I was wondering if someone can help me. I am trying to install Windows 7 x64 on my 320GB HDD that is connected to my MSI P965 Neo-F (MS-7235) mobo (The CPU is a Core2Duo 6600 with 6GB of RAM). I created a bootable USB 8GB flash drive using Microsoft's "Windows 7 DVD USB Download Tool" and bootsect.exe (Needed to create a boot sector on the USB drive) from the MS store. I successfully tested the resulting bootable USB drive using freeware MobaLiveCD (Sorry, you'll have to Google "mobalivecd" since this forum doesn't seem to allow external links) running under Windows XP SP3 x86 (32bit). Under MobaLive's QEMU, Windows 7 setup loaded its files and produced an error message basically saying that it could not install Windows 7 x64 under an x86 OS (No surprise there since QEMU is emulating a 32bit processor - The point is that the bootable USB drive I created works).
I then went into my mobo's CMOS and under Advanced BIOS Features -> Boot Sequence -> 1st Boot Device, set the value to "USB-HDD" and rebooted my machine. The USB drive probably was not detected by the mobo under that setting because it proceeded to boot from my HDD which is the 2nd Boot Device. I repeated the same process using each one of the four USB ports in the rear of the mobo (I don't have the optional USB panel that the MSI users manual mentions) to no avail. I also tried setting the 1st Boot Device to "USB-FDD" and repeated the process for each USB port but the mobo still will not boot from the USB drive (It does not recognize it). When I set the 1st Boot Device to "USB-ZIP" and rebooted, the mobo hangs after "Verifying DMI Pool Data ..." which is no surprise since I am not using a USB ZIP drive but a USB flash drive. It appears that under that setting, it recognizes that there is a USB device attached but it is expecting a response (From a USB ZIP drive). I had no idea it would be this frustrating to boot from a USB flash drive! If anyone knows how to make this mobo boot from a USB flash drive, please let me know. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The P965 Neo motherboard is 8 years old, so don't expect miracles. .... You need to format the USB stick in the proper way. You may use this utility to do it: hxxp://www.prime-expert.com/flashboot/ Also, it's a good idea to use the first (USB0) connector (controlled by Intel ICH8) for the USB flash drive. Good luck.
Thank You for your fast response, RemusM!
I'm not looking for a miracle. I'm just looking for a mobo that does what it is supposed to do: Allow me to boot from a USB flash drive (I don't think that is too much to ask for even from a board that was made in 2006)!
Thanks for recommending FlashBoot. I see under their "Why FlashBoot" section that it "... does not shift to user the burden of choice between "USB-ZIP" and "USB-HDD" at format time and proper BIOS setup at boot time. ... and every USB disk is formatted in such way that it will work in every environment properly, regardless of current BIOS setting.", so I will give it a try and let you know about the results afterwards. -
MSI P965 Neo PCI-e lock?
Hi!
could any of you tell me whether or not the MSI P965 Neo-F board has an option to lock the PCI-e clock?
My plan is to tweak the FSB to 333 (which implicates a 333/266 = 25% overclock), which I've read is more then easy to obtain with a Core 2 Duo 6300. I just don't wanna ruin the rest of the system by getting a PCI-e busspeed of 125.
So I'm really curious if this board has either a build-in lock @ 100/101, or some option in the BIOS to lock the bus.
Thanks!well you could just try raising your fsb to 333Mhz and see what happens. done it with mine no problems at all no other tweeking either. lots n lots of people have done the same without a problem.
check out the overclocking and modding forum here, n see for yourself. -
Where can I get a new i/o-shield for my P965 Neo-F V2 motherboard?
I need an i/o-shield for MSI P965 Neo-F V2 motherboard.
I live in Finland, I've asked from local stores but nobody sells them separately.
Anybody knows where to acquire one? (it can be from another motherboard too, if it's exactly like the one that comes with Neo-F V2).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.I found this place---> http://www.censuspc.com/Back-Panel-I-O-Shields-c-39.html which ships internationally(no international Credit Cards though--does accept PayPal). Take a look at the shields they have to see if any have the right cutouts. I remember Intel selling a ton of different I/O shields and maybe one of those will work, but I haven't found the link yet. Try contacting the MSI office in your area and see they can help.
Edit: I found it! Here's a link with illustrations of various Intel I/O shields: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-009031.htm
Here's the link with the I/O shields for purchase: http://shop.intel.com/shop/category.asp?category%5Fid=94

Setup Raid and installing Windows Vista - P965 Neo-f
I hope someone can help....
I bought this motherboard along with all the other items required to build a new system as follows:
MSI P965 Neo-f motherboard (Bios v1.5)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
2gb (2 x 1gb) OCZ PC-6400 (800) Memory
2 x 200gb Hitachi Hard Drives (to be run in Raid 0)
Sony/Nec Optiarc DVD-Writer
Liteon DVD-Rom
Hiper 530w PSU
Innovision 7300GT Graphics
After battling for two days trying to get a DVD-Rom to work through the Jmicro (PATA) IDE interface (no other item connected) within Vista, I've finally sussed it
However, how do you get Raid 0 set up via the southbridge (ICH8)?
I have built many PC's previously using various Raid formations, and none have been anything like this motherboard to set up (its like going back to day one on building PC's).
The question is how? All other systems I have built allowed you to set SATA raid up in the Bios, then you would be presented with the setup utility whilst booting to allow you to set the Raid options.
However, this motherboard doesn't want to play ball. There is very limited options within the bios, and nothing which will allow you to set SATA raid other than being able to set either IDE or Raid (which makes diddly squat to anything). All other Bios's I have used had many other options to enable various SATA settings including setting which channels I would like to use for RAID (all i seem to be able to do is either Enable or Disable stuff). None of this appears in this bios, so how do I go about setting the bios to enable SATA Raid, so that I'm able to access the Raid Utility at boot time (i think its CTRL-i to access it, which doesn't work on this machine) and set my striped disks? People on this forum have also mentioned ACHI, but even that doesn't appear in the Bios anywhere (although I won't be using it).
Installing Vista is easy, but being microsoft its different. Theres no option for F6 anymore but you get the option to load drivers during the install. This no longer requires a floppy disk as per older versions as you are able to browse anything connected to your system (CD,DVD etc etc). The few times I have had to install Vista onto this machine I just pointed it to the MSI driver disk, the Intel folder and loaded the ICH8 Raid drivers and everything installed perfectly from there (am i doing this right?).
BUT STILL NO RAID OPTIONS
Do I need to install the Intel Matrix Storage when I've installed Vista, as I've tried so many times without success (it keeps saying the system doesn't meet the requirements) that I've given up with that one but I don't no if I need it or not????
Hope someone can help and come up with an idiots guide on setting up Raid on this motherboard, as I need to get this computer to its owner on Monday......

Does anyone wanna buy a brand new P965 Neo-f (without raid?)
Why would I want a board without raid?
Add-on raid controllers vary in price. This one is cheap: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815104219
