One old iTunes account and an iPad with a new .me account

I'm trying to syn my music from my iMac to my iPad. I have a new .me address for iCloud and Face Time but i have quite a lot of music brought in iTunes on my old iTunes account. in order for my mac to accept my iPad I understand the iPad needs to be signed in with the account the music was brought with. If I sign of the store on the iPad will I be able to sign back in with my old account, sync the music and then sign back in with the new .me account?

You have two options:
Option 1
Open AirPort Utility, select the AirPort Express and click the File menu at the top of the screen and choose Export Configuration File. Choose a location...desktop, etc, name the file, and click Save.
When you are ready to install the new Express, open AirPort Utility, click the Express, click the File menu and choose Import Configuration File.
Option 2
When you open AirPort Utility to configure the new Express, you will have an "Other Option" to Replace an Existing Device.

Go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password when prompted (if running iOS 7). Then sign back in with a different ID to create your new account. Be sure to save any photo stream photos you wish to keep to your camera roll before deleting the account by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll.
If you want to migrate your data to the new account, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPad and provide the password when prompted. Thanks. I had tried that, but was still having problems. Then I realized that I was using three addresses on both devices. Once I changed it to only one email on one iPad and a different email on the other, it worked great. Your message encouraged me to dig deeper and think differently. It worked. Thanks again!

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

I'm not really sure what you're asking — iTunes comes standard on all iPads, so you shouldn't need to download it yourself.
Do you usually sync to a different computer? If so, syncing to your daughter's will erase your content, since each iPad can only sync to one computer.

Are you sure you've lost apps? In iOS 7 if you have folders, now folders only show 6 apps at a time. You have to one-finger swipe from right to left to see the next screen of apps. Note the white dot and clear dots on the bottom of folders.
Otherwise, you can redownload apps from the App store without re purchasing. Use the Purchased button in the App store to see which ones are not installed.

I deleted/changed my old apple ID (from the apple webb site) and I have changed all my Apple products onto the new ID, but they all randomly ask for a password for the old ID (which now will not work and I can't change) the biggest problem is that my icloud account will not let me in to do anything.

We need to be clear here. Did you create a second ID, or just modify the single ID?

So my question is this: When setting up my ipad2 it is under one appleid and my iphone is under my other appleid. Is there a way I can change one to match the other? In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

You can change the account shortname to whatever you wish to use.
As you can see from my example above. Once you click on the Create User button a new account will be created.
She will need to get her own Apple ID setup so when she starts with iTunes she can open her own iTunes account unless you both want to share the use of the same Apple ID. This can create a bit of confusion if you have your own iPads or iPhones or iPods. As you have discovered it's pretty much one iDevice with one Apple ID.
As for the iTunes library that becomes a more complicated issue.

Not on your own. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the card; they'll only do this if none of the balance has been spent.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

After you change the account settings as I described below hold your finger on any app until they all wriggle, then tap the "-" on each purchased with her Apple ID. Press the HOME button when done. Then go to the App Store and buy or download the apps you want.

OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!
