Only one site won't connect!

I started a thread here about connection issues I am having to one site in particular:

I have narrowed the issue down to the router. I can access the site with my cable modem plugged in directly to my Macbook.
When accessing from my airport extreme router, however, I cannot connect to the site. The correct IP shows up with nslookup but there is no response when I ping the site.
What router setting could cause this? It's not a DNS or connection issued proved by the fact that nslookup gives the correct IP and I can access the site fine when I am wired.
To complicate things even further I was able to access the site wirelessley for about 1 min after I reset both my modem and router!

A few months back, my cable internet provider changed their system. When they did this, I lost access to only my business office. I found that I could access it if I plugged my MacBook to my cable modem but not if I used my Airport. Now here's the weird part...
No matter if I reset, hard reset or anything, I could not get it to work. I ended up using an old Airport Express, which did get to my office website. Since the Express signal was weak, I used my Extreme to extend my wifi to my desk in my house. When I called Apple to report the problem, they asked me to try the Airport Extreme again..and it worked! I also had an old Airport that couldn't connect and only after I set it up to extend my wifi area, did a hard reset and then reset it as my main wifi router did it work to get to my office.
Last month, my my internet provider was bought out. When the new provider gave me service, I lost access to my business office again. This time my old Airport (saucer) worked, but my Airport Extreme did not. Apple changed the Airport Utility and I could not longer set up the Airport Extreme to extend my Airport wifi network. I plugged my Extreme into my old airport using ethernet and set it up again to extend the wifi this way. Once again, after a hard reset I then plugged my Airport Extreme back into my modem and set it up as the main router and it is now again working. I've asked Apple and they cannot give me an answer. I don't know if this will help you and I don't know why it works, but if anyone can tell me I'd love to know. I have a partner who has an Airport that is having the same problem but he cannot even find our office with his iMac plugged directly into the modem. I have heard that there is something about the way Apple sets up it's internet protocol that makes it not want to change a pathway, even when that pathway no longer exists. I don't know why a hard reset doesn't fix this, but apparently it doesn't.

Why is my computer the only one that won't connect to our network?

I took my computer to a friends house for a few days and had no problems connecting to their Internet network. When I got home I tried to get on the Internet and it wouldn't work. The WebSheet that appears when you join a captive network should eventually load the web site. However, if <https://1.1.1.1/> uses a self-signed certificate (or any certificate that can't be validated), there is a known issue that prevents WebSheet from loading the page.
To get around this, launch Safari and navigate to any web site. You should be redirected to <https://1.1.1.1/> again, at which point you can accept the self-signed certificate, authenticate, and then connect to the captive network.

Search is not working for only one site collection

I have one issue where users are searching something on a site collection nothing is coming out. Search is working on web application level but not in only one site collection.

Mavericks, only one site show question mark instead of images

Hi,
Updated to Mavericks, only one site show question mark instead of images. Tried safari, chrome and firefox all of them have same problem of showing images of this site. Tried reset, empty cachs, cookies, did not work. Any one have a clue to solve this? Thx.

List article in only one site

Hi gurus,
Can somone advise or suggest us in defining a new one or a standard sap listing procedure where it should be listed to only one specific site.
example article X in article master should be listed only in one site b001 upon executing listing procedure in MM42.

Thanks for the reply, Actually our requirement is when we are in MM41 creation of article and user clicks the button EXECUTE LISTING, system should list the given article in only one site.
I have created a local assortment and maintained the site in assortment user, now when i execute listing in mm41, system is listing article in each site we have.
If this information is enough or please advise me if you need more information.
The listing procedures i have tried was B1 and maintained same in site master data and assortment.
We want to achieve this in single t-code while creating the article?

Yes, this issue has occurred right from the beginning when we started using Release Management.
Could you please clarify what you mean by "do you have any setting on your TFS"? As far as I know, our TFS installation is a straightforward and normal one.
Our TFS version is TFS 2013.
The steps to reproduce (in the simplest scenario) are as follows:
Create a new project in Visual Studio 2013, containing one PowerShell script file. In the script file, perform a simple command such as "New-Item E:\Temp3 -itemtype directory -force".
Perform a successful build of the project, making sure that the script file is copied to the drop folder.
Create a vNext Component in the Release Management Client, that refers to the directory in the drop folder that contains the script file.
Create a new vNext Release Template in the Release Management Client, containing one "Deploying using PS/DSC" action. In that action, set the PSScriptPath to the script file we created.
Perform a new Release using the Release Template we just created. The Deploy action will take a long time, even though the script itself takes less than a second to run.
Please let me know if you need any more information.

Deauthorizing all is definitely the way to go. You will just need to authorize your computer again after, as well as your husband's.

Can't Find Server at... error -- only one site, works from non-Macs fine

Greetings:
I have been getting a "Can't Find Server at www.teocommunications.com" error in Firefox for over a month now. I thought initially that it was a problem with the DNS entries and maybe the record had not proliferated though the DNS servers of my ISP or something of that nature. This is not the case.
I have tried to bring my site up in Safari and it yields the same result.
Did an nslookup, and everything resolves fine. Every once in awhile the site comes up on my Mac, but most of the time it gives the error. At all times, if you try to go to it from a Windows machine or my smart phone it works fine 100% if the time. My wife's Windows Vista machine with Firefox brings it up fine 100% of the time (she is on the very same network). I can get it to work for some reason if I totally reboot the Mac or reset the router (but the router is obviously not the problem)... it has to be something in the Mac OS (10.6 and 10.5) that is going on. I have eliminated all other possible problems. Curiously enough, it seems to also be a Leopard (not just Snow Leopard) issue... I can reproduce the error at my school (which is on a totally different network than my home) on the Mac Pro Intels they have which are still on Leopard.
I am on the latest version of Snow Leopard on a brand new Mac Mini.
This problem is only with my site (that I know of) but again it happens ONLY on Macs with Leopard or Snow Leopard. I am very annoyed by this problem and because it is my professional work site, it is imperative that I find the solution and soon.
Hope someone can help.
APPLE, please look into possible configuration or DNS issues in Leopard/Snow Leopard, as before I posted here, I did try several 'fixes' for issues like this for Firefox before I noticed that Safari was getting the same issue and ANY OTHER PLATFORM sees my page just fine!

It sometimes works from my Mac as well. I can get it to load if I reboot the Mac and then in a few reloads it is back to the same error.
I did try openDNS as well and it did not still load. I can pretty much guarantee that it is not the DNS records, it is something going on between my Mac (or the Pros at school). Other sites from my same host work fine, my domain is setup exactly the same. They do use ISPConfig... and it could be something with that program, but I can not seem to confirm any problems there.
I reset my router and the site is currently loading again on my Mac, but I can tell you it will be throwing the error in the very near future because that is one fix that worked before and it worked exactly two loads when I switched to a different wireless access point that is not my router.
SO, the fact that it loads one to up to twenty times on someone's Mac is not enough to reproduce the problem. It takes several reloads and then the problem magically re-appears. This is why the fact that it is working right now on my machine is not good enough to call it fixed.
Try to reload my site several times and see if it gives you the error.
I have (as I stated) tried a lot of what is being suggested here and re-tried it, but nothing fixes it for very long
I appreciate the help and hopefully we can figure out why the situation exists.

1. modifying settings in Firefox (although it does not matter what browser I use,the result is always the same)
2. resetting the router and DSL modem
3. modifying the /etc/hosts file on my Mac
4. dscacheutil -flushcache
5. using openDNS instead of my ISP (which is AT&T)
6. removing the DNS settings and using the router settings
7. turning off airport and back on after 30 seconds
8. renewing my DHCP clients
9. Signning onto a different wireless access point (which is actually a new ISP that I am going with and so they are a totally different network and subnet).. they are setup all over town with wireless access. -- pretty cool actually.
None of this seems to fix the problem loading only my site. Since I do have access to the hosting provider (I work with them)... I have done some things on the hosting side too. All to no avail.

Auto loading of username and password are taking place on one site and only one site and I do not want this to happen but can"t get it to stop.

As my question states I don't want auto loading on any site and it only happens on this one site. I have went thru tools and options and there are no sites listed for auto loading. There are no saved passwords. If I go to the site using Internet explorer the problem does not occur.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove your live.com cookies (save any pending work first) using either of these. While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Posting only one site

I'd like to post only one of my sites using Iweb. When I publish to a folder, Iweb automatically publishes all my sites to the folder. How do I publish to a folder with just one site.

Easily done.
Just separate your sites into individual Domain files, and you can edit and publish them one at a time.
You can do this manually using a folder structure by following these directions, or you can download, for free, iWebsites, a handy little application which can automate the process for you.
If you encounter difficulties, post back and we'll help you out.

why is it that I can only connect one device at a time through my airport extreme? Is this a WEP vs WPA issue? Help!

No I purchased them all from itunes store. When I move them over to transfer, only one will transfer and the others go back to the other side.

You will need to replace the AirPort Express with another wireless router that has a built-in Ethernet switch ... like the AirPort Extreme.

IPad - only one site with "Apple Configuration"
