Open attchment

please can some one tell me how to open a .zip file which is inside a pdf.
if I click open it wont let me because its saying I don't have permission, I've looked in the help files and in the preferences but there is no where where I can set the permission.
I'm using vista home premium dose this have any thing to do with it?

thank you.
I just find it frustrating that I have brought the creative suite 3, I've brought a computer to run it on, for what ever reason it doesn't work but is fixable and all every one can tell me is find some one who can help. I am the only one here, I am on my own. I'm putting the time, investment, and effort in to learn yet I feel like I'm being treated like a child. Being that in mind I didn't feel like I was receiving much help. which adds to the frustration of acrobat not doing what I expected it to do.
I understand the complications and I appreciate the warnings and I thank every one for helping or advising me, I didn't and haven't meant any of this to be rude I just wanted to no how to get to the registry. hopefully I will now be able to fix what I consider to be a problem. I hope that I haven't offend any one. thank you once again for you help

  • Opening the attachments from PO and PR

    Hi,
We have a requirement, in the createupdatepG we are adding an Attachments. We use the category as 'To Buyer' or 'To supplier
The attachments are saving in fnd_documents.
So user wants it to be open that attachments from PO and PR forms
    Can it be done?
    Regards
    Harrrry

    Hi,
When you create a PO or PR you can attach special instruction/ Term and condition files/text etc. which you defined under PO setup --> attachment.
    You can open this attachment.
    steps to be followed :
    1) create a PO
    2) Go to view --> attachment menu,
    3) This will open attchment form.. mention category "to supplier" or "to buyer" as per your requirement.
    4) Save it & close attchment form..
    Hope this will help..

  • Wmv extentson can't open it

I can't open .wmv extension in my iPad I get message Safari can't open attchment. What should I do

Another newbie question, I am afraid. I am trying to watch a windows media video stream in Safari, from a live web cam, on an iPad2. There are four VLC apps in the app store, but none seems to say it does what I am after. Which one are you recommending, please?
Similarly, yxplayer seems to be for the iPhone, and it is not clear from the description whether it will do what I want.
Since it is a live feed, I do not have the option of downloading and playing, but if anyone has another workaround, I am happy to try it.

  • Why is there a extra file attached to attchments opened on a PC

When I send files attached to a email that get opened on a pC they always have an additional file attached.
Is there a way to prevent this?

They're "Spotlight" index files. You CAN'T remove them in OS X because Spotlight will just replace them, and Windows can't use them but it will show them if you have Explorer set to show hidden flles.
In an Explorer window, click Tools>FolderOptions
Under the "View" tab, uncheck "Show Hidden Files and Folders".
    Click Apply and OK.
That won't remove the  files but you won't see them anymore.

  • Sending photos as mail attachments to PC will not open

Photo attchments sent to a PC via Mail will not open.
As per suggestions I have added the .Doc extension to JPEG s and atached to the bottom of the message.
Does any one have any further ideas I can try?
    Thanks.
    Sandy

Do not change the extension to .doc - and stop listening to advice from whatever source you got that idea from.  Changing the extension to .doc will make the recieving machine think the file is a Microsoft Word document...  and it isn't, so Word won't be able to open it.  The extension needs to be .jpeg or .jpg if the file is a JPEG.
As to opening attachments, make sure you have Edit -> Attachments -> Always Send Windows-Friendly Attachments checked.  You may still have problems with recipients who are using Outlook, though.  Outlook is broken when it comes to understanding HTML e-mail messages, and Mail likes to send HTML messages.  (In fact, recent changes to Mail will make your message HTML, regardless of whether you have specified it to be plain text, in certain situations.)
If you find that you are unable to send to people using Outlook, and you aren't willing to ask them to switch to a non-broken mail client just for you, then you could try something like setting up a Picasa or Dropbox account and uploading your photos there.

but at a time will add multiple attchments
    those will store in db
again when open to see those attchments
    How its posible
    Regards
    Sreekanth

    Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you want to add multiple editable fields in the page in SharePoint online 2013.
Here is a solution for your reference:
    1. We can create a Custom List and add some fields in it.
    2. Create a Datasheet View in this List.
    3. Add this Custom List(as an app part) into the page you want.
    4. Edit this App Part and set its view as Datasheet View.
If I misunderstand what you mean, please provide more details on your requirement(picture would be better).

  • Virus email opened on phone is it safe to use Mac?

    Hi everyone,
Whilst away on my honeymoon I was using my husband's HTC phone. I recieved an email from a family member and being half asleep I stupidly opened the suspicious email and the attchment and even logged into my email account again on a bogus site- I know this was incredibly stupid but I just wasn't with it.
Since doing this my brand new hotmail account emailed all my contact list the same email I recieved. I have checked in the sent folder and it only sent these emails out once so far and I have emailed everyone to let them know and since changed my password. My question is do I still have a virus? And is it safe to open this email account on our Mac and my new Macbook air without putting a virus on them?
All responses are very welcome- please help!
    Thank you

Changing your password should stop the outgoing mail from your contacts.
It's not a virus but someone did hack your email account. Changing your password on a timely basis can help prevent that.
It should be ok to access your mail account.

  • Cannot open aperture

When I try to open aperture I get the following message:
There was an error opening the database for the library “~/Library/Calendars/Attachments/65F8E300-E970-4292-A9A1-1A50C2B68BAA/Aperture 3 Library.aplibrary”.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app.  I have also updated to the current version.  Just before this happened I was trying to open an older version to find some photos.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Karen

How come your Aperture Library is stored as a Calendar attchment?
Where do you usually store your Library? It looks like Aperture were searching the Aperture Library in a place were you should store documents relating to calendar appointments.
Try to open Aperture in a way, so that you can point Aperture to the correct Library. By default your Library would reside inside your Pictures Folder.
Hold down the option-key while you click the Aperture icon in the Dock or the Application folder. This will bring up the "Choose Library" dialogue.
    Select your regular Aperture Library.
    Now Aperture should launch correctly.
If this should not be the case, try the

Start with deleting the Preference file.

Is this a particular sender, or all of your attchments?  Google winmail.dat and you will see a number of returns that can explain this, but in short, this is the way some e mail providers deal with attachments.  If all of your e mail is coming that way, you need to change a setting on your isp set up.  Perhaps stary here...

  • Received .PDF files which when opened are in "Western European Windows" and are just gibberish. I have adobe 10.0.01 installed now. Can you help please in how to correct this Thanks

I received three files in Microsoft Outlook in a PDF format. When I clicked on open I got a window showing "Opening Mail Attchment" and only open from "trusted" sources. After opening it displayed a window for File conversion with Windows as the default with Western European( Windows) as I assume the font. The file was shown but had essentially meaningless characters and numbers with maybe the occasional meaningful word. There seems no way to understand why this happened or to correct it. Can you help please

What kinds of attachments are these? You must have an application that can open the attachments.
