One time Cus/Ven

Hi,
I we have 100 one time vendor, hope we don't have to maintain master record for each vendor but how can we main their account and do payment transactions.
I read the SAP material it says we have to create collectiv master record, does it mean one master record for all 100 vendor if so where can we provide details for all 100 vendors in one master record.

i am giving the the small defination about the one time vendor.
One time vendors can only be used for specific vendor account groups. Their is a flag for each account group in configuation for this. If one does not exist you will have to create a new vendor account group.
To create a One Time Vendor use XK01 and select the OTV account group.
When creating say a PO use your OTV account the transaction will prompt you for name, address etc (unlike a normal vendor).
You experienced a problem with OTV's whereby users couldn't be bothered to create permanent vendors and just used the OTV account, so beware of that.

iPad AiO remote app: I cannot share more than one file or doc at a time to Cloud storage, even though you can 'select all' the app does not seem to allow you to share a group at one time. Is there a work around for this?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are using the AiO remote app and are trying to upload files to your Cloud storage. The "Select All" option is for selecting all files to delete, not uploading.
The app is only allowing one file to upload because only one file can be opened at one time.

hi philly, thanks for getting back to me, especially on such a busy day.
I don't think that's quite the issue though. I bought an album and it appears in 'my purchases' within the itunes app. Yet, in order to listen to the music, i must use the 'music' app and in this application, there are only three tracks displayed at any one time from my downloaded album.
I can 'download all' from the 'my purchases' section but that still doesn't help, it just keeps the last three tracks downloaded in the music app.
I have the 'icloud' enabled and wondered if it had anything to do with that.
i have successfully downloaded another full album totally into the music app, but this first album is causing me problems.

This is sometimes caused by a problem with the iTunesPrefs.xml file, normally found at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunesPrefs.xml. Try dragging this to the desktop and trying again.
Alternatively the problem may be that you have McAfee AV and it is preventing iTunes from updating the same file and thus causing the problem. See Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml? for details.

How can I update a Master Data Row Table record using a particular code. Like I write a query Update Table Set U_UDF = 'Value' Where Code = 2
U_UDF is the field of Master Data Row Table's field. There are 100 Row against code 2 & I want to update all row with same value but in one time only.
How can I do that ?

Past one-time calendar events do not show up on synced Ipod Touch 2G

In the transition of moving my old Palm calendar info (data since late 1999) to iCal on my Macbook and then on to Mobile Me, everything has gone fine. Nearly every single event has been accurately transferred to the Mac and then to the "cloud" with nary a problem. However, when I sync my new iPod Touch 2G to the Mobile Me calendar, the iPod calendar's events are only complete for the past month. Reoccurring events show up for past months and years, but no one-time events pre mid-August 2008 show up on the iPod calendar. I am viewing "all" calendars when I do this. New events sync on all devices without error.
This is a 16 gig iTouch not even half full with software and data goodies.
What's the deal? Am I missing a setting or preference somewhere? I sometimes like to see when past events happened on my portable device's calendar. This was no problem on the ancient Palm I previously used.

On the iPod go to :-
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar
Then scroll down to the Calendar settings.
You should see an option called 'Sync', here you select how far back it will sync events. You can select 'All Events' which is what you want.

Why is it when I bought my first generation iPad in October 2010 the sales rep at the Orange County California South Coast Plaza store suggested that I buy Mobile Me service for $99 which he assured me was a one time charge and now, of course, Mobile Me has been discontinued and I've been "forced" to move to the Cloud and I'm being provided with another year of what Apple calls complimentary service with the clear indication that in a year I'm going to be asked to pay again for something I paid a one time charge for two years ago?

Mobile Me was the successor to .Mac (dot mac) which was "free" to all users but for a limited time. It included a free email address @mac.com and an amount of what we would now call "cloud" storage that went by the name of iDisk. iDisk worked great but with only dialup service for me it was barely useful.
So I didn't think much of dot-mac but lots of people thought it was worth paying for, so they did. Apple wanted to make it even more useful and integrate it with their portable devices which we all know as iPads and iPhones, and assembled a team to make it all work. This was to be called Mobile Me.
They failed miserably. Lots of people including me looked at the final product and said "huh?" Unfortunately for the Mobile Me engineers, one of those people was Steve Jobs. He first humiliated them quite publicly, then disbanded the team, including firing at least one senior manager who shall remain nameless.
This was the rocky beginning of what is now called iCloud, which is the "free" service I should have explained. iCloud includes an email address @me.com, and the 5 GB of "storage" which aggregates things like iWork documents, your email, calendars, Photostream, and iPhone backups.
You can buy more storage if you need more than 5 GB, but if you have more than that it's still free through September 2013.
What happens if you have more than 5 GB stored on iCloud and on September 2013 you don't pay? I'm not sure, but you have a year to think about it.

Clear one time customer against normal vendor in F110

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to see if it is possible to clear one time customer against normal vendor in F110.
Customer and vendor have been linked and clearing with customer/vendor have been ticked.
Customer invoice of $100 and vendor invoice of $150 have been posted.
In F110 proposal, the two entries appears as separate lines. The customer invoice has a red icon and it says that debit balance is not possible for payment.
What are the matching criteria for customer and vendor transactions in F110?
I suspect it is caused by different payment recipient. The customer transaction took the customer name as payment recipient (e.g. ABC Coy - 00000001 which we have seen often for one time customers/vendors) I entered during invoicing. It's blank for the vendor transaction.
Putting aside the reason why we are not using a normal customer, anybody has any ideas?

Special GL transactions (like down payments) are not allowed for one-time vendors. Please refer to the following SAP Note.

Sorry your experience wasn't a plesant one, but most of the issues they work on are hardware in nature, not software.. I'm not taking up for Apple... I'd had my share of run-ins with them as well.
As for your iTunes issue... an EASY solution is to simply tell iTunes that the location you want your tunes stored in is your Public folder. Items in your public folder can be seen and opened by others, so your wife could easily access the files there.
For you, go to your Music folder, find the iTunes folder, and drag it to your public folder.
Next, go to iTuness>Preferences and click on the Advanced tab, then the General Tab, and the first window you see is the iTunes Music Folder Locataion. Click Change, then navigate to the iTunes folder in you Public folder.
Now, next time you purchase a song from the iTunes store, or import songs from a CD, they will be stored in the iTunes folder, in your public folder.
You wife does basically the same thing except she navigates to YOUR public folder, and the iTunes folder inside.
She will have to manually find and import any new songs you add but at least your entire library will be available for her to listen to.
There are other ways of getting the same thing done, but I think this is the easiest.

In the previous versions of Firefox when you went to you Bookmarks menu it gave you the options to either Bookmark This Page 'command' + 'D', Subscribe to this Page, Bookmark All Tabs 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'D', and Organize Bookmarks 'up-arrow-key' + 'command' + 'B' however in the newest version of Firefox there is no Bookmark All Tabs so you can bookmark all the tabs that you have up in one window at a time. So I need to know if it is possible that the feature is now in a different place, is gone altogether, or if you can get that feature another way?
For me personally and my work I go through hundreds of web pages a day and save around half of those so it is imperative that I be able to bookmark more then one tab at a time because I can't be bothered to bookmark every single page separately and then go through hundreds of tabs in my Unsorted bookmarks in order to sort those bookmarks. It is simple inconvenient to sort every bookmark individually that is why the previous version of Firefox with the Bookmark All Tabs button was superior in its convenience.

Dunning letters for one-time customer

Hi,
I have looked through the program of SAPF150V which F150 will execute the dunning and placed the customer data in MHNK.
My issue is the customer address are drawn from master table, which one-time customer (customer id is shared by several customer, hence the address would be differently stored in SAP) may have problem since the address is not stored in the standard SAP master table.
Apart from changing the calling program, is that anyway to do the configuration in order to cater the one-time customer dunning process?

The only difference in the process of dunning for one time customer and normal customer is that, the dunning frequency for one-time accounts is not checked in the master record but for each individual document.
Apart from this, there is no specific configuration as such for dunning of one time customer.
