Once I put my photos in Aperture, can I wirelessly get them to my iPhone?

Not super familiar with iCloud so Im wondering if I have to sync my phone everytime I want to get my new photos to my phone.
Thanks!

If you already put your photos into Aperture on your Mac, but turned on Photo Stream on your Mac + iPhone (with the same iCloud account) and would like to bring some of your photos back to your phone, then just mark and drag the photos you want on your phone in the Photo Stream folder in Aperture and they will appear on your iPhone in the Photo app (Photo Stream Folder) again

In my application users may have concurrent independent collaboration sessions. When a user starts a collaboration session, a new collection node is created, s/he subscribes to that collection node, sends invitation to participants (selective users)
