Only one agent does not receive call on queue

Hi team,
I have a CCx Express 7.x working properly.
There are some queue configured, but in a queue I ´m with the follow problem:
- Everybody can answer the incoming calls, but only one agent is not receiving the incoming calls via trigger;
- The agent stay in ready state, but the calling hear "Every our agents are busy";
The same agent can forward e answer the calls, if the call does not use the CCX trigger.
Can you help me please?

Hi Jean,
If the Agent belongs to CSQ\Resource group and be in Ready state, don't get calls from the Queue (Longest Available) is little surprise.
If this is the only Agent in Ready state, other Agents in this CSQ are forced to go to not_ready state, will he still not get calls?
What is the number of sessions associated with the Application and with the Route point? what is maximum count of callers to this application and Agents belonging to this CSQ ?

    Hey, so recently I've got my iphone (4) and I have updated to ios 5.0.1 the next day I got it. The problem is that my phone sometimes doesn't make phone calls, receive ones or send message( imessage and text message) properly. And when I try to call someone when my phone is acting that way and then say 'end' it just gets locked. But after waiting SO long it starts working but I never could understand the problem.   • Am I the only one who does not like the poor way labels are displayed?

    In the finder, applying a label to a file results in some file 'colors' behind the file name being squared or out-of-round on the right side. Surely there is a HIG that says there are to be 'rounded' corners?
    It just looks sloppy. I don't like it.
    Am I the only one?

    If I understand your complaint correctly, what you are talking about is just that the window isn't large enough to show the right side end of the color. Try scrolling the window horizontally until the right edge is in view & I think you will see that both ends are rounded.

  • One person does not receive my texts

    Beginning a week ago, one of my friends cannot receive any of my texts. We can both call each other, it works fine. He can send me a text and I do receive it. If I attempt sending him a text it looks like it went through but he never receives it. I have tried 1) Deleting his contact and texting by typing in the number, 2) Adding a 1 in front of his number to be a full 10 digits, 3) removing the 1 and just texting his 9 digits, 4) deleting all previous thread conversations with him 5) Re-adding him as a contact, 6) reviewed my account, no blocking is on, 7) reviewed his online account with Tmobile, no blocking is on 8) Called Verizon tech support, they said it must be his phone that can't receive texts but he can get other peoples text 9) Deleted and uninstalled the 3rd party messaging service "TextNow" app that had installed 10) Factory re-set my phone. NOTHING works. This is not acceptable. I'm not going to continue using a phone that won't allow me to text one person. He can get other people's texts and I've seen his online account, there are no blocks on me. Please advise what I need to fix this. I already talked to VZ Tech Support, they had ZERO suggestions except to say "it must be his phone because if you couldn't send texts then you wouldn't be able to send them to anyone". By the way, I've now reinstalled the TextNow app (a third party messaging service) and they allow me to text his phone. If this continues with Verizon without a resolution, I can't remain a customer.

With text messaging constantly growing in popularity, reliability needs to be at the forefront of its delivery. I'm eager to get this taken care of for you. May I ask do both you and your friend have Verizon Wireless? What make and model are the phones being used? As an entry level troubleshooting step, I would suggest deleted the text conversation, reboot both phones, and retest. Let me know if more help is needed.

  • Iphone 4 does not receive calls after iOS 6 update

    Hi
    can anyone help me?
    Since the iOS 6 update my wife's phone has not been working properly, every so often calls are diverted to answer phone and only register to advise of a missed call,  I have tried the following:
    restarted the phone, taken the sim card out and then back in again, reset the settings and logged in to a different apple ID.  The only thing I haven't done is to restore back to factory settings and start again.
    Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to correct it.

    Well, i don't see an another solution possible; you should try again and again to restore. Btw, my phone seemed to operate strange (even the stock mail app began to crash) so i tried hard reset (home button + sleep/wake button until seeing the apple logo). After that i found my phone again in dfu mode this night so began restoring again now.
    It seems that apple didn't tested ios6 enough with the 3GS. I have a 32 GB phone so this will be near 60 gb download from the icloud over my broadband connection.

    How to test the form:
    Open the form.
    Click on the yellow button to add new Task.
    The problem is with Additional Product fields ( in blue). You can add as many of them as you want by clicking on the Red button with the +. Add some data and uploade in database. When you download it from the database, data will come back fine for all of them, except for the first one.

    The code is behind the Red button with the +. Very  simple. Perhaps is the indexing issue with the database. I do not know enough about it, to be able to send any suggestion to the DB guy.
    According to the DB guy, data uploades without issue. It is the blank field when the form with data is downoloaded.

    Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple Logo.  If you are still not able to connect try resetting your network settings. Go into your settings>general>reset then tap reset network settings.  If both fail to fix your problem try restarting your router.

  • Oilpaint filter the only one that does not have .pbk file

    hello,
    i just learned about pixel bender and installed it in photo shop. i also copied the "pixel bender files" folder into plugins/effects directory for after effects to try them out there.
    i really liked playing with the OILPAINT filter in photoshop, but when i looked for it in AE i realized something weird... there is no .pbk file for OILPAINT like there is for all the other filters. - so, it doesn't seem i can use it in ae...
    does anybody know why this is? or how to work around it?

    The oilpaint filter is currently proprietary to Adobe which is why there's no PBK file for it. If you'd like to see it in After Effects you can make a request on the AE forums.

    Both the Verizon and Sprint iPhones, when the GSM side of the phones is unlocked, have been having issues with texting (SMS). If you search through here you will find a fairly large thread stating the problems with the Verizon model in Russia. I do not know if anyone ever found a solution. If voice and data are working on his iPhone then the GSM side is unlocked but he will probably have to work with his carrier to find a solution.

  • Phone does not receive incoming calls

    Please help.  Verizon can't seem to.  My phone does not receive 90% of its incoming calls or messages.  I have been told to delete all of my messages and call logs- no use.  I have tried removing the battery and resetting the phone.  I did make sure the phone was not in "do not disturb" mood- it is not.  People who call me say that it doesn't ring, just goes straight to voice mail even though the phone is on.  Very frustrating problem as my 6 year old phone before seemed to give me better service.  I feel like a child who is only allowed to make outgoing calls!  Please help.  All suggestions are welcome.  Thank you.

    Check the Call Forwarding section. There are two options to select. One says Forward All Calls and the other says Forward Unanswered Calls. Make sure Forward All Calls is not selected. That would cause all calls to go to the number specified which may be your voicemail. To get there from the home screen click the Phone icon > push the option button (left of the trackball) > click options > click Call Forwarding.

    Within Contacts, tap Groups at top left. Make sure all contact groups are checked to show, then tap "Done" at top right.
