One side of the space key is stuck

I just bought the new macbook pro, and one side of the space key is lower than the left side. I have no idea what it might be, but i will be taking it to an apple shop if i dont find an answer or some help to fix this problem. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Check with the mainwindow size, Try to increase the window size.

You can also turn OFF Split Keyboard
Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>OFF

Somethimes no hand tool pressing the space key

Sometimes when I try to get the hand tool pressing the space-key it doesn´t work (same time in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). I not even see the hand-Icon, nothing happens. After a restart of my Mac it works normal. It´s definitly not the key, it works normal in other applications. How can I solve this problem?

That only happens when you are running Windows in a Virtual Machine with OS X as the host. Shut down the VM and restart your Mac. Once the VM is running again and you insert a USB flash drive you should get that prompt again.

How do I get my printer to print only on one side of the paper?

I want to print only on one side of the papger. But machine prints out on both sides. When I remove the duplexer at back of machine, the paper flies out the back and printing error says no paper. I'm going nuts. I am a writer and can only submit material on one side of the paper. I just got this machine and hate that it has no manual and the manual on line is beyond me. I need simple easy to understand instructions for my simple brain. thanks

Follow these steps to disable two sided printing:
Open the file you would like to print. From the File menu select Print. The Print window appears.
NOTE: The Print window might be minimized. Click the Show Details button to see all available settings.
Click the settings drop down, it will usually appear as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.
Select Layout from the drop-down menu.
Set the Two-Sided option as Off.
You may save the settings as a preset by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset...
By doing so and completing the print job these settings will remain default till another preset will be used in the future.

Does the same happen in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset)

By default, Firefox will attempt to use your graphics card processor to improve font rendering. But, due to incompatibility with some graphic card driver software, this can look worse than a plainer rendering. To see whether this is the problem, you can turn off this feature.
That may require changes to one or both of these settings.
(1) General hardware acceleration setting
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
That takes effect the next time you exit and restart Firefox.
(2) Azure setting
(a) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(b) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''gfx''' and pause while the list is filtered
(c) Double-click the '''gfx.content.azure.enabled''' preference to switch it from true to false.
I don't know whether that kicks in right away or the next time you exit and restart Firefox.

Don't. It will void the warranty. Take is to an Apple store or an AASP and have them do it.

Earphone/headphones when plugged in, only plays one side/is the jack broken and if so, is this an expensive fix?

I have tried 6 sets of headphones and the right side of the music doesn't play. I think that the connector is bad. Is this expensive to fix?

Check the jack recepticle for any debris that might interfere with the connection.
Also, check the Settings app > General > Accessibility > Hearing to see if Mono is tunred on and the mono balance set to one side of the other.
Lastly, try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

I can no longer back-delete or hit return to make a new paragraph, nor can i use the arrows to go backwards and forwards in a line; it's like the fn key is stuck; i've taken it off and cleaned it, and it looked clean.

I can only hear sound from one side of the head phone

I've plug in my bass guitar through a cord and a converter in the line in port on my PC. Then checked 'listen to this device' (head phone) which is connected properly as it worked perfectly when I play any sound in ma PC. But when I play my guitar, I can
only hear it from one side of the head phone. How to fix it!?

Is that compatible to give output from both sides (R + L) ? Can you check same thing on other system ?

Why does my iPhone plays louder music in one side of the earphone than the other?

So I own this iPhone 4S which is about half a year old, and from this Monday onwards I kept feeling that my iPhone plays music louder in one side of the earphone than the other. I don't think it's my earphones because I just got them two weeks ago, and I always took good care of it. What can I do to solve this frustrating problem?

P.S. My earphones are the Klipsch x10. Costs about 300 bucks.

The only setting on an iPhone that controls balance is here: Settings>General>Accessibility>Hearing.

Either you have not read the complete thread or you have not followed instructions correctly. Instead of adding HierarchyListener on JSpliPane, you are playing with divider before realization of split pane on screen.
