You had to make a subscription with your PayPal for example to use such special deals. But often such deals are only active for people who want to join Premium for the first time...

I got an email from Skpe for one moth free worldwide calling. I took the short and it did not went trough got an error saying it can not be chnaged and we (skpe) didnt not chnage any thing to my paypal account but infact chgarged my aaount CAD 1. but I dont have subription added to my account.

I regsterded for a one month free trial. how can i download illustrator?

I was having trouble downloading illustrator and was told to download the application manager. How do I do that? I am confused and need help. Also-
when trying to download Illustrator I got a massage that reads "You are running an operating system that illustrator no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms."
I am not sure what that means and how to go about downloading and using the programs? do I really have to update my computer in order to use the programs? Would I have to purchase a new operating system? that is something that I don't know if I can afford.
Please let me know how to go about it?
The whole proccess seems a little complecated and I am hoping to be able to actually download the application before my free trial ends..

One month unlimited world-wide not working

I have taken advantage of the Skype offer for one month's free world-wide use that was offred as part of the thw Windows 8 upgrade.
I tried to ring a Switzerland mobile number but it rejecetd it based upon my current balance (Non one month free).
I looked at the premium subscription fine print and it said that mobile access may be available with this but would be informed at the point of subscribing. I did not get any such information.
Should I be able to ring a mobile in Switzerland on this?
