One of the security questions isn't what I set when I made my account

When I made this account I set two questions and I know the answers to those questions like it's my own name. This issue happened with me before I don't know how it worked last time but I had to speak to not one but TWO employes via email and it took ages they told me to call the support center in my country or close countries but living in the Middle East there is only one and reaching it is very much impossible.
So the issue is that one of the two security questions isn't what I set it when I created the account the wrong question is asking me "what was your first car?" But I never had a car! I need to find a new and fast way to fix this issue.
Please help me!

After the last time did you put a rescue email address on your account ? If you did then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you didn't (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple again to get the questions reset.

If you cannot reset your Apple ID password via security questions, you can reset via email authentication. If you are not receiving the email, it may be necessary to contact Apple Support using the link in the Get help section toward the bottom of the article.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Do you mean that the iPad is on the activation screen ? If it is then does it not show the first letter of your email address and the provider e.g. similar to :
If that is what you are seeing then you don't remember any email account that you had starting with that letter with that provider ? If not then do you know if you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ?

If you cant remember or find your id then you won't be able to use your iPad

I found it, but only on the "outside"...before you sign in. Once you are signed in, it is not there. (Now, I might be overlooking it or be crazy, but I can't find it)

It would worth your asking in the Final Cut Pro X forum - someone else may have experienced the same problem.
I assume you have already trashed Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.dotmac... (several files beginning with this) and (same path) com.apple.idisk - though I suspect the problem lies rather with the individual programs which are trying to access something on the non-existent iDisk.

The option to send reset info will only appear if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting that option then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support :http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

If your account is disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPhone and iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Storeand then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

My mother's iCloud is totally blocked. She can't access her e-mal (me.com), and that makes impossible to reset the password. She also doesn't remember the awnser to the security question. So, what do I do?

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contactAppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.
