Dear experts
We are planning to upgrade our SAP system from 4.7 to ECC 6
One of my consultant told me that only open balance willbe moved ( customer /vendor open items)
How can it be done for the user if he want to see the details of cleared invoices/payment for the vendor/customer ????
Is this the drawback in SAP system

I think the consultant is confused with Archiving, this is an upgrade and nothing will be lost!! all info for vendors, customers, old invoices, cleared invoices, etc will be there once the system is upgraded.

You have to purchase upgrades from one version number to another. The adobe upgrade is linked on the main product page for PSE, but it's usually silly to buy the upgrade because most of the time you can find the full version for less at big box stores and major online retailers if you aren't in a big hurry.

Is the upgrade from logic pro 7.1.1 to 7.2 still available out there somewhere? I know I'm a bit behind the rest of the world but financially I'm taking the 'do the best with what you can' route!
Never used logic before, moving up from garageband and cubase sx cos everyone says it's a better program.

If I remember correctly, the 7.2 update was a "Paid for" update, with a new dvd.... so you are most likely out of luck.

did you apple any updates or upgrades just prior?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?
What do you see when you click on a thumbnail?

kindly check whether the opening balances and the cl balance of the previous year are same for the GL, other wise carry forward the balances once again from 2000 to current year.
There can also be the chance that in the GL Master Data the line item whould not have been activated and it would have been activated only after 2004. Due to which it is showing only the line items from 2004.

F.13 - limit on number of AR open items that can be cleared in one job?

I am attempting to use F.13 to automatically clear a remittance paying off approx 1,500 open AR items. The job appears to finish normally but the open items are not cleared. Is there a maximum number of open items that can be cleared using F.13 - if so what is the number? All help appreciated.

If there is a limit (which I doubt), it certainly not set to 1500 items. I new projects where daily quantity of open items was 3-4 times more and still the clearing worked impeccably. Try running this job in background and see the log. Also, make sure, that the 'test run' is switched off.

FD11 - Open item balance

Hi Friends,
When i am using FD11 for a specific customer amount in account balance tab is equal to OI net tab. The same balance is equal to open item balance FBL5N.
But for some customers amount account balance tab(in T.Code:FD11) is not equal to OI net tab in FD11. At the same time account balance tab value is matching with Open item balance in FBL5N.
Please explain the relationship between FBL5N and FD11 for AR balance
- Is FD11 shows up-to-date AR figures?
- Should Acct. bal. and OI Net All receiables figure be aligned with FBL5N up-to-date balance?
- FD11/Acct.bal = OI Net = FBL5N

Acct. Bal = Normal items in FBL5N
Special G/L = Special G/L transaction in FBL5N
OI Net = Outstanding Items (all items including special + noted items) in FBL5N

Open Item :- Select this tick if you want to see all individual line items that makes the total of the account. By selecting this tick you will be able to see both open and cleared items. GR/IR accounts should be managed on open item basis.
Line Item:- Tick this if you want to see the balance of an account by individual postings. Generally Revenue & Expense accounts should be managed on line item basis.

Why would that be irritating?? I suspect you are after Mavericks, in order to get Mavericks you have to have the Mac App Store app which did not become available until Snow Loepard 10.6.6. Once you have purchased and installed SL then install the 10.6.8 combo update, run Software Update again and install all suggested updates and finally you can get Mavericks.

There is no upgrade version. The serial number that you use dictates whether or not the software is treated as an upgrade. If you purchased it as an upgrade then the serial number you have is an upgrade serial number and that will require you to provide proof that you qualify ro install/use the upgrade.

Thanks Ned. I did find this page, however it isn't an upgrade. I have been purchasing Adobe products for years so that I could just pay the upgrade price for current products. With the current system, I would be paying much more than I would for an upgrade. For example, I have been using my version of CS for at least three years. The upgrade cost me $750 so that comes out to around $21 per month. I guess I have no options as far as upgrading except for paying for the overpriced CC. Oh well, time to start looking for alternatives. It was just so convenient to have the same programs at home that I use at work.
