Only Show Albums in Grid?

Is there a way to make iTunes only show albums that have album art in grid mode.
When on my iPhone when I turn it it only shows the ones with art why can't iTunes do this?

I have to agree with you ZS. It seems quite a disappointment not having the ability to scroll through the albums in grid view, especially when you have hundreds of albums. Deleting music from the iPad has become a bit of a pain in the butt as well. Hopefully the next update will fix this oversight. Tough on the wrists scrolling through with list view only. Not only that but much more visually appealing with grid view.

For the last 2 (maybe 3) updates iTunes has been showing my MUSIC LIBARY in a GRID of IMAGES with small caption below each image (usually an empty grey box, but occasionally tje front cover of album). It is a BIG waste of time to look at, go through and find any of my many hundreds of items.

Sure it's ALPHABETICAL (in an arbitrary fashion), but do they REALLY expect me to "REMEMBER" - or already know my choice - of what I am" looking for"?? Come on! I open iTunes, SEARCH through my (where'd it GO?) list and choose something that feels right for the moment. Most people do.
This IMAGE GRID just throws unnecessary obstruction into the experience and takes massive amounts of time to arrive at a selection (especially if it is not one of my first 40 albums (less than 10% of my libary). I want it gone - and a simple LIST VIEW back. ANY help VASTLY appreciated.

Only when i go to a different browser (like IE) after i clear it , then all that shows up is the pages i visited in IE , that is what bugs me , why is IE browsing history sowing up in Firefox ??
Basically , i can clear the history in Firefox , and then for a example , go to Craigslist , using IE7 (launching it from a complete different Icon , in other words at that time i never open Firefox) , then after closing out , or even leaving open as it does not seem to matter , i go into Firefox , and hit History , and there is every place i visited in IE7 , on my History in Firefox

How do I add a photo album so that it can be used on apple tv share on tv. It only shows albums that were on when we setup the apple TV ?

I have been trying to add additional picture albums to my apple TV menu so that we can view then on our TV but not sure how to do that as when I turn on the Apple Tv control the album I thought I added doesn't show up. You can use the shift key to select all of the songs on the album and then drag and drop them onto your iPod. Rerfer to this thread for instructions on how to view the side bar.

Problems with fluid grid layout live site only showing phone view in Chrome and Firefox Feb 2015

Hi all,
I have done a complex fluid grid layout using DW 2014 CC. The site has now gone live on the web masters server setup.
Up until now the layout of the site has been working fine and responding to screen size.
Early this morning in the USA the site stopped working. The layout for some users, not all, is only showing the phone view, and takes a long time to load.
This is happening in Chrome and Firefox, but IE is displaying the site properly.
So it looks like the CSS media queries are not working on all browsers.
I am using BC for the test site, and one user having this problem can see that version of the site OK.
I noticed that Chrome has done some updates recently Chrome Releases
Has anyone else come across this problem with Chrome and Firefox with their responsive layouts?

Yes, thanks for this link. The Travel Health Website is one of ours, hosted on BC, and no reported problems so far. We also have another large BC website with ga code in it and users are not reporting problems with it. The Headless Way
However the problem website is hosted elsewhere on a different platform to BC. We have been developing it for three months now, and no problems so far until yesterday. The problem of the site taking ages to load, and timing out seems to be happening with about 10% of users in the USA. http://www.harrisonassessments.com/
The web developer found a user in NZ who was experiencing the slow display problem. They looked at the site with Chrome, Firefox and IE. The site would only display on IE. When the developer removed the google analytics code, the site displayed fine on all browsers for the NZ user. We are waiting for users in the USA to wake up and test the site.
So the problem definitely is related to the ga code and the responsive layout that was done by me in DW2014.1 fluid grid layout. So the related problem of DW2014.1 not being able to load htm files with ga code in them looks to be a good clue to what is going on here.
As there was a bug report for DW2014.1 and google analytics code made in the other thread, I would be interested to know if that was ever solved.
It is interesting that you are pushing Bootstrap and Foundation on me. (Big square websites here I come! lol)
I wonder if DW is going to persist with fluid grid layout then? I certainly hope so, as I have spent 12 months blood sweat and tears learning how to do it in DW.

In ios 6 I could choose an artist on the music app and see all his albums in a list. Now, with ios 7, it shows all the songs from every album, making it EXTREMELY hard to see all the albums. Is there a way to minimize this view and see only the albums?

Now, in ios 7, when I choose an artist, it shows me every song underneath every album, making it impossible to see al the albums at once! Is there anyway to minimize this view so I could see only the albums' titles as a list?

This is all about the experience and accessibility. I don't even mind if the new desing is beautiful or not, but if I find myself, like you, avoiding looking for my music, my experience becomes frustrating. I have about 35 albums of a single artist and I used to love going over them and choose the right thing for me, especially being on the road a lot, and now I have to think twice about even entering his name.
I really hope Apple will take those kind of things into consideration when they issue updates for ios 7, and maybe also give us back the goole search which was embeded into the spotlight search (which is really not that big of a request).

Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

It sounds like the iPod isn't restoring correctly. Try putting the it into Disk Mode manually and then restoring the iPod again as described in the article linked below.

Reset the device by pressing the Sleep and Home buttons simultaneously until the display shows the Apple logo. This should take about eight seconds.

The large text size makes your post almost impossible to read.
Excessive use of bold or capitals (also) makes posts difficult to read.
You can drag most of the column headings left or right, or right-click on the header to turn columns on or off.
Once you've used File > Display Duplicates or Shift > File > Display Exact Duplicates you can use File > Display All or the Display All button at the bottom of the list to restore the display.

[Mobile] Filter to Show only FULL Albums in Your Music

Upon first seeing the new updated I had assumed that the saved songs will show individually saved tracks, and the saved albums would show full saved albums. So I right away imported my starred list into "songs," and all my album playlists into "albums." Much to my dismay, ALL of my saved tracks showed up in the albums area, making it nearly impossible to actually find the albums I had saved as full albums.
Please enable a sort function to show only full albums in the albums tab. If that doesn't become possible, it kind of makes the entire overhaul of the saving experience pretty useless.

I totally agree that this needs to be addressed. I posted this below the other day only to see others have the same issues.
This is proberbly something spotify will have to address but I was wondering if anyone knows a way to only show FULL (Complete) albums in the album section. This is the only thing I have found that isnt quite right with spotify. It should keep individual songs in the song section and entire albums in the album section. At the moment my albums section shows up with singles from albums and partial albums which makes it very mesy. I know you can make folders and drag the albums into playlist but I think this is something that should automatically happen with the albums section because it makes more sence.
If someone could help out that would be great
