Online problem

Everytime I go online my iPad shuts down I grt cut off of online. Please help me I don't understand why or what I am doing wrong.

All I know it is a 5. Something. I can not get the 7.0 one

Would be problems with purchases, billing, and redemption option. It's not 100% exact to your issue, but it will get you to the right department.
Go here https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do then select ITunes, then Store, then Purchases, Billing, and Redemption. Then.. probably pick "My topic is not listed."

Conductor Engine not online problem

Hi all,
I've got a problem after I ported my web-workflow application into the
training environment. It was ok in the development environment. (Both
environment actually running same platform, which is NT 4 server and Win95
client)
After ported to the training environment, all components were able
compiled. I am able to start the application as well. But when it comes to
the point where the web interface call to the conductor interface to obtain
a conductor session, it raised an error message back to the HTML client
saying that "myengine.myenvironment" is not online. But if I check the
conductor console, it always shows that "myengine" conductor engine is
online.
Throughout many testing, changing the conductor engine server to another NT
machine did not help edle. Furthemore, no detail error message can be
captured from the log file. By the way, conductor libraries provide very
minimal exception class to handle any conductor specific errors.
By writing some debug code into the conductor interface, it seems that the
error always occured during the conductor OpenSession method with the
engine.
If anyone of you encounter this weird problem before please contact me
ASAP. Appreciate your reply in advance.

In our case we had two of the dll's in the winNT\System32 directory. Once
they were removed we could once again create sessions with the engine.

IOS 8.1 and Skype online problem

In all my iDevices with IOS 8.1 they have a problem to stay online. After the lid of iPad Air is closed the Skype will go to offline status within some seconds. Same problem with iPad 2, iPad Mini and iPhone 4S. Only iPhone 4 with IOS 7 is working normaly.
Is there some setting which I have change to get Skype to stay online all the time, when it is loaded on background?

To resolve this issue, on your Apple device, go to Settings, General, Background App Refresh. Make sure the refresh is turned ON and Skype app in the same screen below is set to ON. If you have the main refresh switch OFF or the Skype app set to OFF, the app will go offline as it cannot synch your profile (status) to the server in real time.
You can control and set other apps to automatic refresh or turn them off individually in the same screen.

When uploaded online, problem with stylesheet?

I've just spent hours online chat with Adobe and HostGator trying to figure out how to get the bloody site online. Finally got a version of the site I made on Muse online but this is what it looks like. Nothing is going right. HostGator told me that it seemed to be a problem with the stylesheet. I dont' know what that means but I need it fixed so it doesn't look as stupid as it does now. Its so frusterating.... nothing is working out. I just need the stupid website online looking like how it looks on Muse. What do I do?

Creative Zen XFI Online Problems

Hi folks,
today I received a Creative Zen XFI 6GB WLAN MP4 Player to Christmas.
I configured it and I set up the Creative Media Server. It all works perfectly, I can watch the Filmn on my PC and hear the mp3s.
But there is one problem. I want to listen to Online Streams. How do I do this? Please help me
And would it be possible to rip the Online Stream to the Player instantly? That would also be nice.

'Insufficient NAT' PS Vita online problem

I recently bought COD: Black Ops Declassified for PS Vita, purely for the online gaming, but every time I select the multiplayer option, I get an error message telling me 'insufficient Nat'. It's driving mad. Have have Homehub 2.0. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to solve this? All my other vita games work online without any problems!

Messaging online problem

I got the facebook chat option on... Bt my online friends are nt seen... It shows cant connect on the screen... Plz help me out asap...

As tPet indicated, Facebook is supported since Facebook uses Jabber (XMPP).
As for MSN, now called Live Messenger, Microsoft announced Windows Live Messenger XMPP Access on their Windows Team Blog.
Early reports, when that announcement was made, indicated that iChat was not able to connect to the Live servers but I don't believe anyone has tried since the release of the Messages app for Mac. If you would like to give it a try these are the settings.
Account type: Jabber
Server: xmpp.messenger.live.com
Port : 5222 or 5223 (try either one but 5223 is the SSL port and is preferable)
Account name: <your Windows Live account name>
Password: <your Windows Live account name>
I don't have a Windows Live accoun t so I can't try it.

Just bought the Adobe Creative Suit 6 Design & Web Premium and iv been trying to fill in the adobe student and teacher edition order fulfillment online but it doenst do anything when iv filled it out and pressed process???.... iv spoken to someone on the help chat thing but that wasnt really helpful as all i want to no is what do i do next?? How do i no if the information has gone through? You need to first confirm where you have purchased your Education version product from. If you have purchased the product from Adobe Online in US, you can send your Proof of Eligibility under "My Adobe" > "My Orders". There you will find the Order date, and once you click there, you will find the option called submit Proof. Click on this option and fill in all the details and attach the documents.
Secondly, if you have purchased the product from a reseller, it depends where you have purchased whether it is from your school or from a reseller and also it depends on the country from where you have purchased.

but watching online also depends on the net speed of your mobile.if this does not solve it then get in touch with your network operator they have different plan with net speed etc that should help you watch

24f DVNTSC Offline 24f Online Problems

I am starting a feature length documentary and have tested a film output using 24f and it looks amazing (60i wouldn't work btw). So I am shooting roughly 100hrs of material and want to do ALL my rough cutting OFFLINE in DV NTSC. Here's what I wanted to do:
1. Digitize all footage at DV-NTSC Anamorphic.
2. Rough cut the film and get approval on picture.
3. "Make Offline" in FCP and change settings to HDV 1080 24p.
4. Re-dig the final selections and color correct/title/etc.
However, Canon seems to in-camera down convert all 24f to 29.97fps interlaced. This is BAD because my timeline will end up 29.97fps (drop) for the offline and needs to be 24fps (non-drop) for the online. In some early tests, I can't get 29.97fps footage to paste into a 24fps timeline and have FCP know how to remove the pulldown accurately.
My question? Has anyone done this or know what I'm missing so that I can do my offline in DV and still keep the timebase accurate and not get into that crappy 3:2 business? My logic for doing a DV offline is due to the amount of footage that I have to work with and the heavy rendering if I choose to do any kind of manipulation (speed, keyframing) to it. I don't want to get 50 hours into digitizing and feel like I made a mistake.

hello matt -
first question you need to ask (since i am not sure) is whether your camera shoots true 24p. if in fact you are shooting HDV, i think you may be shooting either 23.98fps or (more likely) 23.98 in 29.97fps with 3:2 (even when you are in "24p" mode).
that will dictate your finish.
if it is, in fact, 23.98 in 29.97fps with 3:2 then you can finish a few different ways.
the closest to a "true" 24fps finish would be:
- log and capture 29.97 DV; use cinema tools to reverse telecine (to 23.98 not 24)
- cut in 23.98 all timelines
- rez up to HDV, capture (which will again be 29.97) and use cinematools to reverse telecine to 23.98; relink in your timelines to the 23.98 clips
note that a video card would cut down some of this work (some cards can reverse telecine and remove the 3:2 on the fly while you capture).
but you should first be certain of the format you're shooting in.

WPA code ps3 online problem

i am trying to access my router that we just set up and works fine with all the other computers in my house( as im on the internet right now) but on the ps3 network settings im scan for networks i find my router and the connection strength. i go through the settings ( its wpa-psk/wpa2-psk) which doesnt use a wep key, just a passcode that wouldnt work. so it asks for a wpa code and i have no idea what it is. i have also put in the ip adress too into the network setting to try to connect but it either times out or the wpa code was correct. before this my older router's which is still found when you search for networks in the network settings on the ps3, all you needed was the wep key and it hooked up fine. a few things to point out my dad has comcast buisness class in the basement so he bought a new router so we can all connect from his computer in the basement and then get rid of the comcast triple play internet and phone. does this have anything to do with the problem- the new router is hooked up fine and the computers in my house are all connected and working. if anyone can help it would be thankful.. and add me on the psn names iziruam01

Read the userguide for your ps3. It should tell you how to setup a WEP key. Or change the settings in your router & computers to WPA/WPA2.

Skype offline/online problem

When I'm offline actualy my status is busy.
I try everything but no result. When I call from other skype when I'm "busy"(I'm actualy Offline) skype says - no answer and not ringing. But messages is delivered.

TRy to run the command /showplaces in any chatwindow, this will let you see all places where you are logged into Skype. If more than one run /remotelogout, to log out from the other endpoints than the one you are at.
