You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

  • How do I access open tabs from other devices in Firefox 4 for desktop (windows version)

I want to see the open tabs from other devices but I can't find how to access it.
Where do I find them in firefox 4?
    I use the windows version.
    Thank you!

This is for all versions (image attached below):
    1. In the top navigation (you might have to press the ALT key to reveal the menu), navigate to '''History - Tabs From Other Computers'''
    2. Alternatively; open a new tab and type '''about:sync-tabs''' then press enter.
NB: When you open a tab in the 'Tabs From Other Computers' window it '''WILL NOT''' remove that tab from the other device.

  • I had apps from 2 different apple ids.  When I synched my ipod touch with my computer, I lost apps from other id.  It backed them up to my computer.  How do I access those apps and put them back on ipod touch?

I had apps from 2 different apple ids on my son's ipod touch.  When I synched it to my computer, it backed the apps from other id onto my computer and deleted them from the ipod.  How do I find the apps and how do I put them back on the ipod touch?

Apps can be re-downloaded, and you won't be charged again for a purchsased app as long as you use the same iTunes account to re-download the app that was used to purchase the app originally.
All apps - all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. Apps cannot be transferred to or combined with another iTunes account.

  • Protected from other developers

What is the best way to keep my code for an application or applet protected from other developers? I guess it is easy to decompile class files. Is it secure to package the application to jar-files?

If you give out applets, you can't prevent disassembly of your code. Any code, written in any language, that you give to my computer I can grab and disassemble. Even multi-million dollar games written in assembly language with protection schemes created by PHD's are routinely disassembled and cracked by teenagers.
    What to do about it:
Stop worrying about it. Very few people care about your code. It's sad your hard work goes so unappreciated, isn't it, but it's true. Those who really do care will find a way to disassemble your code. Most will just use your applet.
If you really care, do not give out the applets. Write server-side applications instead, such as web applications.
If you want to make disassembly a tiny bit harder, google for java obfuscator.

  • HT204266 how to buy an app from other store

how to buy an app from other store

You can only buy apps from your own country's store - to be able to buy from another country's store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when purchasing from it. You can try requesting that the app be added to your country's store, but ultimately it's down to the developer (and potentially a country's laws) to make an app available to Apple to sell in a particular country : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Why can't I get apps from other country apple store?

That statement is false. Copied directly from the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions:
"The iTunes Service is available to you only in( Insert country name here). You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance."
You need to be physically located in the country, its territories or possessions whose store you are trying to use.

  • Downloaded apps from other apple ID's won't open on my iPad

    Hey there,
I have an iPad with a bunch of apps with my apple ID that work fine but my friend entered his apple ID and downloaded an app from his account. After it downloaded, I tried to open it but the screen just goes black and then goes back to the home screen. I've tried this on multiple apps on his account. Can someone tell me what I can do to resolve this?
    Thanks,
    Caleb

Closing right away means your music app is crashing for some reason.
When you say "The iPad has the latest iOS on it", since it is an iPad 1, that iOS must be version 5.1.1, right?
Try restoring your iPad.  Plug it in to iTunes on your computer, let it sync, then choose "Restore" from the iPad's summary tab on the right side.

  • Downloading Apps from other sites help please.(sideloading apps)

I have been trying to download Apps for my playbook from the Good E Readers site and have installed the DDPB installer but i am having problems with it.
When i try to install the App from pc to playbook using the installer it gets as far as half way then a little box comes up saying Done and the App is then showing on my playbook.
but when i click on the App on playbook a message comes up saying loading please wait but thats it.
so why is it only getting as far as half way when downloading from pc to playbook?
i have contacted them and they are not much help.
is there any other sites that i can download more Apps?

Another way that works with WiFi on Windows, Intel Macs and Linux.
You install Chrome browser on your computer that you are using to download and sideload apps to Playbook.
Then you add the extension 'Playbook App Manager' from Chrome's Spanner, then Settings, Extensions, then Get More Extensions (or Gallery if you have none yet)
Download the required .bar file from Goodereader.com (Playbook Apps) to your PC downloads folder.
Have both computer and Playbook connected by wifi to your router. (No usb cable!)
Ensure File Sharing and wifi sharing are enabled in Playbook (Settings, Storage and Sharing)
Put the Playbook in Development Mode (Settings, Security, Development Mode) and add a password, preferably your normal Playbook password.
Look at the IP address of the playbook by tapping the Development Mode icon when you top corner swipe.
It will begin 192.168. when using wifi.
Go to Chrome in the computer and go Spanner, Settings, Extensions, then select “Options” in Playbook App Manager.
Type the IP address you noted in Device Hostnames/IP
    Click Save
Click on the IP address where it says ‘manage your devices’.
Ignore the big red warning and click “Proceed Anyway”
Enter your password you added in dev mode and click Log In.
A list of all playbook apps will appear.
    Click on the Install button
Go to the folder where you downloded the .bar file from goodereader.com and click on open.
    The app will be sideloaded.

  • How to clear open apps from Iphone after newest update

How do you close open apps after this newest update.

    Thank You.....
Why they (apple) decided to change the way to close open apps WITHOUT letting us "other" users know (non iPhone 5 users, lol) is a mystery, but your information is correct.  Thank you for saving my minutes

  • How to update previously bought apps from other country?

I currently changed my region from Brazil to US and everything seemed good in Itunes and Ipod. Now I have a mix of apps from my older and latest region and Itunes keep showing me 28 new updates, but when I try to update them it say that no updates are currently available for my account. I'm be able to identify what the region for each app. I've seen in another discussion here that I no longer receive app update notifications for apps purchased in my older region. So, my doubt is how is it possible to get this notifications about 28 updates in my Itunes!? The unique different think I did in the last days was update my Itunes to 11 version. Please I ask for some help to figure out this issue. Thank you very much.

iTunes Store content is country specific. When you change countries, you no longer receive app update notifications on your iOS device or in iTunes for the apps you purchased in your original country, nor do those Apps appear on your new country's Purchased page.
However, you will still be able to download those applications again for free if they are present on your new country's store (even if they are updated). You will not be charged and the download will not appear on your Purchased page. If a previously purchased app is not available in your new country, you will not be able to download it again.
The following article describes how to review your account's purchase history so that you may view the titles of the Apps you previously purchased:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
With regards to changing the country associated with your account back to what it was before, you will need to deplete the remaining store credit on your account first.
You can use your remaining store credit by purchasing an item, and paying the extra amount using a valid US credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
I you don't have an alternate payment method you can provide, then you will need to contact iTunes Store Customer Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

  • Trouble backing up ipad - getting apps from other ipad

I am backing up my ipad and my daughter's ipad (no family sharing set up when this happened) and she has her own apple id. Both ipads backed up to the same itunes account.
I back up her ipad and it automatically downloads apps from the itunes which are on my ipad. How do I stop this happening. Drives me nuts as I then have to manually delete these apps and she has to re-organise everything.
The same thing happens on my ipad.
    What can I do?
    Thanks,
    Rachel

Well, once you have selected the device that you have hooked up, and then selected the Apps option, you will see all of the apps that are currently on the device on little displays of your Home Screens as well as a list of all Apps in the Library. Next to those Apps you will see one of two settings to start with:
Install: This indicates an App that is in the Library but not on the device. You can click on this to cause the app to install on the device when you do the sync. When you click it, it will change to "Will Install" until you do the sync. After the sync, it will then show as "Remove" (see below)
Remove: This indicates an App that is currently on the device. You can click on this to cause the app to be removed when you do the sync. When you click it, it will change to "Will Remove" until you do the sync. After the sync, it will then show as "Install" (see above)
    They are basically toggle switches:

  • Connect to Server App from other system

I have a clean install of OSX 10.8.2 with Server from Appstore. So far all is fine when running the server.app thru Remote Desktop Software. However, when trying to connect to the server.app from another System ( i use OSX 10.8.2 on both machines, updated the software also) then the system refuses to login. The Admin name and password are fine, they also work if just connecting via finder or when using thru Remote Desktop.
I am turning cracy because I have tried just about everything. I was reading about this problem existing under OSX Lion, but the fix recommended does not help at all.
Can anyone help - please? I hope the guys at Apple start looking into this as well.
    Regards,
    Reinhard

This did not solve my problem. I had tried this before, it seems so that the (remote) Server app has no right to connect at all.
Just to let you know: I enabled Remote Apple Events, Remote Login and Remote Management on Server. And I run and addminister the server via Apple Remote Desktop.
Also the "Allow remote administration using Server" on the server App is set.
    Still, nothing solves this problem.

  • Unable to open ODDC from other machines.

Hi , I am trying to access ODDC server url from other machines. But not able to access it.What are the prequisites to access it from different machines in the same network?

It should try loading the OCX and (when installed) give you the login screen below. What version is the browser? Check OCX install and enablement settings https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/e1465a28-9e18-448a-9bf8-51638bf2452d/activex-installer-service… you may need to use compatibility mode and run IE as administrator i.e. right click start menu link and select Run as Administrator
