One of my playlists did not upload to iTunes Match

Joined iTunes Match and Itunes Radio. Everything uploaded except one playlist, my favorites of course. Searched the FAQ's but seems no one else has had this issue? Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If a playlist has ineligible items in it, it will not be availble in the cloud. See this Apple KB article for more information on what the various icons mean: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4124.
If it is a Smart Playlist it cannot reference any other playlists, or it will not be available in the cloud. To make the playlist available in the cloud remove the ineligible items and/or remove the reference to any other playlists.

  • Sing to the Moom (Laura Mvula) not uploading to iTunes Match.  Why?

    Hi, I just purchased the Sing to the Moon CD by Laura Mvula, ripped it to iTunes (Apple Lossless) but a number of the tracks will not sync with iTunes Match in the cloud.  Specifically this is track 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 to 12.
    Another CD I purchased and ripped just afterwards suffered no problems.  Got over another 400 albums that also trouble free.
    I am running the PC version of iTunes (V 11.02.25)
    Wondering whether there is something that is unique with the CD and anyone else got the same problem?

    There seems to be a bug that prevents some lossless files from matching.
    I suggest that you delete the lossless files and rip  the tracks as 256 Kbps AAC files. Add tracks to the cloud and let process complete.
    Once the tracks have been matched, delete them from your computer and move to trash but do not hide tracks in cloud. So you will have those tracks to stream on your iOS devices.
    Next, rerip the tracks as lossless. When I tried this, the tracks merged with the existing entry - resulting in you have a lossless file to play on your computer and a match in the clouds.

  • ITunes Song File Will Not Upload To iTunes Match/Cloud

    I have two song files that are failing to upload. Both files play fine. I have tried creating new AAC files. I have reimported the files from the CD using error check. I have turned off iTunes match and turned it back on, I have deauthorized the computer and reauthorized it. Other files on the CD imported correctly and uploaded. I have tried adding both files one at a time. One file is 6 MB and one file is 4.5 MB.
    iTunes Match gets to step of uploading the file, hesitates, stops and restarts the process. Thanks for any suggestions,

    Hi,
    These are 2 song files imported from 2 CDs using iTunes as AAC MP4 files. All the other songs on the 2 CDs have uploaded to the iTunes Match cloud with no problems.
    Importing one of the songs as MP3 (4.5 MB became 4.1 MB) worked. However, when I repeated the process with the second problem file, iTunes Match again fails at the upload step. Seems to be random, but your suggestion worked for one out of two.

    What gives with this message.  Any Apple reps want to tackle this.  BTW I am uploading from Windows 7 Ultimate and meet all the mininum requirements as prescribed by Apple.

    Enable the "iCloud Status" column in the iTunes Browser by pulling down View > View Options, select 'iCloud Status" and click OK. Sort on that column by clicking on it and find all the tracks that are "waiting." These you can delete from the iTunes library and the cloud, then update iTunes Match. Once you've done this youc an start adding the songs back to the iTunes library a few at a time.

    Once you have the Photos on your computer, open iTunes, plug in your new iPhone. Select you new iPhone in iTunes. Go to the Photos section at the top. Check the box to sync photos.  Choose the options for which photos to sync (all from a select folder or section or individual folders).  Click Apply.

  • Mail migration assistant did not upload old messages in inbox during upgrad

    The mail migration assistant did not upload the contents of old messages stored in my inbox for mail in panther to tiger. It uploaded drafts and sent mail messages and even the husks of the messages themselves into the new inbox but not their contents, not the information contained in the messages themselves. I see that the old messages are accessible via spotlight but only their external identification remains in the new inbox, not what was in them. Is their anyway to rerun mail migration assistant or the mail setup assistant (whatever it may be called) so that it uploads all of messages from my old inbox under panther to the new inbox under tiger? I believe that while running initaially soon after I launched mail for the first time under tiger, the migration assistant for mail quit early, maybe because I had many messages stored in my inbox.
    So my basic question is, is it possible to rerun the program that migrates mail from the old inbox under panther to the new inbox under tiger? If it's not, is it possible to first of all empty out the current inbox with its group of the external skeletal remains of messages but lacking their substance, the information contained in them, and then refill my current inbox with the entirety of the message, i.e., not just its identifying information, its external identification (from whom and about what), but also what the message at one time contained? In each of these messages it only has this bit of information: "The message from 'such and such a sender' with 'such and such a subject' has not downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it." But of course I am online. The online bit I supose the message is about is the being online with the migration assistant, and that's the being online I would really like to go back to I suppose, before it seems to me this mail migration assistant quit on me prematurely, without uploading or downloading, whatever the term, the entire content of my inbox with its batch of received messages. In the process, it did, however, capture the entirety of my drafts and sent messages from their particular boxes.
    Please help. How can I redo the migration step from panther mail inbox to tiger mail inbox so that my mail is in its inbox and reachable there as opposed to apparently being searchable by only spotlight?

    I am having a similar problem. I just upgraded from 10.2.8 to 10.4.3. It didn't go well (a USB peripheral interfered)and I ended up upgrading while archiving users.
    There was no 'restore users opportunity'. I have done a lot manually, which is painful...in fact reminiscent of why I don't like PC's. Anyway, I was able to locate and restore almost all the mailboxes, including a bunch of deleted files from the 'Previous Systems' folders. I still haven't found the secret location of all the email that was in the "Inbox".
    I would greatly appreciate it if someone in the know could share where and how to restore my old inbox so I can get my important emails back. Hacking or magic software...what ever it takes.

    I copied a workbook that has a working scheduled refresh
    modified the data model, added some new reports
    added a new source (PQ from azure market place)
    uploaded workbook to new powerbi location.
    get the following error when i try to turn on scheduled refresh - this is even if i just select one data source that is still identical to the original (working) workbook

    Applies to all worksheets that utilise a PQ connection registered in the gateway. (my gateway is on an azure VM)
    Existing worksheets receive this warning. New workbooks that utilise these connections also receive this warning
    Adding a new PQ to the gateway and a new workbook that uses the new connection also receives this warning.
    Every PQ connection I have receives this warning. My PQ connections are all to web resources. Most are to the workflowmax.com API, and one is to the Azure Marketplace to retrieve data for a date dimension.
    Note: this does not prevent me from scheduling or triggering a refresh, and the refresh itself completes successfully. It's just a weird warning that caused confusion as it sounds like the actual refresh will fail as well seeing as the connection test failed.

  • Yaourt and packer always telling me "one or more packages did not pass

    Ive been using Arch for a few years now. Yaourt nor Packer have ever really failed me to this extent. most EVERY package I try to install lately with yaourt or packer fails. I constantly get the below error. Even when I download the package, get the md5sum manually and place it into the proper spot in the pkgbuild I STILL get the error. Im extremely confused and need some help. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    Do you mean one of your playlists is not appearing on an IOS device but does show on your computer?
    If so, what hardware & software are you using?  Would suggest clearing the iTunes cache - have you tried this?

    Is there something special about the file formats? iCloud Photo Library supports:
    JPEG, RAW, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and MP4.
    And no JPEG must be larger than 16GB.
    The photos will not upload, if the original image file is missing. Can you edit or export the photos, that did not upload?
