One mail only to fill the form
Hello,
for a survey I need to make it unique so people can only fill it once,
they put their mail adress and it check if they already filled it or not,
is it possible with central forms?

I have an editable pdf made in Acrobat. Viewing it Adobe Reader Mobile (Android) and I can fill it fine. I want to be able to fill the form but it keeps autosaving. I just want to email the form and then it goes back to an unfilled form. How do i do that?
Currently, Adobe Reader for Android does not provide an option to disable auto-save.
In the Reader home screen (where your files are displayed), you can make a copy of the original PDF document, open the copy (instead of opening the original document), make changes to the copy. Once you email the copy, you can delete it.
For more information, please see Help > How To... > Copy, edit, delete, manage.
Although it is not the most convenient way to accomplish the task, that's the only feasible workaround that is available in Adobe Reader for Android right now. -
If I buy iTunes gift card and fill the form, do I still need to fill credit card information and will I be able to access iTunes and apple store?
Look for a None option in the Payment Methods;
If you do not have one you will have to supply a bank card or redeem an iTunes Gift Card. -

Is it possible for a user to complete an on line form in the members only section of my web site and then enter an e-mail address to send the form to.
It appears most forms have a default e-mail address that the form is sent to when the user clicks the submit button, i would like the user to enter any e-mail address they like to send the information to as well as the default e-mail address.
I am using windows 7, Dreamweaver CS4 and ASP server pages to have members logon to the members only section.

Why do you think so? This is not the case.
Just process the form, and use the contents of the field in which the visitor has placed the desired target email address (properly sanitized, of course to avoid email injection problems) as the "To:" address in your call to the mailserver. -
Help! We have a form with more than 200 entries and when I looked at it yesterday it had one! When you download the form to excel they all show up. However, when I added another record today it disappeared. Can you tell me what's happening? I've been using adobe forms for 2 years with mass response feedback and have never had this problem.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Problem with filling the forms in Nokia browser af...

I updated my Nokia 808 to FP2 successfuly. But i realized one problem in web browser and the new keyboard. For example when i want to write into a form box i can only see virtual keyboard. I cannot see what i type. If you want to test this, please open your local nokia website and click on support / e mail us. You will see a form which will ask your phone model and OS etc. Try to type into the boxes. Yesterday i failed to write anything. Also reaction is very slow. You can see what i m talking about in the attachments.
Also with the new update, videos are not working correctly. Sometimes video player is crashing. Sometimes i see strange and colourful images while it is trying to play the video. Then it turns to normal and i see the video clearly.
Im satisfied with some new things in the update but there are problems and slow downs. Some features are not working such as Nokia Social. I hope Nokia Team will find a solution. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback! I tested the support form with the same results, the page was slow and kept on moving up to the top when I was typing in the textbox. I tried it with a Lumia device, and even though I was able to fill the textbox without problems, the drop down menus did not work. Based on that experience, it seems that the form is meant to be used with a personal computer, not a mobile device. I will, however, escalate this issue in case there is a possibility of a quick fix.
As for the video issue, does this happen with all videos or just certain ones? Colorful images etc. usually mean that the video file encoding is somehow broken and the player cannot read it properly.

I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat Pro that contains several data fields with some feeding data to a barcode in the document. I have a "button" set up to save and send the completed form one it is completed. Some of the user are having troubles filling out the form as they are using various programs to do such as iBook, Adobe Reader, etc.... Sometimes the information is not transferred to the barcode and sometimes the "submittal button" doesn't function properly.
Please provide a solution or give me a list of the programs that must be used to properly open and fill out the form.
Greatly appreciated.Best option is to use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat, of course) on a desktop computer (ie, not on a mobile device). Any other configuration is likely to be problematic.

A strange one - setPixels only works against the left of the screen

I have a form dragged and drpped from a VO in my page.
I have a textField in the page and user can enter a value for it (In my scenario it is the order ID of the VO)
I want to do this.
When a user input the order ID I want to fill the rest of the fields in the form with values related to input order ID, how to do this,

I am developing a interactive form, which got context interface from WebDynPro ABAP. I have a input field on the form, its NAME, i binded it with NAME1 of WebDynPro context, in SAP its length is 35 CHARs.
My requirement is user can not enter more than 35 CHARs in the form, while user is fillling it. So, to achive this,
1) Its enough just binding form NAME to WebDynPro SAP NAME1 attribute of context, then, SAP will automatically take care this?
2) or do i need to put the 35 number lenght in Max Chars field of Object-Field in the FORM?

While binding a field on layout you get an option to specify properties of the field in regards with bound data element. If there you have chosen the property of max chars then its not mandatory to specify it again in object properties of the field. But if you have not mentioned it while binding then it will be required to separately mention in the object property.

Making a JSP Form read only based on the form value present in DB
I need suggestions/examples as i am newbie into java stream.
I have two JSP pages 'Add Page' and 'Edit Page' .
Add Page -> In add Page,I have many text boxes,select drop-downs options. In one select drop-down I have values as Locked and open .I can save this page contents in DB by entering those form values.
Edit Page -> In eidtPage,once saved in DB, based on 'select drop-down- Locked and open' If it is locked i have to make all the fields (text boxes and select drop downs) as read only and if it is open i have to make it editable.
I am taking all the values from DB,setting to 'form bean' and then setting up the values in session and forwarding it to JSP page to populate there .I am using beehive net UI tages in JSP. Please help me out.Not sure I'm following what you want, but this might help:
In your select tag, put something like an 'onchange' event that calls a javascript function. In the javascript function it you add code to enable or disable your other fields based on the item selected from the drop down box.
To determine what item was selected in a select tag, you write something like the following. I'm not sure of the exact syntax. You can look it up in a javascript book:
var optionSelected = document.forms[0].selectTagName.options[document.forms[0].selectTagName.selectedIndex].value;

Have to share something really wired that happened to me at a trade show.
Was trying to write an email on my iPad and everytime I was pressing any key, a bunch of other words were printed as well. Also if I was trying to open an app, another one was coming up.
At first I though somebody dropped it or I had some wired virus on it. After half an hour of trouble shooting ( restart, reboot, etc etc) and brain storming with other apple users we realized the problem was....the countertop were it was sitting on!
The countertop was backlighted and apparently the neon light have a magnet that interfere with anything you do on your iPad!

Reset One field Only in Coldfusion Flash Form
I have a flash form with a fair amount date fields. I use the code

This is the master date field. It populates about 10 other date fields by using the following code for the other 10 fields.

There are certain cases where date fields 7-10 are not used. Unfortuantely, fields 7-10 in those cases are prepopulated because of the bind. I want to put a reset/clear button besides each of those date fields (7-10). Is there a way to code the reset/clear button to only clear the corresponding date field? Right now, I have the users choosing the same date as DATE1 to clear out the field. That is 2 clilcks. I would prefer the users just to click on a reset/clear button.
