One of my keys is "spongy" ... how to pull off?

My letter T key is starting to not work. I haven't spilled anything on the keyboard but maybe it's dusty. The letter T definitely feels different than the rest of the letters. It feels like it's snapping back or something. I was hoping to pull it off and see if there is anything underneath. Any ideas how to do this? I've seen videos on how to remove keys on the Macbook Pro but I don't know if the technique is the same.

Check this link out , How to replace keys on MacBook. It has many different places with the info you need.
PowerBookMedic has some good tutorials too.
