Only 30% of the screen taken on my browser?

So I like to report another problem, which is I think related to Adobe Flash Player. I will post some screens down, so you guys can see.
I tell you that I know for zooming (ctrl+scroll...). My browsers (Internet Explorer or IE) are not using the space aveliable on screen:

I reported problem about using Gameranger... I said I have no problems with Flash on Browsers... But as you can see, I have.
This might have some connections between using Gameranger... Because I remeber GR did not work since that problem with browsing occured. (The problem above)
ActuaIy I spot all this isues, when my Adobe Flash Player updated to 12 version...

The website is not centered in the middle of my screen, right side is gone and left side is white. Only in safetymode the screen is centered in the middle

Websites are dislayed in the middle of the screen. Half the website is gone on the right side. on the left side it is white. Only when i startup in safetymode the websites are displayed in the center of the screen

When going to a website the picture was small - tried changing the Zoom size , tried Zoom Reset - the text did change size but the layout distorts - found under View - Zoom - Zoom Text Only was checked --- Removed this check mark and the website returned to normal size and Zoom worked normally again. I am 99.9999% sure I did NOT check this myself and there is no one else on the computer to cause it. Maybe this will help.

Scrolling only part of the screen

I have the following problem.
1. I created a JFrame, that fills the whole screen.
2. The frame contains two JPanels.
Now for the problem:
I want the top panel to hold a JPEG that is much bigger than itself, so it should contain a JScrollPane or a JViewport, because I want it to be scrollable. It seems, that I only can change the viewport, that the image scrolls downwards. For some reason the area doesn't even react when I try to change the position of the image, so that I can view the part of it that is outside of the panel. Is there anything I can do ?
To better visualize the problem :
Do you know the computer game civilization ? The bottom part of the screen holds menues. The uppermost part is a scrollable map. I want to create something similar.

maybe you need a JSplitPane, split the frame into upper-lower two parts. The upper part holds the JScrollPane for the image panel, the lower part holds the second panel

Only colours on the screen

I dropped my phone and the front screen snapped out of place. when I pushed it back into place, the screen got messed up. now its just got lots of colours , nothing else....anyone know if its repairable?

Only tab on the screen when opening thunderbird is "Archive-email address". Cannot access inbox.

Do you not have a pane, usually down the left hand side, showing your accounts and their folders?
Make sure that View|Layout|Folder Pane is checked.

While on Macbook Pro went to line bars now will not shut down and the only thing on the screen is the line bars. Help

While on mac the screen went to line bars and now that is all that you can see. It will not shut down. Pulled battery ans left it out for 3 hours. put it back in and it is still on the line bars.

Try removing the game from your iPod and then resyncing it to see if that helps. A file may have become corrupt during the transfer process. Its worth a shot. Hope this helps.
