One note 2013 error : The specified location is already open in another notebook

Question

Hello,
when trying to create a new notebook on a file-share, i receive the following error :
After this, the notebook isn`t created.
When doing this from another computer to the same file-shar (also windows 8.1 and office 2013), this problem will not occur).
What is the problem and how can i fix this?

Frist Action Plan:
Close all notebooks opened on OneNote.
Right click on each notebook and select close this Notebook.
Restart OneNote Application
Create a New Notebook on your local Drive under any folder and add few sections and pages
Change location: Right-click the notebook you created to move, choose Properties, click "Change Location".  In the dialog that
results navigate to your U:\Data\Documentatie folders and choose the new location.
If the above action work successfully follow below steps. Else
if this won’t work rename “Documentatie” and try changing the location of new Notebook.
2nd Action Plan:
Close all notebooks opened on OneNote.
Right click on each notebook and select close this Notebook.
Restart OneNote Application
Move or delete all folder and files under U:\Data\Documentatie
Try creating New Notebook under
U:\Data\Documentatie
If this won’t work rename “Documentatie” and try creating new Notebooks.
