One-time Reconciliation in Xellerate

Hi,
I read in the Connector Framework Guide that one-time reconciliation can be done with target systems to import all accounts into Xellerate. Then, Xellerate can be used to provision from there onwards.
Currently, I've got trusted source reconciliation from Active Directory to Xellerate such that users in AD are reconciled and created as Xellerate Users. I also have an access policy that provisions the AD resource to all users but this error occurs:

Basically, I want to do one-time reconciliation from 2 sources (AD and another source) but from then onwards, Xellerate will be used to manage users and no more reconciliation needs to occur from the sources.
I'm not sure whether I've correctly configured what I need to. Any help would be really appreciated.

ok, so what you need to do is the following.....
1. Set up trusted reconciliation from AD -->> OIM. (make sure you do this before you set up the automated provisioning access policy, or if it is already in place, disable it by assigning the policy to a bogus group that has no members in it.)
2. Once your "trusted" reconciliation has beed completed. You need to remove the reconcilation mappings from the xellerate user for the AD reconciliation.
3. Modify your AD reconciliation process so that it is no longer "trusted". now you can link your existing AD users ( with associated group memberships etc...) to your OIM accounts.
4. re-enable your access policy ( by associating it back with the group you originally had it )

2.create 2 vendor master for the same ONE TIME VENDOR and maintain the recon account accordingly
3.Multiple recon a/c can be assigned to a vendor only thru spl g/l indicators but if u go thru this way then we cant use the purchase flow of PO-MIGO-MIRO . Vendor invoice can be passed only thru fb60 using spl gl indicators. Spl gl indicators cannot be used in MIRO.

Split Amount, Account 552970 in company code 7175 is not a one-time account

Dear Experts,
Extremely urgent. I'm working on the 4.6c release. I've activated the split amount in the MIRO transaction, but I'm getting the following error: "Account xxxxxx in company code xxxx is not a one-time account".
It's a normal vendor not a one time account.
Could someone help me in that stuff?

HI,
What kind of transaction you are doing.
Since it is asking to maintain reconciliation account for Service tax account then no point of making any settings in OBXR.
Please check if there is any Substitution you have maintained.
If you are doing Billing then Recon account is automatically pulled from the Customer master which should be maintained as Recon account.
Also check the account determination in the Billing.

Special G/L for one time customers

Dear Experts,
I have created a one time customer. When I am posting a special G/L against it, I am getting the following error message (error F5 265, Special G/L posting to one-time account is not defined).The special G/L is already maintained in the system. It is working for all other account groups except one time customer account group. Can u please let me know what else needs to be done to overcome this problem?

I don't think you can post any special GL transactions to a One time account customer or vendor.
First they have their own type of account group which is different from the normal account group.
Second the reconciliation account is also normally different.
Third, one time accounts cannot clear the open items in vendor or customer. So when special GL is not allowed for this type accounts as it is not expected to be adjusted.
But all one time accounts can be part of the payment proposal or a dunning run.

IPad AiO app: Sharing multiple files/docs at one time?

iPad AiO remote app: I cannot share more than one file or doc at a time to Cloud storage, even though you can 'select all' the app does not seem to allow you to share a group at one time. Is there a work around for this?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are using the AiO remote app and are trying to upload files to your Cloud storage. The "Select All" option is for selecting all files to delete, not uploading.
The app is only allowing one file to upload because only one file can be opened at one time.

hi philly, thanks for getting back to me, especially on such a busy day.
I don't think that's quite the issue though. I bought an album and it appears in 'my purchases' within the itunes app. Yet, in order to listen to the music, i must use the 'music' app and in this application, there are only three tracks displayed at any one time from my downloaded album.
I can 'download all' from the 'my purchases' section but that still doesn't help, it just keeps the last three tracks downloaded in the music app.
I have the 'icloud' enabled and wondered if it had anything to do with that.
i have successfully downloaded another full album totally into the music app, but this first album is causing me problems.

This is sometimes caused by a problem with the iTunesPrefs.xml file, normally found at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunesPrefs.xml. Try dragging this to the desktop and trying again.
Alternatively the problem may be that you have McAfee AV and it is preventing iTunes from updating the same file and thus causing the problem. See Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml? for details.

Past one-time calendar events do not show up on synced Ipod Touch 2G

In the transition of moving my old Palm calendar info (data since late 1999) to iCal on my Macbook and then on to Mobile Me, everything has gone fine. Nearly every single event has been accurately transferred to the Mac and then to the "cloud" with nary a problem. However, when I sync my new iPod Touch 2G to the Mobile Me calendar, the iPod calendar's events are only complete for the past month. Reoccurring events show up for past months and years, but no one-time events pre mid-August 2008 show up on the iPod calendar. I am viewing "all" calendars when I do this. New events sync on all devices without error.
This is a 16 gig iTouch not even half full with software and data goodies.
What's the deal? Am I missing a setting or preference somewhere? I sometimes like to see when past events happened on my portable device's calendar. This was no problem on the ancient Palm I previously used.

On the iPod go to :-
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar
Then scroll down to the Calendar settings.
You should see an option called 'Sync', here you select how far back it will sync events. You can select 'All Events' which is what you want.

Why is it when I bought my first generation iPad in October 2010 the sales rep at the Orange County California South Coast Plaza store suggested that I buy Mobile Me service for $99 which he assured me was a one time charge and now, of course, Mobile Me has been discontinued and I've been "forced" to move to the Cloud and I'm being provided with another year of what Apple calls complimentary service with the clear indication that in a year I'm going to be asked to pay again for something I paid a one time charge for two years ago?

Mobile Me was the successor to .Mac (dot mac) which was "free" to all users but for a limited time. It included a free email address @mac.com and an amount of what we would now call "cloud" storage that went by the name of iDisk. iDisk worked great but with only dialup service for me it was barely useful.
So I didn't think much of dot-mac but lots of people thought it was worth paying for, so they did. Apple wanted to make it even more useful and integrate it with their portable devices which we all know as iPads and iPhones, and assembled a team to make it all work. This was to be called Mobile Me.
They failed miserably. Lots of people including me looked at the final product and said "huh?" Unfortunately for the Mobile Me engineers, one of those people was Steve Jobs. He first humiliated them quite publicly, then disbanded the team, including firing at least one senior manager who shall remain nameless.
This was the rocky beginning of what is now called iCloud, which is the "free" service I should have explained. iCloud includes an email address @me.com, and the 5 GB of "storage" which aggregates things like iWork documents, your email, calendars, Photostream, and iPhone backups.
You can buy more storage if you need more than 5 GB, but if you have more than that it's still free through September 2013.
What happens if you have more than 5 GB stored on iCloud and on September 2013 you don't pay? I'm not sure, but you have a year to think about it.

Clear one time customer against normal vendor in F110

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to see if it is possible to clear one time customer against normal vendor in F110.
Customer and vendor have been linked and clearing with customer/vendor have been ticked.
Customer invoice of $100 and vendor invoice of $150 have been posted.
In F110 proposal, the two entries appears as separate lines. The customer invoice has a red icon and it says that debit balance is not possible for payment.
What are the matching criteria for customer and vendor transactions in F110?
I suspect it is caused by different payment recipient. The customer transaction took the customer name as payment recipient (e.g. ABC Coy - 00000001 which we have seen often for one time customers/vendors) I entered during invoicing. It's blank for the vendor transaction.
Putting aside the reason why we are not using a normal customer, anybody has any ideas?

Special GL transactions (like down payments) are not allowed for one-time vendors. Please refer to the following SAP Note.
