  • I regsterded for a one month free trial. how can i download illustrator?

    I was having trouble downloading illustrator and was told to download the application manager. How do I do that? I am confused and need help. Also-
    when trying to download Illustrator I got a massage that reads "You are running an operating system that illustrator no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms."
    I am not sure what that means and how to go about downloading and using the programs? do I really have to update my computer in order to use the programs? Would I have to purchase a new operating system? that is something that I don't know if I can afford.
    Please let me know how to go about it?
    The whole proccess seems a little complecated and I am hoping to be able to actually download the application before my free trial ends..

    I bought a Sandisk HDHC card  from Fryes.It have an activation code for 3 free months freee Creative Cloud and /Lightroom.When I tried the code it was invalid.When I tried the online chat,they gave me a lot of ********.Will I get the 3 months or will I post this on every SOCIAL MEDIA SITE?.ADOBE NEEDS TO WISE UP!!!

      Its an ADOBE advertisement with their name on it.Product has activation code with it and is still valid.Adobe WONT LIKE ME by the time its over.

    HI Cadebrewer, if you have a current subscription to Spotify you can manage it through your Subscription page. If you don't see an option to cancel then:
    1) Did you ever enter any payment information when you signed up for your trial? If not, then don't worry. You can't be charged, no need to cancel. 
    2) Is it saying it will charge you $12.99? This means your subscription is through the App Store and you will need to cancel your Spotify subscription through there.

    When I bought my Surface last week, they gave me a code to get one month of free unlimited calls to the US and Canada.  When I enter the code, though, I get the message "Unknown error occurred; please try again later."  I've tried about 10 times over the last week, and get this message every time.  Anyone else have this problem?  Thanks!

    However, I can see that you are trying to call a mobile in UK, this is not included in the Unlimited World trial subscription, you can call only landlines in UK.     You had to make a subscription with your PayPal for example to use such special deals. But often such deals are only active for people who want to join Premium for the first time...

    I signed up for the free one year trial for skype premium which will expire on December 22, 2014. However, I looked at the FAQ for cancelling susbcriptions and see no option for cancelling a premium. 
    Is there any way I can cancel my premium? Or does it automatically expire without any further charges?

    You need to sign out & sign back in of the CC desktop app with Email with which you have made the purchase.
    It should activate the CC

    You can launch any CC App like Photo Shop & it will ask you to "license the software", you need to click on that & sign in with your Adobe Id.
