I spoke with the bank and they say it is the newest version of firefox that is the problem. When I click to pay bills, it just goes back to the main menu.

If you are looking for MP3s, I don't know why you've been shopping at the iTunes Store at all. They do not sell songs in MP3 format, only AAC.
Why not look at other online music download retailers such as Amazon MP3 or Google Play who sell MP3 music.

I installed the latest version of Firefox last night. It worked 3-4 times flawlessly. Now, it crashes at startup and gives me a box with crash detail report. How can I fix this?

I have a brand new HP dv8t laptop that is straight from the manufacturer 2 days ago.
Last night, I attempted to download and installed the latest version of Firefox. After installing, it worked great for an hour or so (3.4 different sessions).
Then, this morning when I came back to the computer, Firefox crashes at startup and gives me the option of finding a solution online or quitting the program.
How aggravating!
I have installed this same version on 2 other computers that I own, without any issue.
I have attempted to uninstall Firefox from the dv8 and reinstalling, to no avail.

In most cases you can simply "upgrade" (meaning downgrade) directly from the installation. It would be a good idea to save your passwords & bookmarks just to be on the safe side.

I don't think that extension is supported. I believe Firefox can only read .json and .html.

The latest version of Firefox does not seem to work with Google!

When you type something in the search box, you will get presented with a list of possible choices, but Google will not actually perform the search when you press "Enter" or click "Google Search". IE 6 still appears to work fine, as does Firefox 3.6. The problem just seems to be with the latest version of Firefox. It also seems to be intermittent. Sometimes it actually does work..

As for your problem, One of your add-ons might be the culprit too. Try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] with all add-ons disabled. If that solves the problem, see [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and possibly [[Troubleshooting plugins]]

There are a lot of benefits to running the latest version of Firefox. You might want to consider running the older version on [http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization#legacy36 a USB Stick with PortableApps]. That way you'll still be able to run the latest version for your day to day activities. You could also try the workaround in [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-incorrectly-report-firefox-outdated-or-in this article].
If you still want to roll back to a previous version of Firefox, just take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Installing a previous version of Firefox]].

I would love to install the latest version of Firefox, but when I attempted to It indicated that It was not compatible with my Juno email service, why don't you guys ever include Juno when you do updates? The McAfee Site Advisor add-on for Firefox is the only thing that would be disabled, everything else related to McAfee should work just fine. That add-on is blocklisted by Mozilla due to that Site Advisor extension being the #2 cause of crashing the Firefox 5.0 betas. This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

Why am I unable to log in to 'Formspring' with the latest version of Firefox? I have turned off all ad blockers. Other browsers are fine.

The website 'Formspring.me' loads, but then when I click 'log in' I find the website to be completely unresponsive. Clicking 'Log in with Facebook' also fails, and this has worked up until now..

Hi, thanks for your reply :). I've actually just solved the problem - it was a AVG Safe Search!
I went to C:\Program Files\AVG then fould the 'FireFox' folder and deleted it. When I restarted firefox then add-on was gone and the problem solved.
