One to one appointment

I know this is the wrong place to post this question but no option is given.
How do I get to the actual page to sign up for a one to one appointment. I am already a member. But the Apple web site is not user freindly at all.

My mistake, I misunderstood what you were asking. However, the other One to One I am thinking of can still be accomplished in an Apple Retail Store.

Why am I getting error"403" when I enter an Apple appointment via one to one or Apple confirmation email, but not on any other ical icon non apple additions?

Whenever I add a one to one Apple class from my one to one site and click the ical icon, I get the following error message. I also get it when I click on the ical icon from the Apple email confirming my appointment to add to my calendar on my Mac Book Pro. But, when I clcik an ical icon from say, Open Table, for a reservation I do not get the error. At the Apple store, they tried it and saw they got the same erro on their laptops as well. I notified as did the Apple store over two weeks ago, but nothing has changed.

Access to "Apple- One to One: Open Training" in " Apple Store" in account "icloud" is not permitted.

My confirmation e mail did not have a cancel option on it. However this worked for me.
Make sure you cancel the appointment on the same device you booked it on.
I made an online 1 to 1 appointment on my Mac air. I was unable to cancel the appointment on my Ipad or my iPhone but when I went to the appointment on my Mac air and signed in to my 1 to 1 the ability to cancel was there near the top of the right hand side.
Try that and see if it works.

You can just show up for a genius bar appointment, but it's best to make an appointment in advance. If the Apple stores in Italy are anything like the one's in the US, that means they are slammed...you may have to wait several hours if you don't have an appointment.

Trouble getting an appointment for one to one in France

Anyone live in France? I have a lot of trouble getting an appointment for a One to One session and it seems the site for the One to One doesn't work too well. Anyone else have this problem?

I would suggest that you start with this link to the Apple one to one site. Basically, this service is via a local Apple Store and is usually a one-year "contract."
Note that you can only sign up for this service when first purchasing an Apple computer at either the physical store or the on-line store.

I Had 4 more Months Left for My One to One but the Website is all of the Sudden...

I purchased the One to One after the first year was over because I received an email asking if I wanted to purchasee another year. all was good, I was using it mostly for my MBP and I would go to the website for the Apple Store near me, sign in and reserve a time for a One to One appointment. I recently saw that the local apple Store had changed their website around, and I did not attend a One to One for about 4 months. I purchased an iPhone 5 and went to the Apple Store to purchae Applecare for the new iphone. I was curious so I asked the sales guy to check how much I had left for the One to One. he said about 4 months. when I came home I tried to sign in on the website I used before and it keeps saying 'this apple ID does not have any One to One sessions left. I looked at my receipt and I should have about 4 months left. I have no idea who to contact. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me they cannot take care of this at the store level. he did not know who to send me to. Does anybody have any idea who I can call to get help with trying to get the 4 months back? when I did get the iPhone 5 recently, I did have trouble getting to sign into iCloud, but I went to the website and signed in twice there and that did something that allowed me to sign in to icloud on my iPhone. I do not know if that had anything to do with it, but it is the same Apple ID and password.

I have a one-to-one appointment coming up, and I'm not sure if I need to bring my 27" iMac with me. The workshop is for Final Cut, and some media in my projects is on the computer, not my external drive.

From what I know, you don't need to take the iMac. The workshop is done with one of the iMacs at the Apple Store. I would recommend you to copy your projects to an external drive and take it if you want to have them a look at the Apple Store

i was wondering is one to one free when i buy a new mac cause i need to install something on my mac ( like Windows ) and I don't know anything about mac OS X !!

You can always make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. Of course, you don't need that to install something. What is it? If the app has an installer, you just run the installer and let it do its thing. If not, you just drag the app into the Applications folder.

I can't activate my Apple one-to-one account that I purchased with my computer. I want to reserve a time to bring my computers into my local Apple Store for Personal Setup/file transfer (my old G4 Powerbook can't communicate with the OS Lion MacBookPro). I have an Apple ID and when I login my ID and Activation code are recognized, but when I accept terms and conditions in step 3, nothing happens. No error message, just stay on the same page. I get the same response whether I use Safari or Firefox.
What gives. Is there no way to reserve an appointment? Do I just need to bring my stuff in and hope I have to spend hours waiting to see someone?
