Only way to buy an app is through subscription?

I have been out of the loop with the adobe software. I have CS5 (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, dreamweaver, bridge, flash, and a few others) for mac. I paid full price, one time, and it came with all of those apps.
I'm looking to get Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and maybe Premiere, but for my PC. What is the best way to do this?
Do I HAVE to sign up for a monthly plan? Can't I just buy the software and pay once?
All I can find on the adobe site is annual and monthly plans, and my impression is that I have to be in some kind of subscription in order to use the software?
Someone please clarify this, please.

diskutil list , wont show up my harddrive , i now its functionally cause it shows up in disk utility with name and i can get info about it , but everything is greyed out can only switch between "erase , partition , recover , Raid ,....

Your HD may be crashed, so you probably should use the oringinal install discs to run Apple Hardware Test in extended mode. If error codes appear this confirms a hardware failure. In addition you cannnot repair the HD using Disk Utility from the startup disk, you have to use the origninal Install discs that shipped with the computer or the most up-to-date version of OS X on a disc that you have.

I think you're hitting the iTunes button on your phone expecting it to connect to iTunes on your computer. That's not what its for. The iTunes button on the phone launches the mobile version of the iTunes Music Store, so you can purchase and download music over a wifi connection. Think of it as the AppStore, but with music (and needs to be wifi)
To sync your phone with iTunes you need to use the USB cable that was supplied with the phone, as the poster above has said.

Only way I can get online is through unsercured internet!?!

I just re-formatted my computer and reset my Linksys wireless router. For the record, I am running Vista. When I go to 192.168.1.1 I do everything just like normal, change the name of the network, go to WPA-Personal and enter my password. Well, after it logs me out like normal and I try to log in with the password (network key), I get this message "The settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network." I have tried everything, and still can't figure out what to do. Am I just going to have to have an unsecure network? The only way for me to get online is to reset the router and get on unsecured. What am I doing wrong here? Thank you very much.

Just straigt to the issue, I'm not really sure with my internet connection in my country. I mean its so slow and sometimes it disconnects and reconnect. So I'm not trusting the internet connection here to download such a big software like Logic Pro x or Final Cut Pro x. So is there any way for me to buy the pro apps without downloading straight from the internet? I mean like the oldschool method, come with a box. I bought Logic pro 7 and 8 like that and has no problem with it. But now apple selling all the pro apps from the app store, its cool and easy but im afraid if i bought it online and im pretty sure i will encounter problems during the download period. It might took me like a week or more maybe to download 40GB file, i dont know. And more over, what if my internet connection cut off while i download the software?
So please do help me with this. I would love to have Logic Pro X on my apple computer.

The events are not "sealed". Your clips – if you copied rather than leaving in place – are in the Original Media folder. If you used 10.1.x, you right click on the library bundle and choose Show Package Contents. In early versions, just open the event folder.
There are multiple ways to get media on ones' computer. One way is to use a card reader and copy the entire card structure to whatever destination is used for a media drive. Then import into the NLE.
I don't have any experience with Hitfilm but I assume their user forums would be a good place to get an understanding of what workflows work best for that application.

I use a Mac on loan from my office, but it's set up with my personal AppleID. They're willing to pay for the 10.8 upgrade, but it would need to follow their purchasing routine. Is the App Store really the only way to buy it?

The only way to install working apps on an iPad from a Mac is if you downloaded an iPad (iOS) app using the App Store in iTunes and then synced it with the iPad. But of course, that only works if it's an iPad app. If it's a Mac app (OS X), it will not run on an iPad.
