i too cant view my account online and have had no paper bills like a couple of others iv read on here. havent been able to view it for over a month. whats happening??????

I am sorry your still having problems here.  I checked this myself yesterday and everything seemed hunky dory.  I think wires must be getting crossed here somewhere. 
Could you drop us in an email again please confirming your MyBT username?
Also try deleting cookies & temporary internet files.  Have you tried a different browser?

    I suggest you change everything.  You can even open your iTunes account and remove old devices (if she has a computer you used to access your account)
    temporarily unregister your Apple ID from imessage and FaceTime.
    Follow directions carefully.  Write new info down so you don't forget.

  • ADSL usage has dssapeared from 24x7 app & under my online account

    Since connecing to Telstra Air my broadband usage for ADSL no longe exists when viewing on the 24x7 app & also when i log into my Telstra account, the service is no longer showing up under my account services but i still have adsl connected to the house etc, why has it dissapeared? refreshed everything re-installed app, no one can give me answers i have an incident number :  INT 1-515021436250 any help appreciated.

    Update - On Sudnay 12/7 - i asked for the telstra air service to be removed, that was done, My telstra online account was refreshed with a new username / passwrod etc, that was done, i was told 24/48 my bigbond broadband ADSL service should start to appear to check my broadband usage, its still not appearing after a number, of discussions with different departments including (online accounts) basically im stuck again but i do hjave a link to get backj in touch with who i spoke to so I will try that but they did say the Telstra Air order did have something to do with my ADSL service not showing up either online when i log in or on the 24x7 app, (refreshed , recreated, downloaded app, did everything did nto work)

    After upgrade, I can no longer log in to my gtalk account on empathy. The Online Account dialogue box gives the error "Expired credentials. Please log in again". But repeated log in comes back to the same message. Anyone experiencing similar problem?

    In this thread, comment 10 gives instructions for using an application specific password instear of the regular google password that seahorse is storing.  I did this, logged in, and everything started working, with no errors.  Hopefully this will help someone else looking for an answer.

    However I found a way to fix, thanks @Ionut showing a path
    In my GOA_ entry I edited 'password' field
    So I removed my generic google password and inserted google application
    password, I got in my 2-factor authentication page. So it's working fine now,
    but it should be fixed I think ti work out of box

    Yes. Check the show password, you'll see a long GOA_ string. At the end you'll
    see your google password. If you enable 2-factor auth and reproduces a bug, you
    should make an application password in google account and replace your google
    password in seahorse with it. Logoff and login again after solves the
    "expiration" problem

    I have a few questions and the answers you give may help us figure out what's happening with your account.
    Are you on a family plan or multiple line account?  Are you the account owner or a manager?  (I'm trying to determine if someone else on your plan may have logged in and changed your Phone #).
    Is this a pre-paid or regular account?
    Did you recently get a new phone?
    Does your current phone work?  When you call another phone, what does the caller ID say is the calling number?

    As rschnoor said, there's no way to remove that information, but you can control who has access to it if you are the account owner.
    The account owner is the only person with default access to call and texting records.  If you are the owner, you can remove any account managers you've designated, and then change your billing password and the password for your MyVerizon account.  That should ensure that only you have access.  If you want to go to extremes, Verizon can delete your MyVerizon account, but you'll lose the ability to view and pay your bill online, make changes to your plan online, purchase media online, etc.
    If you are not the account owner, the only way to keep your records private is to move your line to your own account through an Assumption of Liability, or start your own account with a new phone number.

  • How do I sign up online bill viewing when my phone...

    Hiya all
    I want to set up my online account with so that I can view my bills and also my broadband usage online.  I can get past the first page asking me for my BT account number and email etc. but the second page asks for my phone number which I type in including the area code, it then tells me "please enter you full phone number including the area code."
    I am entering my full number and my area code only thing I can think of is that my phone number is only 10 digits long including the area code.  How do I get around this? its rather annoying not being able to type a number that BT them selves supplied me with.

    Thanks for the post.  Are you still having problems adding your number?  This is odd as the online system should accept a 10 digit number.  Not to worry I can add this for you from my end.  I will need a few details from ya.

    If you are the account owner, log into your account, and click on the HOME tab. The option is listed in the first column.
    If you are not the account owner, you will not be able to view the info.

    I just downloaded the trial version of Acrobat XI.  I created a PDF file with sensitive information that I thought would be saved only to my computer but noticed that it was saved to my "online account." 
    I've searched and found how to reset that feature but I need to know how to access that Online Account and remove my file permanently from it. 
    Any help would be greatly appreciated (and necessary if I'm to purchase this tool).

    That's what it looks like to me, too.  It was only saved on my computer.  The reason I thought it might be saved online somewhere is because, when I saved the file, there was a box checked that said "Save To Your Online Account."  What does this mean then?
    Also, when I open the Acrobat application, the file is listed there under Recent Files and it doesn't give me a way to clear the recent file list.
    My goal is to make sure that my sensitive information is not being stored somewhere, anywhere online with Adobe or anyone else.  The only place I want that file to appear is in the documents file of my computer.

    I suspect the salesperson that told you that meant your online account with your carrier...have you tried logging into your carrier account online? To do this will require the sim number on your sim card, as well as the phone's IMEI number...you get the sim number off the sim card & the IMEI number, for the phone, is printed on the box.
