I traveled to Europe a few weeks ago and when I got back "Here" stopped working. I uninstalled it and went to reinstall it but it only shows me the Europeon version.
Rebooted phone...several times
My phone's region setting is set to USA
Installed it from the Nokia site but it still doesnt display maps...
My favs. show up and even look spacially correct...but no underlyng map data
I removed and reinstalled the maps...still no
My theory is that the app is ignoring my region...or my phone is.
Did you just reinstall the here maps app or the map data?
If you have not downloaded the map data for US yet, you can download it by going to Settings->swipe left to applications->maps->click download maps button. The US map is about 2.5GB - 3GB, it may take a while to download the complete map.

I have been unsuccessful merging serval pdf files into one file. I select the Sidebar for both pdfs, then drag one pdf on top of the other and Save the Version. When I open the file I think I have saved, it shows only the original pdf. Advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been struggling with this for a few days now.
i have pc where no outlook is installed, where i installed the MAPI CDO Runtime may update (version 6.5.8320.0). i checked in the registry that the default mail provider was set to exchangemapi (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail) .. it is.
I downloaded the lastest version of mfcmapi, which i believe was the version of december 2013
but i can't seem to create a profile for office 365 in it. I followed http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dvespa/archive/2013/05/21/how-to-mfcmapi-create-mapi-profile-exchange-2013.aspx and then i changed the properties to what was proposed here http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dvespa/archive/2013/07/15/create-profile-connect-mfcmapi-to-office-365.aspx
That did not work, i keep getting an error one ore more properties are invalid when i try to use that created profile to connect to office 365 (from within mfcmapi).
I also changed some of those proposed values to what autodiscover was telling me like setting PR_PROFILE_RPC_AUTH_PACKAGE to RPC_C_AUTHN_ANONYMOUS which should be the value $8000F001 instead of RPC_C_AUTH_NONE (at least i think so)
I builded a simple program to encrypt my password using CryptProtectData and entered the value using mfcmapi in PR_PROFILE_AUTH_PASSWORD as was suggested in the last page.
but nothing seems to work, i keep getting wrong configured errors and i'm totally clueless atm. This is supposed to work right on a pc where outlook is not installed ?
I also tried this on another pc where outlook 2010 is installed and i am able to create the profile there and connect without a problem given that i enter the logon credentials once and let them be remember (they get stored / cached in the windows key store,
like when using CREDWRITE function) from then on i can connect without a problem.
also when calling configuremsgservice on the EMS service i created for a new profile in mfcmapi and let the UI show i can see on the pc where outlook is installed in the UI options to enter proxy information however when i do the same thing on the pc
where only the mapi cdo runtime is installed i do not see any UI option to configure the proxy server information ... is this normal ?
Hopefully someone can shed some light on what i'm doing wrong or might be wrong.

What to do now when my iPad won't turn on after I turn it off. It shows only the apple logo. I am sure it has above 70% charge as when I sync my iPad it shows necessary detail in iTunes. I have tried, HOME & POWER button, but did not work.
First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...

Index an array of images only the last image shows
Hi everyone,
I try to index an array of images and all but the last element give me the error: "not an image."
Here is a picture of the vi. The first for loop loads the images and stores them in an auto indexed tunnel. Every diagnostic I ran on this loop showed everything is fine. The second for loop should display the sequence of image stored in the auto indexed tunnel, but it does not. Instead I have the error message that elements 0 to n-1 are not images, and only the last image is displayed.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm guessing you're referring to the perceived speed of displaying the images one after the other so you don't have to wait for the next image to be read which is why you pre-load all the images. Otherwise, the overall speed should be the same whether you use one loop or two. Actually, to be technically accurate, the two loop version will likely be a little slower overall since LabVIEW has to allocate more memory to store all the images, while in the one loop version it is only ever dealing with one image. If the images are large then you might actually run into a memory issue with the two-loop version (arrays need contiguous memory). Just something to keep in mind and to be careful about.

inbuilt isight camera is detected in system profiler but no image is being detected only a black screen shows up. I have tried all of the troubleshooting instructions and it still wont work. The iMac im using is OS X 10.6 and was an ex-floor model
Hi,
I would try a Safe Boot first. (This will take longer than a normal Boot and you will need to Restart afterwards).
If it were an older OS I would also suggest going to System Preferences > Displays and making sure the display is set to Millions. (My MacBook Pro does not have this option in Snow Leopard so I did presume Snow Leopard does not have it).
With some laptops there have been some issues with the cable up the back of the screen pulling loose with regular and frequent use of the lid, but this will not apply to you based on your specs. (it does take time to appear and is also somewhat rare). However it seems enough contact with the camera can make it appear in System Profiler and power it on but not give a pic.
If a Safe Boot does not work I would also try a PRAM reset.
Shut down the computer.
Restart it holding down Apple/CMD (or ⌘)+ALT( ⌥)+P+R Keys until you have heard three Start Up Bongs.
This is actually "less" destructive in that it clears less memory items than Safe Boot but they are different enough to warrant trying.
Do you have an older version of iGlasses installed ?
The one for Leopard does not work for Snow Leopard.
Do you have Web Browser open ?
This may point to Google Video Chat Plug-in and Flash Conflict. It would be rare to allow another app to access the camera even if not displayiong a Pic.
(Chrome Installs the Plug-in as does the standalone download).
Knowing what "any application" exactly you are trying might help us pin it down.
Any additional downloaded apps that can use the camera ?
Do you happen to have something balck in front of the camera ?

Please check your Firefox Installation's version. (can be found by clicking the main menu, either clicking or hovering over the help button, and then clicking about firefox in the sub menu). depending on how long ago you set up sync you may still be using the older sync version. firefox 29 introduced a new (and might i add far less tedious) sync version. see [[How to update to the new Firefox Sync|this Mozilla support article]] for information on upgrading your sync to the new version.

I'm trying to print multiples of the same image on one paper. I tried to change the layout to 9 per page, but it's only showing up and printing one per page, though it is the size i would like. But only one image is showing up as opposed to 9. HELP!!Version 7.0 (826.4)

If you have sent a test print via ePrint, and experience this issue, i would call the Cloud Services department.
If ePrint works fine, it is definitely a Google Cloud Print issue.

I have 10.9.5 on an iMac 27 and a macbook pro 17 both having ARD Admin 3.7.2 but only the iMac showed the 3.8.2 update available. I downloaded that one before everything and it allowed me to update clients to 3.8.2 but after discovering that my Macbook didn't get the update offer, I looked at my version on the iMac and it still shows 3.7.2 yet when I select targets to upgrade client software it offers the option to upgrade them to 3.8.2 from my version indicating 3.7.2?
Try to restart your computer, then restart your phone and try again. Let me know the results.

I just uploaded my new podcast, "The Circus Life Podcast" to iTunes via Libsyn. The master artwork for the show itself is not showing up in the store, only the library in the podcast app once you have subscribed. Me and my partner can't for the life of us figure out what to do. The RSS feed was submitted and approved over a week ago and still the artwork isn't show. Can anyone help?

Below are specs from Apple for artwork. They don't mention the 500kb limit - but it seems at least for .jpg images - any we have seen issues with that meet all the other requirement are over 500 kb - and lowering the file size was able to get them working.
But per CMYK - that definitely will not work on the iTunes store. Change your artwork to RGB - get the file size down below 500kb - and reupload to libsyn - with a new file name and your artwork should show up in 1 to 5 days.

This tag specifies the artwork for your podcast. Put the URL to the image in the href attribute. iTunes prefers square .jpg images that are at least 1400x1400 pixels, which is different from what is specified for the standard RSS image tag. In order for a podcast to be eligible for an iTunes Store feature, the accompanying image must be at least 1400x1400 pixels.
iTunes supports images in JPEG and PNG formats with an RGB color space (CMYK is not supported). The URL must end in ".jpg" or ".png". If the <itunes:image> tag is not present, iTunes will use the contents of the RSS image tag.
If you change your podcast’s image, also change the file’s name. iTunes may not change the image if it checks your feed and the image URL is the same. The server hosting your cover art image must allow HTTP head requests for iTS to be able to automatically update your cover art.
Spend some time developing an attractive, original image that represents your podcast well. Potential subscribers will see it on your podcast’s page and a much smaller version of the image in search results and feature placements. Make sure your design is effective in both sizes.
The <itunes:image> tag is also supported at the episode level. For best results, we recommend using the <itunes:image> tag at the item level as well as embedding the same art within the media file’s metadata. To embed art within an individual episode’s metadata using iTunes, select the episode and choose Get Info from the File menu. Click the Artwork tab. Then click Add, navigate to and select the image file, and click Choose. -
Photoshop CS5 - only the tools show?
I have installed Photoshop CS5 and when I open the programme only the tools show - there is a gap in the middle where I can see my screen saver or another programme through? I also can't open via Lightroom (even though Photoshop is an option for editing via Lightroom)

For iOS the ipad version shows the folio that has been published, but the iPhone app is not.
I am responsible for handling the apps and not at all involved with or know how the folio creation process works.

HT4527 Home Sharing Playlists? I exported but only the titles show up. not the songs.
Using Home Sharing, I was able to access all my music on a 2nd PC.
Using the File > Library > Export Library function, I was able to transfer my playlists too but only the playlist titles show up; no songs shown.
I know the correct files are being shared as O can play them from the main music menu on the new computer.
Both computers are PC and both have the current version of iTunes (11.1.5.5)
Any ideas? I have tried both exporting playlists individually and exporting my library as a whole. In both cases the playlist names show up on the new computer but there are 0 songs shown.

JeffI had this problem today and posted a fix that helped me earlier today.
Try turning off home sharing on both computers and then logging out of itunes on both. Log back into itunes and turn home sharing back on. This fixed my problem. Of course this assumes all other settings are correct. Like I said i posted a step by step fix for this earlier today around 3 o'clock. good luck.
