Anyone know how i might get more than just 10 episodes of my podcast to show up?

Heres my feed:

not sure that helps..

iTunes will show as many episodes as are in the feed: some podcast creation programs/services limit the number of episodes shown before old episodes are moved off to an archive, but this can usually be amended by the user. You are using WordPress, so you will need to look in their Help for a method of specifying the number of episodes to be shown in the feed.

  • Bought a tv series from my iTouch, only 8 episodes show up as available on my computer/iTunes purchased list

I recently bought an entire season of the West Wing from my iTouch, and when I plugged my iTouch into my computer to sync, something went wrong and only 8 episodes show up on my computer and as available for download from the "download purchases" thing on iTunes. My iTouch is having problems syncing with iTunes properly, so they're still on my iTouch, but I'd like to get them onto my computer, too. Any ideas of how I can solve this?

Are you using the same Apple ID for your iPod and the iTunes store on your computer?
In some countries re downloading certain content types is not allowed. Up until recently even though I had purchased a Movie from itunes I was not allowed to redownload movies. Music - Yes, TV Shows  Yes, Apps -Yes.
Here is an article about recovering your iTunes Library from your ipod that may help

  • Bought a season (Arrested Dev. S3), only first episode shows anywhere.

Hey - could use some help. This is the first Apple TV prob I've had. Bought S3 of Arrested Development, and only the first episode shows on our Apple TV, or iTunes on my PC. "Check for downloads" has no effect on either, even though the season, and all of its episodes clearly shows in my Purchase History. I've checked through the media folder, and the physical files aren't anywhere either.
    Help!

You should contact itunes store support via 'Report a Problem' link in your itunes Purchase History.

  • I have completed th upgrad to iOS 7 and the only icon that shows is iTunes.

My father upgraded his iPhone 3 to iOS 7 last night, and the iTunes icon is the only thing appearing on his phone.  Help!

iPhone 3 can't be upgraded to iOS7. Try downloading iOS4 from Apple servers and do an update from iTunes.

  • Only text is showing in Itunes store

    Anyone now?

Never mind - found my own answer - needed to download and install the Segoe UI font and that fixed the problem.

  • Why don't my episodes show up (everywhere)?

I've recently uploaded my rss feed (xml file) to my server and also through itunes to be listed in the podcasts.
The first time I did it I just tested one episode for the podcast which was successful. The second time, I added 4 more epispodes to the feed and uploaded it to my server. Trying to sedn the new one through iTunes I just got a message saying that the feed had already been uploaded - fine.
Now when I go to the podcast in the music store, only one episode shows up, but if I subscribe, they all show up in my Podcast library as available for download.
Why don't all of the episodes show up in the music store for individual download?
I am using Podcaster software to create my feeds.
    Appreciate the help.

I can confirm that I am experiencing the exact same issue. It has been bugging me for several days and I couldn't find any current info about this problem until I found your post.
I've done some experimenting. If I use a computer to upload a photo with a status update, it will appear in the newsfeed. When I use my iPhone with the Facebook app, the photo and update will appear on my wall, but not in the feed. If I just upload text from the iphone app, it will appear in the newsfeed. I was using the newest version of the app for a while without realizing this issue.
Also, I always set my newsfeed to "most recent" so that I am not just seeing the "most popular."

  • Devices don't show on iTunes 11.0.4 (OS X 10.8.4)

Recently devices stopped showing on iTunes, more specifically my iPhone 4S and iPad.
I plug them via the USB cable and they don't show on the upper right hand corner of iTunes.
I have tried reinstalling iTunes 11.0.4, restarting my computer, turning devices off then back on, and nothing has worked. The USB cables and ports are working just fine. I have searched for numerous discussions on this but none of the solutions have worked for me.
    Any ideas?

    Hi
I have the early 2011 Macbook Air (non illuminated keyboard) and know that Airplay does not work on this model (Something to do with the Graphic Card spec IMHO).  Thus to be able to use Airplay on AppleTV, etc then I have purchased the App "AirParrot" as recommended on here and in my local Apple Store.
    Hope this answers your question

  • Tv shows show up and play in itunes but only one episode makes it to ipod?

My itunes purchased tv shows show up and play in itunes. As far as my ipod, only one episode will show up under tv shows. The other episodes don't show up under movies either. Can someone please help me? Strange that 1 of the episodes will show up on ipod but no others. They were all purchased on itunes.

    Check your sync preferences.
There are now options to sync only watched / unwatched episodes, for example, which may be causing this.
    Connect the iPod.
Wait for iTunes to recognize it.
Click on the name of the iPod.
You'll see your Summary page open up in front of you.
Click on the tab for TV shows and set it how you want.
Do this for all of the other tabs concerning file types you want on your iPod.
Then, click the Apply button (lower right-hand corner)
iTunes should now update your iPod preferences, and also the files on the iPod.

  • My Podcast Only Shows a Certain Number of Episodes on the iTunes Store

    Hello,
I have 49 episodes in the itunes podcast store, but only the last 25 episodes come up.  What do I do?  It's under the Ecstasy Radio Podcast.
    Sincerely,
    Eddie Makabi

Hi rodger.. i see on these forums you seem to be the most knowledgeable around here regarding podcasts and the submission process.. im having an absolute nightmare with mine.
I use podcast maker and getting a new podcast on itunes is no problem..but I cant add new episodes to the existing podcast.. every time I try I get the message “the feed has already been submitted”
I looked through the forums and seen that changing the name of the podcast will work.. but all this does is add a new podcast.. which means Its an brand new podcast so im back to square one with no subscribers! I currently have tried several things which means I have uploaded 4 or 5 versions of the same podcast all with slightly different title names... but they are all no use to me.. I need to keep the original one has it has so many subscribers..
I simply just need to add the new episode to this.. buts its proving impossible for me.. 3 months now iv been trying with this
Im really stuck with this ..can you help mate?

  • How to transfer a TV show episode rented in iTunes 10 to Apple TV 1st Gen?

I've rented an HD pilot episode of "Lie To Me" show on my PowerBook in iTunes 10. Unfortunately, the video is very choppy (it's only a 1.5 GHz G4) and I'd like to transfer the episode to my Apple TV.
I've read about how to do it, went into the device Apple TV menu in iTunes 10, but I do not see the rented episode anywhere under any tab. Drag'n'drop obviously doesn't work either. Is it even possible to transfer a rented show from iTunes to ATV? I've done it with rented movies in the past, but never with TV shows.
I had to rent, because this show is not available for rent on ATV, only for purchase. Which I'm not interested in.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of information regarding this topic on the apple.com support pages. Nowhere does it EXPLICITLY tell us that 1st generation Apple TVs cannot show rented TV programs. One place where this could be signaled is on this troubleshooting sheet - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1359
Otherwise one could spend 3 days trying to trouble shoot this issue and resetting their Apple TV !st gen over and over without success. The only place that comes close to explaining is on the TV program download page but it only states that the product affected it Apple TV 2nd generation without having the courtesy of telling us that the 1st gen cannot play such content.
Please, please, please make it clear to the many 1st gen Apple TV owners that they cannot view rented TV programs. This will save us time and the more time we are not resetting our Apple TVs the more time we will be purchasing content on iTunes. Less frustrating for us, more money for you !!!!!

  • Just updated to itunes 12.1.0.71 - big problem - can no longer access the legacy "Get Info" where you could change multiple files, easily add artwork, add album name for TV show, and much more. In previous iTunes 12 you'd right click

Just updated to itunes 12.1.0.71 - big problem - can no longer access the legacy "Get Info" where you could change multiple files, easily add artwork, add album name for TV show, and much more. In previous iTunes 12 you'd right click and hold shift key and be able to get to it. Anyone figured this out?

The "legacy" metadata editors, for which there was a "back door" in iTunes 12.0, have gone from 12.1.  However, the revised editors in 12.1 provide access to (almost) all the metadata elements that were available in iTunes 11, albeit in a different layout and with some additional constraints based on media kind.  Some users have / will have an issue with the statement that "Get Info has been completely redesigned in iTunes 12 to focus your attention only on what’s necessary for the selected item" since that removes some metadata elements that people may have been using in creative ways.  iTunes 12.1 basically gives you access to the fields that Apple think are necessary ... .  Some of the things that have been excluded by this rule:
track and disc number fields for video media kinds
show and episode fields for music
description tab for audiobooks made up of more than one file
Obviously the first two examples can be regarded as "overloading" the metadata elements - i.e., using them in ways that the designers didn't intend - but given that some users do find valid cases for this it's a shame that they've been deprecated in the new UI.  There are couple of workarounds:
in songs view (or any of the other columnar views), you can still select any fields to display, independent of media kind, and these can be edited (though only one at a time) by double-clicking in the relevant "cell"
you can (temporarily) change the media kind of an item (or group of items) to get access to metadata elements that would otherwise be inaccessible.
It may be worth submitting an issue via https://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html - I can't see it as a huge development task to have a user preference to switch between "show all fields" and "filter fields based on media kind".
One other oddity/irritation is that some of the tabs don't, by default, show all the available fields - you need to scroll up/down to access them or to expand the window by dragging on one of its corners.  Fortunately, the latter seems to be persistent - once you've done this to make all the fields visible the editor will open at the same (larger) size when opened again.

  • Our podcast only has 15 episodes on thew itunes store.

I was wondering how to get all 74 of our episodes on our itunes store page for our podcast. Any help would be great and thank you.

Without more detail I can only offer you the usual explanation. Many podcast creation programs or online services, particularly those which create a web site at the same time, limit the number of episodes which will be show in the front page and in the feed. After a given number, older episodes are shifted to archive pages, and removed from the feed. As a result they also disappear from the Store the next time it checks the feed, and of course for new subscribers (people who have already downloaded the episodes will of course retain them).
Usually there is a way of adjusting the number of episodes before this happens, though there may be a maximum number - I believe that iWeb defaults to five, but can be adjusted to a maximum of 50. So you will need to look for a setting to change this. iTunes imposes no limit - I've seen podcasts with 300 episodes! - it's entirely a matter of your setting it up to do what you want.

My IPad 2, IPhone 3GS ans iPod  no longer work with apple TV, I have 2 apple TV in my house and for he last 3 weeks the iPod was the only one we could use for appleTV now none of them works, the apple TV icon does not show up any more. Re-started everything.

Ok thank you so much, for your timely response.
    RESPONSES:
    1)   When I set up my iMac, I did not transfer any data directly from my windows PC.  I simply used the same iTunes login and account.  I have access to all of the files via the "Purchased" section of the iTunes store.  If I click "Download Previous Purchases"  text, I can download ALL of the purchases I have ever made.
    2)   I have the Apple TV 2, so good news, question answered.  I thought maybe it was the Apple TV 1, but it is the Black model, so bam.  Good response for you.  Well the whole damned reply is an awesome response, just pointing out that one piece of awesome.  I stated that it was an Apple TV 2, and yet you were still good enough to figure I could be mistaken, and provide me with knowleedge just incase.
    QUESTIONS:
    3)   So can my iMac not stream the data directly from itunes, without download?  Apple TV can, but perhaps that is something among many things that maker it unique, and awesome.
    SERIOUSLY.... THANK YOU...
I work in the computer support section for the Military.  The only problem is we use Windows , lol.  Well that and i've been gone for nearly 6 months on recover.  I go back next month though I hope.  But working in that field gives me the abilty to judge responses that run inside the same vein.  Your response was so awesome that I half thought I might have written it myself.
