Only BI Administrators can receive cache seed?

Hi:
I want to seed cache to everyone, say 10 users, by iBots. So I firstly purged all caches, and then delivery a report, setting the destination as "Oracle BI Server Cache" and Recipients are the 10 users. However, after done, when looking into the cache folder, or open the cache manager, I can see only two cache. From the cache manager, I can see these two cache belongs to users who are in the BI Administrator group.
Then I purged all cache and run the iBot again for a paticular user, who is not in the BI Administrator group. No cache generated.
Is this a default setting? How to modify it?

The access for mail might be restricted by service ACL, which you can find in server admin, select your server and go to Access on the top row to the far right. There services like mail might be restricted to administrators only and of course system administrators are most likely exempt.
Turn the service access off and verify functionality with webmail for instance.

Cannot send mails via IMAP but can receive mails

Having Exchange 2010 SP2 on standalone box on W2K8R2-std sp1
We enabled IMAP and POP3 for our user base who do not have Outlook or are facing issues with active sync.
mailbox gets configured however none of mails are sent via IMAP they remain stuck in user outbox only.
They can receive mails but can't send. we tried configuring same users on Outlook and activesync and it worked.
We were surprised with some mis-configuration at IMAP end but could't get to root of it. Any idea what could be an issue????
for imap testing we tried Zimbra 7.2.3 on windows 7 pro, Windows Mail app in windows 8.1. IMAP in windows phone 8
Have enabled IMAP and pop3 logging but couldn't interpret it.

Based on my knowledge, POP3 and IMAP cannot be used to send messages.
E-mail applications that use POP3 and IMAP4 to send messages rely on the SMTP protocol to send messages.
The connector for receiving e-mail submissions from client applications that use POP3 or IMAP4 is created automatically on every Hub Transport server.
We need a Send Connector.

Learner receives error: "Only 1 lesson can be active."

A learner using Windows XP and IE 8 is receiving this error message when trying to launch a course in PeopleSoft ELM: "Only one lesson can be active. Please exit the current lesson before launching another session."
We've tried deleting her temporary internet files and clearing her cache, but that did not work.

FROM ROQFLEETCHECK B WHERE ..." might return more then one value and therefore it raise this error. What you can do, is limit
the returned value to one, using "top 1" or aggregate function (as

Have you talked to your carrier (or your friend to his)? Could be an issue at their end.

This may because the attachment is a winmail.dat file. I would recommend taking a look at the article below for more information. Note: the article is written for OS X mail, but does also apply to this situation.

It would seem the IMAP or POP side is logged in bit the out going STMP server is not.

Under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars, What do you have set for the Default Calendar? Personal?
If you don't have it set to a Cloud Calendar it will only create the entry locally. You would need to select the iCloud Calendar specifically when creating the Calendar entry to have it sync.
Otherwise set your default calendar to be the iCloud Calendar so all entries are created there by default. And as such get synced to other devices.

If you bought an unlocked iPhone then it will work with any carrier but will work only under the restrictions or requirements the carrier sets for its customers. Apple has nothing to do with that. You are describing a problem of restricted access created by the carrer. If you cannot carry out the functions you want, talk to the carrier and see what limits they are placing on you. An unlocked iPhone is fully capable of all functions the carrer allows.

I'd recommend restarting your iPhone. If you're still unable to proceed, I would recommend resetting the device.
