OOP and images

Question

Hi,
I am leanring as3 after doing some .net programming and that is why I have been asking a few questions.
q)IN as3 logic I want to know
  I want to load a few images from classes.  I need to know when all the images are loaded before doing anything else so do I simply use an event listner for every image loaded?
For example I load an image from class1 and load an image from class2. I need to know when both images are loaded?

q)The code has no error now     but the event doSomething doesnt fire. I click on  the images nothing happens. I wanted to display the current images x  position and also a test trace.
