Online college, open document, how to find URL associated with document

I am currently enrolled in an online college. For APA formatting, we are supposed to find the URL associated with an online document. For example: on the college website I click on a link that takes me to the open/save box. I open the file, at the top of the page is the name: sn_2010_writing_scholarly_voice-1. On a PC we are supposed to cut/paste that into our web browser to come up with the URL. I'm not seeing how to do this on a MAC.

You need to find out which SAP program uses this as include. You can do that by doing WhereUsed on Abap include RV03VFZZ in transaction SE38.
After you found out the main program, use transaction SE80 and display that program. Then click on Fields object and you will see all global variables that are accessible in your user exit.

How to find out associated Billing Document from a PO

just like we could check an associated PO for a Billing document by going to Display Document Flow, just wondering how can i find out the associted Billing Document for a PO.

If there is a sales billing document for a PO, ideally the cycle should be like this
Sales order-Purchase OrderMIGO/MIRODelivery(If applicable)--Invoice.
In this case it is not possible to find out the invoice number directly from the purchase order number.
In the Purchase order, there is a tab at the item level called Account Assignment. It will have the details of the sales order number and line item number filled, if the PO is created with reference to the sales order.Get this sales order number.
Using this sales order number, the delivery number or invoice number can be found out from the table VBFA by providing sales order number as VBFA-VBELV and giving VBFA-VBTYP_N as either J or M, J for delivery and M for invoice. Now you will get the invoice number for the transaction chain.

I can only use version 4.0 for my online college classes so how can I go back to using version 4.0?

I upgraded to version 5.0 but am unable to use because it is not supported with my online college platform. How can I go back to using version 4.0? If I do not find a solution I will have to find a new browser.

I had the same problem (issue with Google Apps and XUL runner etc) of needing to downgrade. To pull it off I went to the main Firefox download page (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/) and followed the link to OTHER SYSTEMS AND LANGUAGES which took me to a page that included a link on the right hand side to download Firefox 3.6.16.
(The stuff below pertains to Windows. If you are on a different OS your steps will vary)
To do the actual downgrade (and there may be some other steps that would be wise to take but this is what worked for me) I merely renamed "c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" to "c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox bad" (in case I want to try troubleshooting the issue later) and then ran the "Firefox Setup 3.6.16.exe" file that downloaded from that link. That solved my problem and I'm back and running 3.6.16.
In case you don't feel comfortable changing things in your Program Files directory you might try a different approach and try uninstalling via the Control Panel and Add and Remove Programs (or whatever it is called on the version of Windows you are on) and then running the installation file. I didn't go that route so I can't tell you how well that might work.

You are absolutely correct. But what i need to know is sometime , even in the sales order there will be no output type (basically inbound) which can be found as suggested by Sunil - I think that is the most relevant way to find the IDOC no. Hope you will agree with me. Again how to activate by IAN is also guides the idea. Only thing we need to know the exact parameter to be maintained in own data.

Pbm with document name while generating URL for created document

Hi Gurus, 
 
When we upload a document and generate the URL for that document, and then while we paste the same in the explorer window to access it, I was able to see the dialog asking me whether to save or open the document with the actual document name. 
 
But, when I create a document using the template which we uploaded in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, and then generate the URL for that document, and then when I paste it in the explorer window to access it, the dialog now asks me to save or open the document, but it is not with the name of the actual document, but with the name of the template. e.g Business_Blueprint_template. 
 
Can anyone say why such a problem? and how to solve it. 
 
Useful answers will certainly be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to compose an email?
If so, why are you not using Recipients.Resolve()?
