I recently ordered an iMac from the Apple store online (canada). It did not offer me the Option to Suscribe to One to One Membership. So my question is Can i still Suscribe to the One to One Program as a student or this is not available to Students.

No. Apple only allows for one credit card, but if it helps, you can apply iTunes Gift cards > Choose your iTunes Gift Card - Apple Store (U.S.)
Purchases are debited from the gift card balance first, the difference to your credit card.
Be aware, you can't purchase a gift card from the balance of a previously redeemed gift card and that purchases are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Can a one-time payment be made for the year, rather than monthly credit card billing?

You can buy CC prepaid vouchers, but to my knowledge they are not available with student discounts. Anyway, inquire with S&T support for such specific questions.

If all you are looking for is Lightroom, I would suggest going to your campus computer store. The computer store where I worked had Lightroom in stock. If your store doesn't have it in stock they can order it for you. There is really only one Lightroom 5 license that comes with the standalone version, student or otherwise. The program is identical either way. Licensing for the creative cloud is handled through the web and the payment method, But you aren't concerned about that.

You appear to want to believe that because you think you have a way of getting around the agreement without being caught it would be okay to do. You are bound to the agreement if you purchase the subscription. Do you understand what intentionally (and with fore-knowledge) failing to honor a contract constitutes?

This happens when you both use the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On both phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". Also uncheck the other phone's phone number, if present.

Try going into your account details on iTunes, change your info there, then sync your devices.

Why is it in the Apple store in Fresno, Ca there are no scheduled one on one sessions in Aperture, Iphoto, Pages, motion, and several other programs. I purchased two for $200.00 and wonder what's happening

No. Sell the existing yourself and use the proceeds to purchase a new iPad.

Why is my Apple ID only valid for the Apple store in one country (Ireland) even though I have moved to and live in the USA?

I have moved from Ireland to the USA and now (legally) live in Seattle. When I try to login to the iTunes store here in the USA, I get a message telling me that my Apple ID is only valid for purchases from the Ireland iTunes store. What moron put in a restriction like that? Apple is now telling me that although I can legally move from one country to another and take up residence, I can not travel globally with my Apple ID? What use is having an Apple ID then as I can travel and buy globally with Amazon?

Do NOT create another ID. Change the country of your present ID.

Realize, however, just as you can no longer visit your old public library in Ireland you also no longer have access to the store or your purchases made there. You can continue to use them as they are on your computer now but that makes it all the more important you maintain backups in case of loss. If you upgrade an app I think you will have to pay for it again since you no longer have access to the Irish Store.

Will I need to take my mac in with me for each one to one session i sign up for or can I count on being able to use the machines in the store ?

I hate the thought of having to do a complete disconnect each time I go for a one to one or group tutorial. My assumption is that other than an issue with my specific content the basic teaching can be on any of the apple products utilizing the software that came on my machine.
Is this a fair assumption and do I need to contact the store about this before I show up for a session?

Betsy, call the Apple store and see if you can get in if there is space available. Friends have purchased Apple products and had no problems at the stores in my area participating. One even went to a training session before buying. So give them a call and get that spot before it is taken.
