One NIC host - can I connect VMs to the Internet?

Hello everybody,
probably you've seen this before, but I haven't had any success in finding the right answer.
Question is, can I connect the VMs, living on a host with a single physical NIC, to the Internet?
I need to set up 3 VMs (same LAN) to connect to the Internet through the host, but the host has only one physical NIC.
Is it possible?

Yes. A single nic can share host and vm traffic.
We have our servers set up with a single nic (in our case, a virtual nic that represents a team of 2 nics) which shares vm and host traffic.
Edit: Sorry, I did forget the multiple vm part. Akshay is right, we have many vms sharing a single external virtual switch. You will also need to make sure "allow management operating system to share this network" is checked so the
host can access the network.

Can't connect wirelessly to the Internet

Hi all,
hope someone can help me with this.
I'm running OSX 10.3.9, have an ADSL Nation X-Modem and AirPort Express.
My wireless network is up and running, I have strong signal and AirTunes can connect and play fine wirelessly.
However, when I try to open Safari and connect to the Internet, it doesn't connect ("Can't find Server.")
When I plug the X-Modem direct into the Mac with the Ethernet cable, I can connect to the internet fine, so the modem and cable don't seem to be the problem. I've tried running throgh the AirPort Express SetUp Assistant and restarted AirPort and rebooted everything many times. In Network Preferences, it says it's happily connected, has IP address etc, but I still can't connect wirelessly to the Internet?
Any help greatly appreciated!

OK, here it is again
First you plug the Ethernet cable from your Internet modem into the AE. Then plug it in. The light will go amber. Run the Airport Setup Assistant. Create a new wireless network. Call it what you want. Enter the information about your modem, in the fields just like you do for your Ethernet connection on your PC or Mac. This means DHCP or static IP and subnet..... most if you use DHCP will be filled in for you. Now that you have saved the info and the AE has restarted, look for the network that you named in the available networks. If you have set it up to dish out IP addresses, it will give you one. If you have started out with WEP or WPA the connection process is much more difficult at first.
I leave it wide open until I can connect to it and then I create MAC access lists. I'll leave all the security stuff to you after you get it working basically.
Run Airport Admin Utility. It will scan the area for AEs and AEBSs and you can select yours from the list. Click on configure. Here is where you set all the details up on how you want it to work. Here you can configure the details, place your securities etc. Notice that you are accessing it wireless and then you can go through the various Tabs to configure how you want it to operate.
There is an Internet tab. This will show you how it is configured. It should look the same as your NIC parameters did when you hooked straight to the modem. There are also many more tabs that allow you to configure each area, like do you want it to be the gateway of your network, dish out IP addresses etc. My advice is to let it do that if more than one machine will connect and you don't require defined addresses to get to say a server.
The two important areas are the Internet and the LAN area. These tell it how to interact with your modem, and the machines trying to connect to it. If the AE doesn't see the modem or can't interact with it, one of the parameters is wrong. Same goes for the LAN side of things.

I got this for Christmas and its one of the only convient ways to communicate with my aunt who is currently living in another country! Someone stole it and its not connected to wifi or online. This happened last week and I just got it 2 weeks ago but I didn't know what to do then...I never installed any app for tracking or anything like that and I can't afford a new one! Even with the discount! Someone please help me.

Sorry, but if you didn't set up Find My iPod, and/or the iPod is not turned on or otherwise connected to the Internet, there's no way to track it nor affect it in any way. Notify the police and change the password to your Apple ID and any other applicable online services.

Can not connect itunes to the internet!

I have a LAN connection, I have allowed itunes through the firewall, I ran the network connectivity test and it said network connection timed out and it never successfully connected to the internet. I'm not very good with computers, and could really use some help!

Try this:
Head to your Start Menu
Then click Control Panel located in the right hand menu part.
Then look for Network & Internet and click on that.
Then you want to click on Internet settings
Next, head over to the "Connections" tab
From there, click LAN Settings at the bottom.
Make sure, try putting a check mark next to the "Automatically detect settings" or remove it and hit Apply and then try reconnecting to the store.
If that doesn't help, try flushing the DNS. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the Apple document below. Hope this helps.

Connect Macbook to the Internet (VPN) through PC

I got a PC with 2 network cards and a Macbook.
On a PC I got VPN connection to my provider.
How can I connect Macbook to the internet through that PC + safely sharing my PC's contents only to my Macbook.

I did all that. My question concerns more the software than the hardware. I already said that I have 2 newtork cards in a PC desktop and one in macbook. I got cables. I plugged everything in.
The problem is that the preparation work is described in so many details but the crucial program work is very unclear in the majority of web sites I googled. I need this part.

In non tech language if you have a bell Internet thing then you just go to settings and wifi and it should show something like bell... And if you have something else then there's a big chance you would need a wireless router. Go to the source they have cheap ones.

You need to see "works on Mac" on the box. All such deveices require a driver. The adaptor would work in many cases except for the lack of Mac drivers. Some companies have the proper Mac drivers on their web sites, some shuffle you off to suspect third-party sites, and some have no Mac drivers at all. If you want to buy one adaptor, not have to return it or send hours searcing the web for a driver that works, look at this one:

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add a new account by tapping the "create Apple ID" button. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

If you have ethernet still on your MBP plug it in by ethernet and tell me if that works.
Tell me how the Airport is setup.. what broadband modem and router you have.
What OS on the laptop? Yosemite I guess.. since it is the most troublesome.
Did it work before whatever change was made? Has it worked in the past? When did it stop and what did you do that coincided with it stopping?

Often when people think they've deleted an application, what's really happened is that they deleted its icon from the Dock. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it.

Contact the develpers of that app, which is not an Apple product for support. You can find the developer contact info in the description of that app in the App Store or Google it.

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID.
