Hi XuanWei,
Please share us more details for better analyzation:
1. Check the event viewer and see if any errors logged, if yes, share it here.
2. Could you please explain a bit for what the desktop version OneDrive app you have installed?
Based on what I know, OneDrive desktop app functionality is built into Windows 8.1. If you install the desktop app on a PC running Windows 8.1, Setup won't appear. For more information, please see:
OneDrive desktop app for Windows: FAQ
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-hk/windows-8/onedrive-app-faq
Please take the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Run the OneDrive troubleshooter.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-8/onedrive-troubleshooter
2. Run the command sfc /scannow as dubsdj - MCITP mentioned.
To receive better support about OneDrive, we could seek help in OneDrive forum.

    Why does my itunes crash after start up with an "APPCRASH" error every time i open it?! I have been trying to fix this for weeks but all i can do it re-install it every other day which does nothing! I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. If things go get sorted soon you can say goodbye to my support.

    For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
    The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
    The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
    Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

    Thanks for your Knowledge.

    Thanks for your answering.
    I downloaded it but It doesn't make any change.
    When I click 'start my web-cam', add-in program is stopped(learnt it from error pop-up) and adobe connect is shut down. I used Window.
    But if I try with Chrome, there's no error, even though it says adobe connect is not installed.
    We should solve this problem with Window. Because most of our users use it, not chrome.
    Please tell me what is the problem.

  • APPCRASH error

    Hi,
    I'm getting APPCRASH error while opening RH 8 project files. Please advice how to correct it?
    Thanks

    Was RoboHelp installed with Admin rights? Even if it was, I think you need to uninstall and reinstall, then apply the patches again before opening any project.

  • Bootcamp question: What is APPCRASH error code StackHash?

    Hi,
    I recently installed Windows 7 via Bootcamp but after a few days, most of startup programs or programs that I want to install get crashed with APPCRASH code of StackHash.
    Is this the problem with the bootcamp drivers conflicting or something? Because I had no problem installing that Windows image on my desktop PC's.
    Should we use an special Windows 7 image or something when we want to install it via bootcamp?
    Does anyone know about this crash code?
    Thanks.

    I'm not sure of any Windows-specific crashes and error codes; however, there is no need for a special Windows image, and any supported retail Windows installer should work just fine.

    We have our own Vista Business test computer with the same application installed on it and it works perfectly fine when loading the report file.  We have tried various report (rpt) files with the same result on each report.
    Does anyone have any suggestions or help with this?
    I have looked at one of their computers having this problem and the GAC is showing what looks like the correct version of CrystalDecision files loaded (There are matching 11.5.3300.0 and 11.5.3700.0 version files on thier computer and our test Vista computer).

    Are you trying to connect to a site in general, eg
    http://www.mydomain.com/ or a specific page, eg
    http://www.mydomain.com/mypage.asp ?
    If you're connecting to a site in general, have you made sure the page you're using as your default page (eg index.asp, index.aspx, index.htm, default.asp etc) is configured in IIS to be a default content page? Have you tried specifying the particular page
    you're trying to load?
    If you're connecting to a specific page, have you made sure the type of page has been enabled, eg .htm, asp (classic asp), aspx etc?
    If you look in the IIS logs for the site, can you see your connection attempts being listed so you can be sure you're actually getting to the site on that server rather than there being a DNS issue or something similar?
    Might be worth asking over at the MS IIS forum
    http://forums.iis.net/ which runs separately to the main TechNet one.

    We are using SBOPdashboards 4.1 SP1 and MS Office 2007 SP2 on Windows server 2008 R2.
    We have already tried re-installing MS office and Dashboards. But it did not resolve the issue.
    Regards,
    Kajal

    Hi Ahmed,
    Please follow below steps:
      1- Go the following folder <your Dashboards 4.0 install
    folder>\assets\startPage\en (the language used)\js
    2- Open  the javascript file start_function.js
    3- Find the function onInitialize()
    4- Comment line InitializeResourcesTag()
    Example:
    function onInitialize()
       RefreshMRUTables();
       //InitializeResourcesTag();
       InitializePageContent();
    Now when Dashboards is started again the online content will
    not be loaded.

  • Reader 9.1.0.163 APPCRASH Error

    Hi,
    We have a two Windows 2008 Servers, both running as a Terminal Server. Both have the same software and are VM's. However just recently an end user has noticed that on server02 Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes everytime you run it with the following error;
    Problem signature:
      Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
      Application Name: AcroRd32.exe
      Application Version: 9.1.0.163
      Application Timestamp: 49a88f00
      Fault Module Name: MSVCR80.dll
      Fault Module Version: 8.0.50727.1434
      Fault Module Timestamp: 4757746d
      Exception Code: 40000015
      Exception Offset: 000046b4
      OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.18.10
      Locale ID: 2057
      Additional Information 1: de8a
      Additional Information 2: 4fa040a16f35e6e675984ea54b302855
      Additional Information 3: 0a3f
      Additional Information 4: 243bbf1fe2be4fe6b126a4382d0f0452
    The only way you can run it on server02 is by right clicking and "Run as administrator", Server01 works fine.
    Any suggestions please ?
    Many Thanks,
    Paul

    I had already deleted the preference-file, but still the same error.
    There is another problem-report (http://forums.adobe.com/message/1771582#1771582), describing the same problem together with printing-problems.
    It turns out, that the filesystem on my internal hard drive (which is formatted case sensitive), is the troublemaker, as described in the 1771582 report, because I also can not install Adobe Photoshop CS3 on this iMac (wrong file system).
    It's strange, but ADOBE does not seem to support case sensitive formatted Mac OSX hard-drives, this causing trouble with Adobe Reader and Photoshop CS3 Install.
    I will re-format the Internal hard-drive (with no case sensitive) later and let you know the result

  • Photoshop APPCRASH error

    Crash occurring multiple times per day.  There seems to be no specific task being performed, anything from adding a layer to opening a brush to saving an image.......or even just opening the program.  As the network admin I am attempting to chase this error down, but am having zero luck.  It seems to me that the key components here are:
      Fault Module Name: ig7icd64.dll
      Fault Module Version: 9.17.10.2857
    This is a 64 bit machine, current updates and no other issues.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!
    Trisha

    I installed the newest driver yesterday evening (CST here!).  The graphics person has been using the program today with no crashes .  If we go a full day without the crash I will mark the answer
