Only Trial versions available after I paid for this! So annoying!

Title says it all. I pay you money, you screw me over.
I can't download the real versions, just trials.
Creative Cloud app just says "try" on most, "download" on everything that no one needs like gaming SDK...

All my other Team Members can download...this is crazy.

Hi, I have logged in to admin console on CC for teams. One user have also added, and no we try to get application downloads to run. However, there is only 30 days trial versions available of most of the applications. How to get full versions, which belongs to our licence?

sign out (from the task bar) and then back in to your cc desktop app and retry.
if that fails,quit the app (from the task bar) and relaunch, retry.
if that fails: remove the OPM.db file and relogin into the cc desktop application using the Adobe ID tied to your subscription.
Mac OS: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
Windows: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder. To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

CC package built & deployed but only trial versions available

I am trying to build and deploy CC packages for 4 members of a team, I have built & deployed 1 package but the apps are trial versions, first thing i want to do is change trial versions to the full versions we are paying for.
Forgive me but i need a really basic step by step "how to", i am a photographer not an IT specialist.

If you have created package using "Serial number workflow" then you can fix it by creating "License file" using Creative Cloud Packager.

Trial version froze after working well for 2 days, now will not open

Two days into my trial version PP froze, so I shut it down. Now when I click on the icon to reopen nothing happens. I tried re-downloading it and that didn't work either. Before it froze it seem to be working quite well. Any ideas?

Flash CC shows that my trial has ended after I paid for it.

Hi guys. I used Flash CC for a trial period and then yesterday I paid Adobe (got annual subscription). When I tried to open the Flash CC It still showed that the trial period has ended. I reinstalled the whole programm and still - it showed that the trial has ended.
How can I get it to work?

Captivate File Created with Trial Will Not Open in Paid for Captivate

I have a file created by Trial version of captivate. It was created in a different computer. Now, I have to make some modification in the file. However, when I tried to open it with Captivate 5.5, I got the error shown below. I am not able to use the popular solution provided in this link Click here to view because the file was not created in my computer. I believe that there is a lock on the file since it was created with Trial version of captivate. Is it possible that I send the file to a representative, and they look into it?

Was the file created with the same version? You talk about 'trial', but the only trial version available at this moment is Captivate 8. You were never able to open a Captivate project in a previous version, that explains why you cannot open it in 5.5.

Opened elements told me to sign in tells its trial version but i paid for this program on 2/1/14

I paid for and downloaded elements 12 and never had an issue with it until yesterday when I opened it. It instructed me to sign in with my adobe id, then it said I can use this product for 32767 days and that I can continue to use elements 12 after the trial period if I pay. I already paid for this product on 2/1/14.

Problem installing trial version of After Effects CS4

Hi,
I'm trying to install the trial version of After Effects CS4 on Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1 32-bit Operating System, Processor 2.4GHz, RAM 4GB.
At the initializing stage it gets to 90% on the 'Checking System Profile...' dialog box, something flashes and then it freezes.
I've downloaded it a second time in case of corruption.
I've rebooted several times and retried it with no other applications running.
I've run updates on any existing adobe products I have.
Any ideas? I've never had problems installing adobe products before.

Not your fault, known issue.
a) Download the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility and install it
b) Download the CS4 Cleanup Utility from Adobe's support pages
c) Run the CS4 Cleanup, electing to remove all debris from your failed install
d) Manually uninstall all instances of Adobe AIR products (Acrobat.com, Adobe Media Palyer) using Add or Remove Programs
e) Launch the Microsoft Installer Cleanup and look for instances of Adobe Installer 2.0. Have them removed. Optionally, have it remove other Adobe stuff that may have been left over from CS4.
f) Try to install CS4
Note: The cleanup utilities will not remove anything physically, only clean out the installer, so they pose no danger to your system. You will only lose the ability to uninstall those programs from Add or Remove Programs.

Trial version of After Effects - which do I choose?

I currently own the Design and Web Premium pacakge, but wanted a trial version of After Effects to complete a motion graphic I am creating.
The trial offer includes the choice of; a free trial download or to join the Creative Cloud and download now (Recommended - it's free).
I am a little confused as to what it means, to my knowledge the Creative Cloud is through subscription only and isn't offered for free. So I just wondered what it meant?
If I choose to join and download that trial will I then have to pay an annual subscription? - When I clicked this option no card details were requested and I do not have any linked to my Adobe ID.
Somebody help please?

First things first: you say you want AE to complete a motion graphic. This would lead people to believe that you've used AE before. Have you? It's a yes/no question, and a "How tough can it be to learn?" response counts as a no.
Second question: if you DO download the 30-day trial, do you intend to continue using AE, assuming you already know how to use it?
The reasons for the questions:
AE contains many, many hidden pitfalls for the uninitiated that obliterate the tight deadlines of those who think, "How tough can it be to learn?", and those same pitfalls easily can extend a reasonable learning period beyond 30 days for busy individuals.

I'm finally weaning myself off Pro Tools LE and looking for another app for VO recording/production.
Is there a trial/demo version of Logic Express available somewhere?

Your best bet is to try it out at an Apple store near you if possible, or try a friend's. I know it's not the same as testing it in your own studio, but there is no LE8 trial version available, unfortunately.
In the meantime, if you want to get a better idea of what Logic's like you could check out Apple's video tutorials if you haven't already done so. Although these are for Logic Pro, they also pertain to LE8 for the most part except for things like MainStage and WaveBurner, etc. There are also a bunch of YouTube videos.

I don't see that anything would stop you installing the trial, though it is not for that and the license might forbid it, not sure. But the trial lasts 30 days and cannot be extended or repeated. You are expected to buy software used in teaching, though there may be academic discounts.
