Only some of my edited info gets published, and not others?!?!

I built a website for my mom on iweb about 8 months ago. I make changes to it monthly and have no problem publishing the changes.
However; today I made some changes to the site on iweb today, and the changes I made to the contact page, and product pictures page. But the changes I made on my home page and about us page will not publish no matter how many times I do it. Its so frustrating, the only changes I made was to the words, deleted some words, added some new ones, made some spaces between lines and they just wont stick.
I save it, then publish it to a folder, then I use CuteFTP Mac to publish, which I've never had a problem with.
PLEASE HELP, I am getting paid to publish these changes and I cant seem to do it!

Hi,
my guess is that the changes get published but you don't see them.
If a change doesn't display to you in the browser after you published and uploaded it mostly is because the old version of the page is cached (memorized) by your browser. Thus simply emptying the cache of the browser (Open Safari, choose Safari from the menu and go to Empty Cache) and reloading the page should display the changes.

Why is my laptop only connecting to the base station at home and not other wireless networks?

I can't connect to public wireless networks. I connect to my work wireless through 802.1X connection, but in other places my wifi just looks for the base station, and doesn't pickup available public guest networks. Any assistance is appreciated!

Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Take all the applicable steps in this support article.

If you're running OS X 10.8.4 or later, run Wireless Diagnostics and take the remedial steps suggested in the summary that appears, if any. The program also generates a large file of information about your system, which would be used by Apple Engineering in case of a support incident. Don't post the contents here.

If you're not using a wireless keyboard or trackpad, disable Bluetooth by selecting Turn Bluetooth Off from the menu with the Bluetooth icon. If you don't have that menu, open the Bluetooth preference pane in System Preferences and check the box marked Show Bluetooth in menu bar. Test. Continue if you find that Wi-Fi is faster with Bluetooth disabled.
From that same menu, select Open Bluetooth Preferences. If the box labeled Discoverable is checked, uncheck it. Click the Advanced button, and in the sheet that opens, uncheck the top three boxes, if any are checked. Click OK. Enable Bluetooth and test again.
If the application called "Bluetooth Setup Assistant" is running, quit it.

Why will iMovie allow editing of some songs and not others?

I've downloaded a number of songs directly from iTunes onto my ipad2. Why can I edit one song I downloaded and not others in I movie? I don't get it. These songs are from the same album, so if its a copyright issue what's the deal? Help me please!

If just some of the tracks on the album are giving you that message, that suggests that those tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.

Excel Connection Manager input only getting SALES$ and NOT SALES

I am creating a SSIS package to import a Excel file to SQL server and create a table.
On Excel connection manager once I've selected the Excel file, on the bottom Name of the Excel sheet I am getting SALES$ and NOT SALES.
Could anybody advise?
To add I am getting error.
[Excel Source [1]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER. The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Excel Connection Manager 1" failed with error code 0xC00F9304. There may be error
messages posted before this with more information on why the AcquireConnection method call failed.

Delete the existing excel connection and create a new one to get rid of your error. You should be able to see the second sheet in the dropdown

Ichat video works with some people and not others

Can someone help me? I can video Ichat with some people and not others. HOwever, if the people I can video ichat with put me in a three way chat with someone I can't Icaht video with, it works. Here is the first half of the error I get when I try to call someone with whom it doesn't work:

I found the following comment the other day that goes some way to explaining why iChat might have problems with some NAT routers:

While it doesn't offer any solutions it might be worth firing off some iChat feedback to Apple referencing it. It seems like it might be a trivial bug for Apple to fix and could well alleviate many of the problems people are having.
In the mean time if your router is one that has SIP ALG you could try disabling it and forwarding all relevant ports to your machine.

You can try dragging the site icon of this page on the left edge of the location (Address) bar and release it on the desktop. Please try opening it. One of the websites that doesn't load is google.com! It loads some of the page, just some menu items at the top of the page. Then, it hangs and remains in the Loading state (with the spinning wheel and "Loading" in the tab) indefinitely.
The problem started after 3.6.11 was installed. I'm on Mac OS 10.6.4.
I would be happy if you just showed me where I can download 3.6.10. Also, is there anything special I have to do if installing an older version?

I ended up going into the clear history settings and setting it to clear history when Firefox closes and chosing it to clear history and cooking and browsing history when Firefox closes. Now the links work fine and the last page I was looking at before I closed Firefox is no longer there when it opens again. Problem solved!

I would like to float a landing page to capture email addresses, that is only shown once per visitor to the site, and not on return visits OR after they submit their email not to be asked again.

Thanks a lot for the advice.
Actually I added user names to the apex_access_control table and assigned each user the desired privilege but did not notice that I should do the following setting.
*Access Control Administration > [RUN] > Set Application Mode: Restricted access.*

Try deleting the photo cache from your computer and then re-try the photo sync and see if they then copy over - the location of the cache, and how to delete it, is on this page http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1314
