Oneway voice issue problem detected still no solution

Hi,
I'm using cisco3825 as a voice gateway with concerto dialer software for outbound dialing for a call center.Agents are facing voice problems :like they can hear the customer but customer can't hear them.But it's not for all the agents at a time.
I tried out and found some logic.Dsp resources which are using g711ulaw tx is 0, so voice no transmit.However no issue with g729r8 codecs
Attaching my voice cofig and output.
Is there any way only g729 codec use no g711 ???I'v tried several options but still not found any solution.

Hi Sourav,
Are you using CCM or CCME? Or other Switch?
Which IOS you are using?
So when you only use G711 you experience this problem?
Let me know so we can narrow down the issue.

    Basically I have an iphone 4 and upgraded to v7 and most recently v7.0.2. When I am on calls the phone started to beep and vibrate and sometimes change the call to speaker. It seems to be that the screen is sometimes active whilst on calls and so my ear is actually pressing the buttons and hitting numbers or changing it to speaker phone. It has also cancelled a call a few times.
    This is extremely annoying and makes every call a worry.
    Any ideas of how to solve this problem?

    I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

    I'm not certain but my new MBA 13...when in sleep mode comes back on from a black screen when I simply click on the left mouse button. Also, one time I did a SECURE EMPTY TRASH on files that totalled more than 1GB and it took so long that the fan kept increasing in speed so I pressed on the POWER button and the MBA shut...I was able to boot up with no problem. As a rule, I now only do secured erases for trash bin data totalling 500mb or less...anything above that gets a regular erase (dump).

    If you are using the iPhone camera zoom then remember that this is a digital zoom not an optical zoom. The zoomed in area will have fewer pixels and not appear as clear. The more you zoom the worse it gets. It's like cropping a picture after it has been taken.

  • Cronic voice dialing problem, PLEASE help

    I'm new to posting on these forums but have been browsing for about two weeks. I recently got a Curve 8330 and loved it until this problem arose. I have researched it and cannot find a solution, and it is really starting to drive me crazy. I hope someone can help, and I would be very grateful.
    Anyway, I have a Seidio Extended Battery, and a 16 gig microSD card in the phone, but I don't think either one has anything to do with the problem (it still occurs with them removed). A lot of times when the phone is idle or I am trying to make a call, the voice dialing screen pops up. At the top it says Voice Dialing, under that it says "Say a command", and then it says Listening. I believe this is the regular voice dialing screen. However, I do NOT want to use voice dialing at all. I have the side convenience keys set to lock and camera, so it does not have to do with them. This screen randomly pops up and repeats itself over and over to the point where I must remove the battery and reload. A few minutes later, it happens again. Also, when this screen is up and I'm in the middle of the call, I cannot hear the opposite party which causes further issues. 
    Does anyone else have this problem and/or a solution? Is there a way I can just eliminate voice dialing altogether from the phone? This thing is driving me nuts and ruining an otherwise fantastic piece of technology. Thank you very much for your responses!

    my phone is doing the exact same thing with the voice command popping up intermittently throughout the day.  I have reinstalled the software back to the factory specs and this worked for a week or so.  I have also pulled battery, changed side buttons, etc and nothing has seemed to actually fix the problem...all just patches.  I have already had the motherboard replaced in this phone once and now this.  I have only had the phone for maybe 2 months!  Thank you for your input.

  • Problem Alerts with Lenovo Solution Centre (Thinkpad B50-30)

    Hello All,
    I am experiencing problems with the Lenovo Solution Centre on a brand new Lenovo B series laptop B50-30 Windows 8.1.
    First off upon booting the laptop for the first time I was getting an alert message for the warranty saying. it was not available.
    I thought this may have been due to the fact that on warranty status, the start date was incorrect. I did email a copy of the receipt and the date has now been corrected. However, I am still getting an alert in the Lenovo Solution Centre saying warranty not available (please see first picture).
    I looked around the web and found one solution that involved uninstalling Lenovo Solution Centre, rebooting, reinstalling Lenovo Solution Centre and rebooting but that hasn't helped.
    In fact now, I am getting two alerts. The same warranty alert again and one about storage devices (please see second picture).
    The Lenovo Solution Centre is saying that a partition on the hard drive has less than 9.5% available (third picture) but as you can see in the fourth attached picture there is plenty of space. I have only had the laptop a week and there is hardly anything on there.
    Can anyone help?

    The alerts about low available space in a partition showed up with the latest version of LSC.
    There are 2 other posts here with the same type alert message.
    Maybe the next release of LSC will address the issue (bug).

    Problems detected after updating to iTunes version 11.1.3.8 for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit version, Service Pack 1.
    USB connected iPhone 4 (iOS 7.0.4) is not recognised in iTunes.
    Sluggish response when starting iTunes.
    Any known remedy?

    After updating to the newest version of iTunes which is 11.1.3.8, I can no longer edit song information because whenever I click Get Info, the program crashes. It says, "iTunes has stopped working...". I literally tried all the troubleshooting techniques here but to no avail!
    I already:
    Reinstalled iTunes and other related programs like a hundred times
    Scanned my computer for viruses
    Opened iTunes on another user account
    Opened iTunes on safe mode
    Removed unusable configuration files
    BUT STILL, the problem persists. I have the same version of iTunes on my office computer and it works perfectly fine but I want my iTunes here at home to get fixed. Never had problems with editing song information until I updated it to 11.1.3.8.
    I just don't know what to do anymore. I updated this program last January 1 and until now I haven't found any solution. It's really getting on my nerves!!!

    omg.. okay.. i thought about going to Costco and buying a Jawbone just to test it out.. but sounds like you guys have tried w/multiple bluetooth devices and it's not helping any .. what's even more sad is you've also stated you've exchanged your phones and it still doesn't get any better. i was hoping an exchange would help~i have read some ppl's stories that they exchanged their phone and their bluetooth problems got resolved (one guy even reporting ,w/a pic to show, being ~40ft away w/no issues!).. i get about 20ft and my bluetooth just straight up disconnects!
    but this is the crazy story:: im having a unique issue in my kitchen (which is very very small!).. i put my phone on the dining table and walk 4ft to the sink and ppl say i sound robotic, like the Transformers talk in the movie.. but if i walk elsewhere (not into the kitchen), it seems to work ok. now i have a Nextel phone too.. i can repeat what i do and not have any robotic sounds.. i have never had any problems using my bluetooth with my Nextel or my iPhone 3G, never ever-ever!! whut the heCKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!

    My voice input doesn't seem to pick up any sound while having the speakers on. The voice recognition doesn't work, it just says that i didn't hear anything. I'm having the same problem with soundhound, skype and turning speaker on while calling. Someone else having the same issue?

    I have the latest Nokia update, and the latest Nokia system apps from the store, i've used the reset sometimes when my phone freezes but the problem's still there. Its really annoying.
    I sent my phone on service about a month ago because of another issue, they said thet they changed the motherboard, and that's when this problem started to occur.
    I've seen other people on the net with the same problem, but it looks like it's a rare problem.

    I've recently updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.1.2. I am having a big issue after the update was installed. Now I can't hear the voice from the incoming and outgoing phone call at all? I tried to reboot my iPhone several times and reset network setting and the problem is still there?     Two common causes with this is the in call volume and being connected to a bluetooth speaker which it is picking up when you call.

  • Problem with still image quality 1920 x 1080 HD Export

    Hey everyone ---
    Question that I can't seem to find a clear answer for -- maybe you can help !
    I am producing a film and am exporting it using the H264 setting, square pixels, CBR. Video quality is wonderful --- but I am having an issue with a still image. Essentially, I am importing an image of a film logo at the beginning of my film. The image is vector, dropped into photoshop from illustrator, saved as either an EPS or jpg, then I import that into the timeline. Once exported, video looks crisp and beautiful, but the logo at the beggining has slightly jagged edges and is NOT crystal sharp super clear as it should be or as it was saved as.
    I've tried a few things but can't seem to get the formula right. I tried adjusting frame size, doesn't work. I tried bringing in a HUGE image and scaling it down, again, doesn't work. I've used many versions of premiere (since 6.0) and I don't remember ever having this sort of problem. I've tried all the frame sizes, from 1440 x 1080 to 1920 x 1080 (my source footage) and it just doesn't like to render the image crisply.
    Any ideas?

    Create a new .psd in Photoshop (using the Film and Video templates) that match your sequence settings.  Bring the vector image into PS and add it on a second layer to that new .psd.  Save out that .psd as a .png with no Interlacing.
    Bring that into PP for use in the sequence.

  • Problem Extracting Still Image, FCP 5.1.1

    I'm having a problem extracting a still image from a clip in FCP 5.1.1 I am using a Macbook Pro and editing HDV1080i60 captured from a Sony HVR-Z1U. I recently upgraded to QuickTime 7.1.1, and since I had no problem extracting stills at one point before this I wonder if QuickTime integration might be part of the problem. The problem is that as soon as I select "extract quicktime conversion" from the file > extract menu, the frame in the canvas jumps to something else besides the frame it was on that I wanted to capture. Sometimes it jumps a few frames to one close to the one I wanted, but one time it jumped all the way to the beginning of the clip. This new frame is the one it ends up capturing. Furthermore, when I then open this image in quicktime it is displayed as a distorted picture that has been compressed into a 4:3 image instead of the proper 16:9 size.
    Any help with what might be going on here would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply. I have recently discovered that the issue of FCP jumping to another frame than the one I wanted to capture has to do with a setting on the camera that I used when shooting. (The footage was shot using a reduced frame rate setting option on the camera). The more important issue now is that the exported image that I get, even though it is the right one, is squeezed into a 4:3 size, distorting everything in it. Any ideas on this? Everything worked fine before I upgraded to the new version of QuickTime, and I can't help but think there might be a bug in the new version or something. But maybe theres something I have set wrong?

  • Hard Disk failed but no problems detected in hardware test

    My macbook crashed yesterday when I was running a photo sideshow. When I turned it on a flashing question mark appeared. I have followed instructions in the mac manual and looked at some discussions here. If I hold down the options key on startup there is no hard drive there and there is also no have drive if I run the disk utility but when I ran the hardware test it said no problems detected and I have repeated the test several times. This might mean there is an issue with the software but how can i reinstall it if I can't see the hard drive? I'm not sure what to do or what the problem is so please help
