Only my Les Paul sparks and gets distorted at clean input

Hi everyone,
I have problem with the input levels on my M-Audio Fasttrac pro and my Gibson Les Paul (burst bucker pro pickups). Its completely impossible to play the LP through the M-Audio, and it seems like the levels on the input is too high or the pickups are too "hot". When i turn my volume knob a millimeter for 0, it starts sparkling and gets distorted, and it sounds like everything is going to crack up. This is without any plugins or filter, just my guitar through the m-audio and into my mac with Logic Express. The weird thing is, this doesn't happen with any other electric guitar I've plugged in.
Maybe this post is more guitar technical topic, but i hope someone here could give me some tips on how to adjust the input / set up the divice so that it can handle the signal and make it playable.

Gigaworks S750 - Sub powers on, but lacks bass and gets distortion

Yet another S750 problem but I don't think my issue is like the blown fuse problem already listed, although I'd guess it's something pretty serious.
The sub powers on and all the speakers work (with the exception of the sub), no problem there, but the sound is very distorted. It's intermittent though, as sometimes (seemingly at random) the sub will kick in for a second or two before dissappearing again.
Probably the amp that's died but thought I'd post here to see if there was anyone in the same boat.

Just to follow up.
Since my last post the speakers have worked fine with no issues what so ever. Until now that is, as the sub has stopped working again and I'm back to the extremely tinny distorted sound. When there is no sound/music playing the speakers produce a high frequency whine.
Any ideas what the problem could be?

I've only had my iphone 5s for a week. I keep getting an error message of "Server has stopped responding." I need the server to work. Does anyone know if there is a "fix" for the problem? Other wise, I probably best return for a refund and get a Samsung.

Unlikely. Based on the complete lack of detail of the issue provided it is entirely possible the same issue would occur.
Unless and until the user provides some actual details of the problem, there is nothing the indicate that the issue is with the iPhone.

"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done.

You're not going to be able to: you can't merge accounts or transfer iTunes purchases from one Apple ID to another: but there is no problem about using two IDs.
Use your ex-MobileMe email address (which is also an Apple ID) for iCloud for syncing email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and PhotoStream.
Use your other Apple ID as before for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match.

If Safari is crashing.. post a crash report so we can try and help...
If Safari has just crashed, press the Report button on the CrashReporter dialog box to view the crash information.
Copy/paste the entire contents of the Crash Reporter window into your reply including the, "binary images" seection.
If the crash report dialog does not appear or the crash is hard to reproduce, crash logs can be retrieved from the ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter> folder.

You can get the latest version of Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
You can trash Firefox 4.0 then re-install Firefox 3.6, it will use your existing bookmarks, passwords etc

My wife and I have been sharing the same Apple ID. We both have iPhones - she has a 5 and I've got a 4S.
We only have one copy of iTunes and we have been sharing the account. (She doesn't really use the computer for anything beyond writing the odd weekend assignment.)
Would I be better off setting her up with her own and making her as a separate user on the computer? Would this require much work?
In recent times with updates, we have a few problems with the duplication of texts and that sort of thing. Both of our texts are stored on the computer and that sort of thing. Also, sometimes texts I send her are sent through to me from her, if that makes any sense.
Anyway, I don't really want to overly complicate matters when it comes to accounts etc, but I wanted to know if a fresh Apple ID would be the best thing or even a new user?
Any tips etc would be greatly appreciated

Your question is almost too much a personal one, begging the question "do we (husband and wife) feel comfy sharing one account on the Mac"   maybe thats why nobody answered you.
It doesnt complicate anything, but it adds steps for switching accounts on the Mac/ purchases etc. of course
since your question is mostly personal, ..I wont answer THAT part of it, but creating a new account is easy.....messing with switching back and forth is also a personal preference 'issue' as well.   I prefer to keep things simple, but...........you and yours, I dont know.......

Everytime I write an email on the Apple mail app (as well as in Gmail) it recommends a bunch of emails that are not my contacts. The new version of GarageBand is only compatible with 10.9 and above.
If your Mac can run MacOS X 10.6.8, it probably can be upgraded to Yosemite, if you don't have to stick to Snowleopard for other reasons.
Is it possible to still get the older version?
Amazon or eBay are still selling iLife '11 installer disks, and you could reinstall GarageBand from these DVDs. But it will be expensive.
Have you checked your backups, if you can restore GarageBand from a backup?
OR, can I get another copy of the startup CD that came with my computer so that I can reinstall GarageBand?
Sometimes the AppleStore Support will replace missing installer CDs for a fee.

If not, you should always do so*:

You never know when a hard drive or a directory might go bad. Having a bootable clone is a must.
That link also shows you some tools you can use to recover data.
If you aren't backed up, try buying those tools first, before attempting to repair the directory.

I have also noticed all my settings won't stay set, example....I removed the check mark from "third party cookies", the when I close Firefox and reopen the check mark is back, also my tool bar has screwed up....can't reset, been having trouble the up grade.

You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.
