    You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
    Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
    In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
    If it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

    Online Number cannot be cancelled.
    It is not a recurring payment, so when it's about to expire, just do not extend it.
    If it is a new order and you made a mistake for example, then you might try to request a refund from Skype Customer Service.

    I'm using an online number in Skype network such as XX2-55-55. It is very similar to the number in one of the biggest airline companies in my country. As I think the company is also using Skype online number which is XX5-55-55. The problem I have is that when someone calls to that company usually is connected to my number. It's very frustrating and I do not know where should I send the alert and information about this. Please help because I'm sick of giving the people information every 15 minutes that the had connected to wrong number.
    Some days ago I have asked the people to which number they're calling. They're calling to XX5-55-55 but are connected to me. Please help.

    The only way to do that call apple. Apparently before refunding you, they have to make sure that you are the account owner, so they will run you through verification process.

    An Online # is for your contacts to call you.
    You can't make calls from an Online #.
    TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.

  • Can an accidental purchase from iTunes store be cancelled and refunded?

    I just purchased an iPad and I am not familiar with the use of my iTunes account from it.
    I had a code to download ''The hunger game''  from iTunes for free and I accidentally purchased it as well,but never dowloaded my accidental purchase, as I succeded to enter my code afterwards and download the free copy. However my credit card has been debited anyways. Is there any way to cancel this purchase made by error and never downloaded and obtain a refund?

    I bought this online number yesterday, and just figured out that I shouldn't have set the country as the US. I desperately need to change the country. If not, there is no use for using this online number, and I'll have to cancel it. 
    And if I cancel it, can I get a refund of $18 I've payed for the number and my leftover credit? Please let me know ASAP .. 

    There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

    I currently have a UK online number. It will expire in Oct 2012. I noticed in my account that if I am on a subscription to call a landline or mobile phone in the UK, I am entitled to get 50% on an online number. Assuming if I were to extend my 1 year online number subscription, do I still get the 50% discount or it is for a new online number?

    Basically as long as you have an active subscription on your account you will get a discount on Online Number purchase. It doesn't matter if you purchase a new number or extend your old number.
    I was checking your account and I can see that you purchased Online Number just recently, if you wish you might be able to get a refund on Online Number order and purchase the same number again with a discount since right now you have a subscription.
