Is Online number available for use in Thailand? If not, when will it be available?

Hello,
At the moment Online Numbers are not available for Thailand. Skype is constantly working adding new numbers, but as it greatly depends on local carriers and regulations it may take some time
So far there is no exact time frame for Thailand.

Exactly what version of LR are you running, the LR on the CD, or a downloaded copy? If downloaded, are you sure it is LR5, and not the Creative Cloud version? Where did you purchase this version of LR 5?

Need Online number for Ipswich, UK?

I run a business located in Ipswich Suffolk and I ant an online number that customers can call me on knowing that my location is Ipswich. The Std code is 01473 but I cannot see Ipswich listed in the UK list of online number areas. how do I get a 01473 number?

I am trying to decide which country to choose for my skype number. If I choose a UK Skype number will friends and family in Republic of Ireland still be able to call me for a local charge and vice versa?

Please allow me to clarify one important detail:
I thought if I buy an online number then I haven't to pay any extra cost (exept the phone number of course).
Your understanding is the reverse of how it works: a Skype Number (formerly known as an Online Number) is intended and works only for people to call you. In other words, a Skype Number is a fixed line number that people can use to reach you, and which you answer, on Skype.
To pay the outbound call charges from Thailand to Germany, you would need to add a subscription or credit to your account (your letter reads as if you have been using credit).

Me and my dad share the same online number for friends and colleagues to call us, but it seems that the calls that come through to me are ad-hoc whilst my dad gets every call on his system. I just wondered if this is because 2 systems are trying to access the same online number?

It's not possible to transfer products from one account to another. But you can request a refund and purchase a new number for the correct account.

I have an online skype Uk number but in the last couple of days people have told me they get a message saying to say it is not a valid number. I tried myself calling my UK online number from Italy and got a message to say the area code is not valid (0115 code)
Can someone tell me what's happening to my online number?

Is there any way to fix this? My online number works because I recently paid for it and it expires May 20.
I know the number works because when I call myself, it rings but displays the "unkown number" problem.

Please escalate this issue. In the UK, BT has 15.8 million landline customers. Sype Online Number in the UK is useless for business until Caller ID works.

When I am calling to any other phone using skype, my online number is not showing in the CLI of that phone.
But When I call to my Online number, I can receive calls in my skype.

It is possible that the Caller ID settings got wiped out when you extended your Online Number. This is, unfortunately, something other users have reported. I'm sorry it happened to you.
To reset your Caller ID settings, log into your Skype account here on the Skype web site. Use the "Account" link at the top of this page, and enter your Skype name and password. Then you can access your Caller ID settings, and select your Online Number to - once again - be your Caller ID.

My Online number is not working

My online number is not displayed on my clients phone based in USA. I have tried calling on my mobile and a +4044, +3444.... numbers are displayed.
This is really rediculus as you have already charged me for the service

You didn't mention which country your Online Number was from. Not all of Skype's Online Numbers can be used for Caller ID. If it is from a country where its use as Caller ID is permitted (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US), you can set that up here on the Skype web site. Click on the Account link at the top of this page, then log in with your Skype account name and password. Once you get in, you should see Caller ID Settings along with a link to change that.
Even if you have your Caller ID number properly set in your Skype account, there are instances where that number won't show up on the phones you call. This is usually related to how the calls are patched into the telephone network, and would be beyond the control of Skype.
