One time Postings via RE80 or RERAOP_Park & Release

Good day
Is there a way of developing or is the functionality in SAP ECC6: a Park and Post strategy for one time postings?
When the capturer saves the entry, business wants the document to be parked and someone else to release / post / authorise the parked item for invoicing.
Thank you
Gavin

Hi Gavin,
unfortunately I have to tell you that park & release is not available for transaction RERAOP.

  • One-Time vendors

We'll soon be implementing the one-time vendor process but I have a potential audit issue.
When the AP clerk enters the bank details of the one-time vendor via MIRO does anybody have a verification process to check that the bank details are correct.  As when we set up a normal vendor there is the confirmation process which is handled by a differnt user than the master data clerk.
    Many Thanks in advance

I do not know of a standard SAP check on bank details for one-time vendors like there is for 'normal' vendors.
What I probably would try is to automatically set a payment block on every invoice for the one-time vendor.
I would try if this would work via a vendor specific tolerance (IMG: Materials Management / Logistics Invoice Verification / Incoming Invoice / Configure Vendor-Specific Tolerances) where the limits are checked, but the tolerance is 0.
If this fails, you could try a BADI which sets a payment block on the invoice (IMG: Materials Management / Logistics Invoice Verification / Maintain Customer Exits and Business Add-Ins / Maintain Business Add-Ins for Invoice Verification) like BADI MRM_PAYMENT_TERMS.

  • Name and city not defined in FB60 for one time account

    Hello Guru's ,
We are on SAP ECC 6.0 and I have defined a one time vendor in the standard account group CPD One-time vend.(int.no.assgnmt).
In the screen layout for that account group I have the address details for name1 and postal code, city defined as optional entry. In the master data of the one time vendor I have however created an address so the address details like Name1 and City are filled.
When I use MIRO for creating an invoice the address details are filled for the one time vendor, but when I use FB60 it prompts the following message: 'Enter a name and city for one time postings'.
Why are the address details not filled in transaction FB60 while the have been filled in MIRO ? And why can I not post the Invoice as I have defined the name and address as optional entry in OBD3 ?
Thanks as ever for your reply's

Yes I understand that. The problem is however that we have invoice scanning and when the invoice is scanned it comes into the rework fase where we enter the one Time vendor. In a normal situation the invoice wille be created and parked (status completion) after which AP clerks can either enter a Purchase order or not. With the One Time vendor I don't get an invoice document as it prompting for the Name and City. Becaue of that I entered the name and city in the vendor master data and set them to optional in OBD3. Nonetheless it still gives me the error. Also in transaction FB60. So if it doesn't work with making fields optional in the vndor accoutn group and entering the requested data in the vendor master data I probably must set the error message some where into a waring ? Funny thing is that it does work for the MIRO transaction as I am not getting the error there.
    Thanks

  • EDI FI Invoice and One-time vendors

    Hello all,
I'm trying to integrate an FI Idoc ( INVOIC02 ) on a one-time vendor and I get this error :
<i>No batch input data for screen SAPLFCPD 0100</i>
I has a look at IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI and the interface creates a batch input to create the invoice. I guess wen creating an invoice in FB01 on a one-time vendor there is a popup (SAPLFCPD 0100) to key in vendor datas. It seems that IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI doesn't managed this screen (i've tried to fill my idoc with vendor detail) because this screen is never generated.
Does someone have any additionnal information on that or have already managed to process and create an invoice on a one-time vendor via EDI ?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi.
The system logic is the following:
In the master record of your one-time account, there is a field called
'Reference account group'. The field status settings of the account
group entered here are relevant for the one time vendor screen.
Please note that even if the fields are changed from mandatory to
optional if the NAME and CITY of the One Time Vendor is not filled, the
system will still prompt the Error Message F5266.
If you do not enter the name and city you will receive error F5266.
The system logic here is to make sure that the name and the city being
keyed-in properly for the Executive Information System reportings.
Please note that it is hard-coded in the system.
    Check the following notes

Also if you are using any bapi to post the document, you can  resolve the issue pass-in 'Name', City and Region field values in BAPI while creating the billing document.
I hope I could be of assistance.

  • Apple response to my movie download issue. A one time refund, Read the Terms of Sale, you buy the rental you own it works or not. I tried VUDU and it works great via my PS3. Thanks for everyone input.

    Hi Ernest,
Chris, here from the iTunes Store. I see that you rented the movie "Captain America: The First Avenger" from the iTunes Store and it will not play properly. When it comes to your money, I can certainly appreciate how important it is to feel that you are treated fairly, and I would be more than happy to help you out with this today.
I'm happy to report that I was able to make a one time exception for you, and have reversed the charge for "Captain America: The First Avenger," which I understand did not work for you. In five to seven business days, a credit of $3.99, plus any applicable sales tax, should be posted to your Visa.
Please keep in mind the refund will not process until payment has been received successfully by iTunes, which usually takes three to five business days from the date of your purchase. Once payment has been received, you will receive an invoice for your purchase and the refund will appear three to five business days after your invoice is sent.
It is highly recommended to monitor the order that a refund has been requested for, to ensure the purchase was processed successfully by your financial institution. If the payment or refund does not appear on your statement after the appropriate amount of time, please respond to the correspondence received and we will gladly investigate this matter further.
Please note that according to the iTunes Store Terms of Sale, all sales are final, so this is an exception which I cannot guarantee will be granted again in the future. The iTunes Store Terms of Sale are available for you to review here:
    Terms of Sale
    http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/sales.html
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this issue, please let me know and I would be more than happy to address them for you. Thank you very much for being part of the iTunes Store family, Ernest, and I hope you have a great day.
    Sincerely,
    Chris

Sorry your experience wasn't a plesant one, but most of the issues they work on are hardware in nature, not software.. I'm not taking up for Apple... I'd had my share of run-ins with them as well.
As for your iTunes issue... an EASY solution is to simply tell iTunes that the location you want your tunes stored in is your Public folder. Items in your public folder can be seen and opened by others, so your wife could easily access the files there.
For you, go to your Music folder, find the iTunes folder, and drag it to your public folder.
Next, go to iTuness>Preferences and click on the Advanced tab, then the General Tab, and the first window you see is the iTunes Music Folder Locataion. Click Change, then navigate to the iTunes folder in you Public folder.
Now, next time you purchase a song from the iTunes store, or import songs from a CD, they will be stored in the iTunes folder, in your public folder.
You wife does basically the same thing except she navigates to YOUR public folder, and the iTunes folder inside.
She will have to manually find and import any new songs you add but at least your entire library will be available for her to listen to.
There are other ways of getting the same thing done, but I think this is the easiest.

  • E63: Webaccess via WLAN just one time until restar...

    Hi all,
I've some troubles with a brand new E63. I can connect to the SE515-WLAN-Router-ADSL-Modem, i can surfing, receiving e-mails so on. WLANsetting is on demand. Now I finish all activities. Two minutes later I want to surf again. This time the E63 says: System Error or No Gateway reply. If I reboot the Router, I can surf one time again.
I have also an E51 and it works fine with the same router.
Guess, it's a router issue, but how to solve it?

    Look man
From your speech , I could get that your old phone isn't Nokia
    or it may be nokia S40 (like : 5200 , 5300 , 6300 ......)
Now the problem is that your old phone system isn't the same as nokia E63 system. The folders of the old system may cause conflict with the new one (resulting in (GSE : General System Error ) that you get)
So the first thing you should have done is copying all thing from your old Micro-SD   to PC then format the memory on PC (My computer ---> format ). Then after format , insert the memory into Your E63 , this will create some folders (video, sounds, documents , ....)
When you solve this problem the following problems will be solved .
Another thing you don't probably know is that 99.9999999 % of Nokia users don't copy images or any other thing from messages by clicking "save" as you have done, instead, they use Xplore.
Xplore makes mobile the same as PC
    get it from here:
Note : I am not telling u to buy Xplore, use the free version , it's the as full one but for the 3 seconds banner when you run it.
Use Xplore to go to message inbox b : open xplore ----- > Menu --- > tools -----> options

  • ITunes 90 day lock out on iMac - only one AppleID can use a Mac at any one time?

Just found out, the hard way, about Apple's patently ridiculous "90 Day Lockout" policy on iTunes (Match, Purchases download and pretty much ALL the useful features).
Apparently, at least according to Support - who feigned surprise that this was an issue - if you blow £1,200 on an iMac to be used by two people in your home and have paid Apple an extra £25 a head for iTunes Match, you're terribly gullible. And stupid. And a potential music thief.
The real problem is that Apple, probably in a bid to secure record label agreement to iTunes Match and in a vain attempt to curb unlawful music sharing, has decided that NO MORE THAN ONE APPLE ID can be associated with a machine ID at any one time, for iTunes purposes.
This is fine on iPhone, iPod Touch and even iPad. Those are hardware that only one person can use at a time - there is no "multi-user" capability.
Macs, though, are a different matter.  In Apple World we're all filthy rich and each member of a household is expected to own a separate Mac machine (iMac, MacBook Pro or Air) to be able to use the functionality and music they've paid for in iTunes and via Match.
If you're stupid or poor or just think a Mac per person in a household is consumerism gone mad, you are stuffed.
In our case we bought an iMac. Set up two separate and distinct User IDs and one of us set up iTunes and activated iTunes Match.
Next day the other went into their User account, set up iTunes and then activated iTunes Match. A very very vague message popped up alluding to "transferring an Apple ID to this machine" and referencing inability to use this AppleID on another machine for 90 days. That seemed OK. The AppleID had been associated on an old Compaq netbook for iTunes, so the assumption was that it was that association that was being transferred to the iMac.
    WRONG!
What had happened was that the second person to sign in to the iMac and set up their TOTALLY SEPERATE AppleID on a TOTALLY SEPERATE iTunes Match library and account had effectively locked out the first user from their iTunes account.
So, if you're a family with individual iTunes accounts and iTunes Match don't bother with Apple Mac products. For the cash you spend on one mac product that only one of you will be able to use iTunes on EVERY 90 DAYS, you'd be better off buying separate, higher spec Windo$e laptops to sync with.
Apple has really really fouled up on this.
Support initially justified this lock out policy as being to prevent Johnny Fileshare from zipping round to his mate's house, logging into iTunes with his AppleID on his mates PC or Mac and downloading his paid for iTunes library onto his mates Mac as a gift.
Just how likely such a random outburst of philanthropy at the expense of record labels would be is beyond me.
During a near two hour call with support (use the Call Me function - at least the call is free) eventually, after an escalation, the tech agreed that the 90 days AppleID  lock was pointless as Apple themselves publish details in their knowledge base on how to circumvent music sharing restrictions and combine iTunes libraries - even helpfully including details of how to put said combined iTunes library on a memory stick. Johnny Fileshare can then nip round his mates house and share his iTunes content with his mate until the cows come home.
Even worse, Apple even allow you to burn to CD a combined iTunes library up to FIVE TIMES!
But, when it comes to logging into your own iTunes account on a shared Mac? Forget it matey. You'll steal music and can't be trusted.
    Well FU too, Apple.
But wait! You may think you're OK because you weren't foolish enough to hand over £25 for iTunes Match...
BEWARE: THE 90 DAY LOCKOUT IS ACTIVATED THE SECOND A USER ON A MAC ACTIVATES EITHER:
    1. Automatic downloads, or
    2 iTunes Match
OR IF THEY HAVE THE TEMERITY TO:
    1. Check previous purchases
THIS RENDERS ITUNES AS A PRODUCT/SERVICE WORSE THAN USELESS ON SHARED MACS.
We have 82 days to wait for one of us to regain access to the library that cost us a fortune to build in iTunes.
1 Week old iMac is being boxed up &amp; returned to Apple Store.
Two high spec non Apple  laptops being bought as a replacement. The change to be spent on petrol or pasties - which ever the UK  is running out of most...

Yes, I am having this problem because I have 2 Apple IDs/iTunes accounts.  Mind you, I don't want 2 accounts but Apple forced me to make a new apple ID when they started requiring email addresses as user ID.  This was the first big mistake that Apple made.  Their second mistake was not allowing people to simply merge these accounts.  Had they not made these mistakes initially, many people would still only have one Apple account/ID. Some bloke ought to lose his job over that.
However, I understand this isn't the same problem as having multiple household members using the same computer.  It seems that Apple could figure this all out by either authorizing multiple users at the time of purchase, or allowing a handful of users to download to one computer. After all, if I bought a hard copy of a music CD, I could certainly allow my son or daughter to listen to it or download it to their computer.  Next thing you know, I'll have to sign a release saying that I am the only person that uses my iPod.
I am also returning not just one but 2 brand new Mac computers ($4500 coming back from Apple to my wallet) because I am so fed up with the poor customer service response that Apple has given this problem.  Not only did they take a ton of my money for iTUnes songs, but then they restricted my access to those songs. I think it's criminal and I wouldn't be surprised if this issue ended up as a class action wrongdoing suit.  I have to admit I've considered talking to a lawyer about it myself.  I am so sick of large monopolizing companies thinking that they can treat their customers poorly and expect us to sit back and take it. The good news is that this is a free country and I can choose to throw my money at any old company I choose..........Toshiba here I come.

  • One time Data Download??

    Hi All,
I'm a Smartphone philistine so bear with me please.
I have an annoying problem with my Nokia N8.
Some Apps require a one time download which always seems to be 252.50kb. However when I am prompted to allow the one time download it proceeds with the installation, the phone completes the download then switches to "Installing" and finally the installation fails.
Anyone know how I can get this download via an alternative method? and exactly what it is?
Not sure what info would be helpful so I have listed everything I am aware of.

If you are unaware, a reset requires you to wipe the phone. First connect the phone to PC and run Nokia Suite, do a backup, but only Contacts, Calendar and Notes NOTHING ELSE !! A full backup and restore will reinstall any issues you may have . Then disconnect phone and dial *#7370# followed by the pass key 12345 if rquired. The phone will restart and be like a new phone. Now before doing any setting up at all, re-connect to computer via usb and check for updates with Nokia Suite, install the latest available software and then restore your Contacts and set up the phone manually . You will then have a 'new' phone.
    Good Luck

Your code has very little to do with what you are describing.
There is no button with "switch until released" mechanical action. (OK is switch when released, stop is latch when released)
A case structure always "works". Are you saying that it should execute e.g. the true case only once whenever the outer case goes from false to true??
Your inner case goes true more than once per run of the program (whenever the OK goes true). If it should really only work once overall, use the "first call?" primitive. You need to formulate the problem using less ambiguous words.
There is no obvious starting state for the boolean that you read via local variables. How do you ensure that it start with a known value? Does it matter?
You seem to entirely deal with integers, so why are you using floating point representation for the numerics?
What is the purpose of the orange numeric indicator. Is it just a kludge for your logic or does its value mean anything?
Why does your loop not contain any wait?
At this point, you should learn about shift registers. It would eliminate all your local variables.

  • Recommendations for one-time HW initialization/de-initialization in multi-execution environment

    Hello,
We have an existing Sequential Model process model and sequence file
framework that assumed a single sequence execution per machine. We would
now like to add multiple sequence executions running in parallel on the same
machine. I must confess I have never used the Parallel Model or Batch
Model process models. Rather than investing significant time in wholesale
conversion of our Sequential Model to a Parallel Model, I was hoping to just
be able to run multiple Sequential Model executions, with maybe some minor
changes. However, I've encountered a small problem I hope someone can help
me with, or at least point me in the right direction.
These multiple sequence executions will share a common set of VXI and GPIB
data-acquisition hardware. The hardware is controlled via a CVI DLL someone
here wrote a while ago. The CVI DLL isn't written specifically to support
    multi-thread access to the hardware.
I was planning to arbitrate each sequence execution's access to the CVI DLL
at a gross level using TestStand Locks. In other words, Sequence 1 grabs
the lock, executes its tests then releases the lock, Sequence 2 grabs it,
executes its tests then releases the lock, etc. Each execution just has to
take care to reset the hardware to a known state before releasing the lock.
This seemed to work fine in my experimenting, until I considered the issue
of one-time hardware initialization and termination.
It turns out we also need to perform some very time-consuming one-time
hardware initialization and hardware termination before and after executing
the sequences. We can't have this initialization and termination occur
within the each sequence executions' test list as it is way too costly
time-wise, and doesn't need to be performed multiple times anyway. Ideally,
I would like TestStand (or the CVI DLL) to perform the one-time
initialization only when the very first sequence execution starts and
perform the one time termination only when the very last sequence execution
ends. The problem is complicated further because the individual sequence
executions can start and stop asynchronously. Ideally, I would also like to
be able to elegantly handle premature termination of one or more sequence
executions (as long as the CVI DLL Terminate function gets called in some
    Cleanup step group).
    Hopefully, the above makes sense...
Is there a way to accomplish anything like this at the TestStand level using
multiple Sequential Model process model sequence executions? Is this issue
addressed in the Parallel Model process model? Is my only hope to switch
over to a Parallel Model process model?
Thanks in advance for any advice...
    Joe

    Hi Joe,
Have you looked at the example \Examples\MultiUUT\BatchUUT.seq.
Its only a small sequence but it has all the examples you are trying to achieve.
    A. Once only setup
    B. synchronization of a task to avoid bus conflict.
    C. parallel tasks running.
Although this sequencefile is run using the Batch process model. You can set steps in your sequencefile to run only one thread (ie only one execution for all the batch). See the settings of the step 'Set Chamber Temperature'.
The step Pulse Test - this runs one at a time using batch synchronization.
Where as Frequency Sweep runs in parallal.
I hope this will help you.

  • Ottools: tools for encrypting files with one-time pads

    Project page: http://xyne.archlinux.ca/projects/otextract/
    Update
The package was originally named "otsplit" as it only contained that tool. I have since added "otextract" (and maybe others by the time you read this) and renamed the package "ottools". The original post follows. For up-to-date information, check the project page.
    Original Post
otsplit (one-time split) is a file-splitting utility based on the idea of one-time pads. There are two splitting modes. One will use a random input source (/dev/urandom by default) to generate n-1 files and then generate 1 file that can be combined with them to recreate the original file. The other mode will use a pre-existing one-time pad to generate a single output file.
In the first case the file can only be recovered with all of the generated files. In the second case it can only be recovered with the single output file and the input pad. Note that this means that if even one of the required files is lost, the data will be completely unrecoverable. That is a feature, not a bug.
I wrote this a while ago as a quick distraction while procrastinating on something else. After rediscovering it today I decided to clean it up and release it. I expect that there are common tools that do this already, possibly with security features that I have not even considered.
    Some usage ideas:
Exchange a one-time pad on a CD/DVD/usb drive with someone in person and then use otsplit to securely share files via email etc.
Create an archive of files that no one should see until after your death and distribute the files to people you know. Leave instructions and a list of people who received files to be read out at your funeral. Laugh maniacally as you ponder their obliviousness before the paranoia slowly consumes you and you frantically devise a plan to ensure the destruction of at least one file.
Use it to securely host tar archives across different cloud storage providers (assuming that no provider can access the other files).
Become an international (wo)man of mystery with a 70s wardrobe and use it as one of many tools to combat comically incapable supervillains with underwater lairs.
Smuggle information out of countries with oppressive regimes.
Speak with a heavy stereotypical Russian accent while using it and refer to file recipients as comrades of the glorious people's revolution.
    Don't.

I like the idea of otptunnel. It's too bad that it can't be used to transfer pads (I mean, each transferred bit would cost one pad bit resulting in zero net gain)
Then again, you could use that to mask network traffic. Whenever the connection is not transferring encrypted data it could transfer a new encrypted pad equal in length to the remaining pad. The network stream would appear constant to eavesdroppers with no indication of where the actual data begins or ends. In essence you would be recycling the remaining pad. I'm just thinking out loud here so I may be missing something glaringly obvious, but I don't think it would have any effect on security provided each new pad is itself secure (truly random, etc.)
Reading through your page also made me realize that I had not considered securely wiping the pad. In most cases that should probably be left to the user to ensure that the best method is used, but otextract shifts the file data forward and just truncates the end of the file. I'll look into zero-padding the end and syncing to disk before truncating.
I've seen entropy collectors for sound cards before too and they are indeed interesting. There are approaches that use webcam input too (e.g. video_entropyd), and there's also havage (with matching package in the repos). What are your thoughts on those? What about multiplexing the signals from multiple sources? Essentially, if you get just one random bit from any source in the combined stream then that position is random. The more streams you have, the greater the chance of a given bit being truly random (obviously depending on quality of the sources).
(yeah, I ramble when I'm tired)

  • How do I delete many emails at one time

I just upgraded to ML and can no longer paint the messages and delete many at one time. I can only delete them one by one.Thanks.

you need to click on 1st message
release the mouse or trackpad click
press and hold SHIFT or CMD
and click again on another message
if you still have envelope instead of cursor you mouse or trackpad may have a problem.

  • How do I transfer data from one time capsule to new time capsule when TC backs up an iMac and Power Book

How do I transfer data from one time capsule to new time capsule when TC backs up an iMac and MacBookPro

It is generally better to leave the old backups and start again.. unless there is something you particularly need.
But if you desperately want all the old backups you have to copy the sparse bundles.. this will take very long time as it must copy via the computer..

Take particular note of the initial comments.. ie before you read how to do it.. don't do it.
